Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat pengukuran modal manusia pengusaha kecil melalui penyusunan suatu indeks modal manusia (IMM). Modal manusia merupakan konsep yang tersusun dari berbagai aspek sumberdaya manusia. Aspek-aspek yang dimasukkan dalam indeks modal manusia ini terdiri dari aspek pendidikan, latihan, pengalaman, ketrampilan, dan kewirusahaan. Indeks yang disusun merupakan pengukuran akumulasi pencapaian kualitas sumberdaya manusia pengusaha. Dalam penyusunan indeks setiap aspeknya sudah dipastikan memiliki peranan terhadap kinerja usaha. Penelitian ini diharapkan memberikan pemahaman tentang bagaimana mengukur kemanfaatan investasi dalam peningkatan kualitas SDM sebagai suatu modal manusia yang akan bermanfaat dalam peningkatan kinerja usaha.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of individual characteristics, work environment and motivation on employee performance at the Jebres, Pasar Kliwon, Laweyan and Banjarsari District offices in Surakarta City. This research method is using quantitative. The type of data used in the study is primary data. The population of this research is all employees at the Jebres, Pasar Kliwon, Laweyan and Banjarasari District offices in Surakarta City. The sample technique used in this study was purposive sampling. The number of samples in this study were 72 respondents. The method used for data collection is the questionnaire method. The data analysis technique used in this research is SEM PLS using Smart PLS tools. The results of this study are Individual characteristics do not have a significant effect on Employee Performance. Work Environment has a positive and significant influence on Employee Performance. Motivation has a positive and significant influence on Employee Performance

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), Work Life Balance (WLB), and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) on employee job satisfaction at PT PAN Brothers Boyolali. The research method used is a descriptive quantitative approach with a sample of 63 employees from the warehouse material department. Data were collected through an online questionnaire using a 5-point Likert scale to measure the three independent variables and job satisfaction. Data analysis was performed using SmartPLS with the SEM-PLS method. The results indicate that OCB, WLB, and CSR have a significant positive effect on employee job satisfaction. OCB creates a harmonious work environment, WLB encourages employees to perform their roles more effectively, and CSR has a positive impact on job satisfaction. This study contributes to the development of human resource management strategies to improve job satisfaction through the OCB, WLB, and CSR approaches.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh lingkungan kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel mediasi, pada PT HM Sampoerna Tbk Cabang Surakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, dengan populasi penelitian seluruh karyawan yang bekerja di perusahaan tersebut. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara non-probability sampling, dan jumlah sampel ditentukan menggunakan perhitungan dari Malhotra, sehingga diperoleh sebanyak 203 responden. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer yang dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS) yang diolah melalui bantuan software SMARTPLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, sementara motivasi kerja memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Selain itu, lingkungan kerja dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan kerja. Kepuasan kerja juga terbukti berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Dalam hubungan mediasi, kepuasan kerja mampu memediasi pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, serta memediasi pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of motivation and hygiene factors on employee job satisfaction at the Directorate General of Taxes. Utilizisng a survey method and a quantitative approach, this study collects and analyzes data to evaluate how these two factors contribute to job satisfaction. The findings indicate that both motivation and hygiene factors significantly positively impact job satisfaction within the Directorate General of Taxes. Employees experiencing high levels of work motivation tend to see an increase in their job satisfaction. This suggests that strong motivation from job aspects such as recognition, achievement, and responsibility can enhance employee job satisfaction. Similarly, hygiene factors such as good working conditions, supportive organizational policies, and positive interpersonal relationships at work also contribute to increased job satisfaction.The conclusions of this study underline the importance of paying attention to both motivation and hygiene factors as strategies to enhance employee job satisfaction. The Directorate General of Taxes is advised to implement policies and practices that support these aspects to improve employee well-being and overall organizational effectiveness. This research provides valuable insights for human resource management in designing and implementing programs that can strengthen work motivation and ensure adequate hygiene conditions in the workplace.

Abstract

This study's overarching goal is to dissect how PT Shinta Konveksi's Boyolali location's green HRM, green transformational leadership, and green organizational culture affect green employee behavior. This study relies on numerical data. All 180 workers of PT Shinta Konveksi made up the study's population. Probability sampling is used as a sample approach in this study. There were 125 participants in this research, and the sampling method utilized was simple random sampling. Primary data is required for this study. This study's primary data came from surveys given out to employees at PT Shinta Konveksi Boyolali. In this study, the Structural Equation Model (SEM) with partial least squares (Smart-PLS) was used for data analysis. This study's findings demonstrate a favorable and statistically significant relationship between Green HRM and Green Employee Behavior. This is supported by the fact that the original sample value was 0.250, the value of t-statistic was 3.609 (higher than 1.96), and the value of p-value was as large as 0.000 (less than 0.05). Employees' Green Behavior is Positively and Significantly Affected by Green Transformational Leadership. The results show that this is true: the original sample value was 0.338, the t-statistic was 4.642 (higher than 1.96), and the p-value was as large as 0.000 (less than 0.05). Green employee behavior is positively and significantly impacted by green organizational culture. The fact that the value of the original sample was 0.425, the value of the t-statistic was 4.114 (higher than 1.96), and the value of the p-value was as large as 0.000 (less than 0.05) establish this.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the impact of Internship Experience, Soft Skills, and Hard Skills on Job Readiness (a study on students of Universitas Muhammadiyah Surakarta). A quantitative approach was employed to examine the student population at the university, involving 150 respondents selected using purposive sampling techniques. Data were collected through an online questionnaire distributed via Google Forms and analyzed using SmartPLS 3.0. The results reveal that internship experience, soft skills, and hard skills positively and significantly influence students' job readiness. The research model demonstrated a good Goodness of Fit, with path coefficients indicating a significant contribution of each independent variable to job readiness. These findings underscore the critical importance of developing soft and hard skills during university years to better prepare students for the workforce.
