Abstract

The research objectives is to identify critical touchpoint (s) of digital customer journey in PT BTC marketplace channel strategy, to discover the result of current PT BTC digital customer journey feedback, to give recommendation in digital marketing strategy to improve PT BTC digital customer journey, and to give supporting strategy to enhance PT. In this research, data collection methods will be using qualitative data from Primary Data and Secondary Data. This research found 5 critical touchpoints of digital customer journey in PT BTC marketplace channel strategy, like Awareness, Appeal, Ask, Act, Advocate. Current marketplace channel strategy is effective to catch new B2B customers but less effective to retain their consistency to buy via online transaction. From this finding research, the best suitable digital marketing strategy that fit to PT BTC customer journey is creating and establishing website and improving its system to become modify-website that enabled to e-commerce facilities. The supporting strategy to establishing website marketing strategy is purposing new company’s marketing division structure to delegate workload better, more effective and more efficient.

Abstract

One feature of smart campus is the identification of people[1]. This feature serves to record civitas data and guests who enter the campus for the purpose to monitor the university. This feature is very important and needs further research to be developed. In this research will be designed people system that can be used for various purposes by all sectors in the university who need this system. This will become clearer in this study.

Abstract

The Boyolali–Pengapon pipeline project is a national‐priority infrastructure initiative by PT Pertamina Patra Niaga. The project that seeks to improve Central Java’s fuel distribution faces stakeholder challenges that are intricate. From securing government approval, acquiring land, and managing relationship with the local communities, an effective stakeholder engagement framework is crucial to ensure the project stays on its schedule and budget. In accordance to that, this study analyzes the application of Pertamina’s stakeholder engagement in the Boyolali-Pengapon pipeline project. Data were gathered through semi-structured interviews with Pertamina project managers, government regulators, local community representatives, and the pipeline’s engineering partner, supplemented by analysis of project documents and reports. Thematic analysis was conducted using stakeholder mapping tools (the Stakeholder Salience Model and Power–Interest Grid) in line with PMI’s stakeholder engagement processes. The study’s objectives are to identify the project’s key stakeholders and their interests, assess the engagement practices used, document stakeholder-related issues, and evaluate how the stakeholder management approach affected the project’s schedule, cost, and community acceptance. The research finds suggest managing stakeholder proactively benefited the project result significant. Major delays were prevented through early engagement. Challenges of land acquisition and permit were also present, yet were not a hindrance for the project as they were addressed through negotiation and collaboration with local authorities. Consequently, the disruption avoided from legal disputes that might be costly and the small investments made in engagement helps the project to stay on budget. All in all, the case shows that large infrastucture projects needs a formal stakeholder engagement process to schedule compliance, keep cost controlled, and gain support from the local community.

Abstract

Low-dose computed tomography (LDCT) reduces radiation exposure but introduces elevated noise and streak artifacts that degrade structural fidelity. This paper proposes a graph-based LDCT denoising framework that stabilizes graph construction through explicit vertex and edge labelling guided by paired full-dose CT (FDCT) data. The overlapping LDCT patches are modeled as vertices, and FD-guided affinities are used to build a structurally consistent adjacency matrix and a Laplacian spectrum that are less sensitive to noise. Denoising is performed by spectral filtering via spectral graph wavelet transform (SGWT), followed by overlap–add patch aggregation for image reconstruction. Experiments on paired LDCT/FDCT slices (318 pairs) show that FD-guided labelling improves denoising quality compared with conventional filters and non-guided graph baselines. Quantitative results demonstrate higher peak signal-to-noise ratio (PSNR)/structural similarity index measure (SSIM) with improved edge and feature preservation, indicating better structural boundary retention under noise suppression.
