Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul “Pengaruh penerapan metode diskusi dilema moral pada mata pelajaran Pkn terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis siswadi SMA PGRI Indralaya.” Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian yaitu seluruh siswa di SMA PGRI Indralaya yang berjumlah 123 orang. Sampel dalam penelitian adalah siswa kelas XI IA berjumlah 11 orang sebagai kelas eksperimen dan IS berjumlah 16 orang sebagai kelas kontrol di SMA PGRI Indralaya. Tenik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi dan teknik tes. Teknik tes dilakukan pada kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol dengan tiga kali tes yang diujikan. Pada kelas eksperimen rata – rata nilai tes yang diperoleh siswa yang berkenaan dengan kemampuan bepikir kritis sudah memiliki kemampuan yang cukup baik dengan rata – rata mendapatkan nilai 85 dan rata – rata rekapitulasi hasil observasi sudah cukup baik yaitu memperoleh rata – rata nilai 85. Pada kelas kontrol rata – rata hasil tes yang diperoleh siswa yaitu memperoleh rata – rata nilai 75 dan rata – rata nilai yang diperoleh melalui observasi dengan memperoleh rata – rata nilai 75. Teknik analisa data menggunakan bantuan SPSS Windows 21 untuk uji-t yaitu uji hipotesis dengan rumus independent sample t-test. Dari hasil pengolahan data dan analisis hasil penelitian serta pembahasan secara keseluruhan diketahui bahwa kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa meningkat dengan baik. Dengan uji-t menunjukan t hitung >t tabel yaitu 7,651>1,708.Oleh karena itu penerapan metode diskusi dilema moral dapat dijadikan salah satu metode pembelajaran untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa.

Abstract

This community service program aims to improve financial literacy and develop a proper saving mindset among students (santri) of Tahfidz Al-Qur’an Izzuddin Islamic Boarding School in Palembang. The low awareness of saving behavior among adolescents, including santri, is often caused by the lack of education on personal financial management. The program adopted a participatory-educational approach through several stages: socialization, training, mentoring, and evaluation. A total of 19 students from grades VII–IX actively participated in this activity. The materials covered the fundamentals of saving, factors that hinder saving habits, effective saving techniques, and an introduction to various saving and investment instruments. The results indicated a significant improvement in participants’ understanding of the importance of saving, personal financial management, and their ability to formulate short- and long-term financial goals. Evaluation results showed that 90% of participants understood effective saving techniques, and 100% were able to identify their personal financial goals. This program successfully fostered early financial awareness and served as an initial step toward building the students’ economic independence through planned and sustainable saving habits.

Abstract

This research aims to evaluate the role of relationship between gamification and customer loyalty through a Systematic Literature Review approach. The SLR stages applied include formulating research questions, conducting a literature search using Google Scholar and ScienceDirect, screening based on inclusion–exclusion criteria, and assessing article quality. The initial identification process yielded 318 national and international indexed articles published between 2020–2025. After a series of screening steps, 18 articles relevant to gamification and customer loyalty were selected for descriptive analysis. The findings indicate that gamification has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty, and this influence becomes stronger when user engagement functions as a mediator. Gamification elements such as points, rewards, badges, and leaderboards are shown to enhance intrinsic motivation, enjoyable user experience, and emotional attachment to digital platforms, which subsequently encourage repeat purchases, user recommendations, and brand commitment. Thus, user engagement serves as an essential psychological mechanism that connects game-based experiences with the formation of customer loyalty. Future studies are recommended to expand sample contexts, consider demographic and cultural factors as moderating variables, and employ longitudinal methods to obtain a more comprehensive understanding of loyalty dynamics driven by gamification.
