Abstract

This research is entitled " Analisis Framing Tentang Poligami dalam Video “Persepsi Mahasiswa Ilmu Komunikasi FIS UIN SU Stambuk 2017-202 Mengenai Konten Video LGBT Dan Nikah Beda Agama Dalam Akun YouTube Deddy Courbuzier ". The purpose of this research is to find out the influence, perceptions and effects felt by Communication Science Students on the Somasi video content on Deddy Corbuzier's YouTube Channel. The theories used are Perception Theory and Mass Communication Effects Theory. The research object is the video "LGBT and Interfaith Marriage!! Double Kill!-Somasi-Adriano Qalbi - Deddy Corbuzier Podcast". The method used in this research is a qualitative method using specific procedures and methodology. The analysis technique used is in the form of sentences or words from interviews or observations. The research results show that students can receive information in the content and students can actively participate in validating the truth of the data conveyed in the video

Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze the representation of verbal violence in the comments section of the Instagram account @anastasyakh using a qualitative descriptive approach and Roland Barthes' semiotic analysis. Through this method, the research delves into the denotative and connotative meanings in comments that contain elements of verbal violence, objectification, and coarse sexual views towards the subject, Anastasya Khosasih. The analysis results indicate that these comments not only refer to the subject's physical attributes literally but also reveal demeaning and derogatory stereotypes, creating an unsafe and harmful digital environment. By elucidating the layers of meaning in these comments, this study provides deep insights into the negative impact of harsh and demeaning language in online interactions and underscores the importance of fostering a more respectful and safe communication environment on social media.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of religious moderation values through the Festival Anak Islami organized by community service program (KKN) students in Nagori Marihat Bukit. The research employed a descriptive qualitative method with data collected through observation and documentation. The findings reveal that the festival not only serves as a competition platform in Islamic-themed activities such as call to prayer (azan), Qur’an memorization (tahfidz), prayer recitation, quiz competitions, and calligraphy, but also functions as a medium for instilling the values of religious moderation from an early age. Tolerance, sportsmanship, solidarity, and respect for local wisdom were clearly reflected in the interactions among the children, the active participation of the community, and the involvement of local leaders. This activity demonstrates that community-based religious education can strengthen social cohesion, foster inclusiveness, and support the four indicators of religious moderation promoted by the Ministry of Religious Affairs. Therefore, the Festival Anak Islami can be considered an effective model for community-based religious moderation education in building a harmonious and moderate society.

Abstract

Rusunawa Kayu Putih Medan is one of the housing solutions for low-income people (MBR) in Medan City. However, the occupancy rate of Rusunawa Kayu Putih is still relatively low. This research aims to analyze marketing communications in increasing the attractiveness of tenants at Rusunawa Kayu Putih Medan. Data was collected through interviews with informants in the Rusunawa and analyzed to evaluate the effectiveness of the marketing communication strategy used by the Rusunawa. The results of this research indicate that marketing communications have a significant impact in increasing tenant attraction. By understanding the market characteristics and needs of prospective residents, as well as adopting appropriate communication strategies, it is hoped that the results of this research can create better awareness and greater interest in this residence, so that it can provide maximum benefits for urban communities in need.

Abstract

Diversity is a condition in which the population as a whole has many differences, including those related to religion, race, and culture. In a multicultural society like Indonesia, religious moderation is an important key in maintaining harmony between religious communities. Moderate Islamic education plays a major role in promoting tolerance, avoiding extremism, and creating wise leaders. Although there are challenges in implementing religious moderation, steps such as revitalizing Islamic education and instilling multicultural values ​​from an early age can help overcome conflicts and strengthen the harmony of a multicultural society. Thus, religious moderation is not only a weapon in facing challenges, but also an opportunity to strengthen harmony in a multicultural society. Abstrak Keragaman merupakan suatu kondisi di mana penduduk secara keseluruhan memiliki banyak perbedaan, termasuk yang terkait dengan agama, ras, dan budaya. Dalam masyarakat multikultural seperti Indonesia, moderasi beragama menjadi kunci penting dalam menjaga kerukunan antar umat beragama. Pendidikan Islam moderat memainkan peran utama dalam mempromosikan toleransi, menghindari ekstremisme, dan menciptakan pemimpin yang bijaksana. Meskipun terdapat tantangan dalam mengimplementasikan moderasi beragama, langkah-langkah seperti revitalisasi pendidikan islam dan penanaman nilai multikulturalisme sejak dini dapat membantu mengatasi konflik dan memperkuat keharmonisan masyarakat multikultural. Dengan demikian, moderasi beragamatidak hanya menjadi senjata dalam menghadapi tantangan, tetapi juga peluang untuk memperkuat keharmonisan dalam masyarakat multikultural.

Abstract

This study aims to introduce the convenience of digital transactions through socialization of the use of the Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard (QRIS) to residents of Marihat Bukit Village. This activity was motivated by the low public understanding of the use of non-cash transactions, particularly QRIS, which is an innovative integrated digital payment system from Bank Indonesia. Through socialization and direct practice, residents were introduced to how to use QRIS in various daily transactions, such as shopping, paying for services, and other local economic activities. The results of the activity showed an increase in public understanding and interest in the use of digital transactions that are easier, faster, and safer. It is hoped that this activity will encourage digital financial inclusion in rural areas and support government programs to expand literacy and the application of financial technology in the community. Furthermore, active community participation in this activity shows great potential to reduce dependence on cash transactions and encourage digital transformation at the village level. This activity is also expected to accelerate the transition to a more inclusive and digital-based society.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of programs strengthening financial literacy, economic digitalization, and the creative economy carried out by students participating in the Community Service Program (Kuliah Kerja Nyata/KKN) in Nagori Marihat Bukit. The programs included education on the Indonesian rupiah and the importance of saving habits, socialization of the QRIS digital payment system, a workshop on striphone production to support MSME development, and an ecoprint workshop for elementary school students. The study employed a qualitative descriptive method, with data collected through participatory observation and documentation. The results indicate that the programs successfully enhanced community understanding of financial literacy from an early age, increased the adoption of digital payment technology with 68% of participants successfully implementing QRIS, and improved creative economy skills that support the development of local MSMEs. These activities demonstrate that community-based economic education can effectively strengthen financial awareness, promote digital financial inclusion, and sustainably develop the creative economic potential of the community. Therefore, this KKN program can serve as a practical model of community-based economic empowerment in fostering economically independent communities.
