Abstract

Abstract: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh insentif dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Hotel Grand Zuri Duri. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan Hotel Grand Zuri Duri yang berjumlah 104 orang. Dan sampel berjumlah 51 orang dengan menggunakan rumus slovin. Analisis data yang dilakukan adalah dengan menggunakan uji reliabilitas, normalitas, uji F, regresi linear berganda, uji R2 dan uji t. Pengujian tersebut dilakukan guna untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Hotel Grand Zuri Duri. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian bahwa kualitas pelayanan secara serentak insentif dan kepuasan kerja dengan nilai adjusted R square di dapat 0,960, yang berarti insentif dan kepuasan kerja memberikan kontribusi sumbangan sebesar 96,00% terhadap kinerja karyawan, serta berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan tingkat sig. 0,000. Kesimpulan dari penelitian bahwa hipotesis secara serentak insentif dan kepuasan kerja dapat diterima kebenarannya. Sedangakan pada uji parsial insentif berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata Kunci: Insentif, Kepuasan Kerja, kinerja karyawan

Abstract

Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi terhadap kinerja dosen pada Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi Riau. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah dosen STIE Riau yang berjumlah 54 orang. Dan sampel berjumlah 54 orang dengan menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu sampling jenuh. Analisis data yang dilakukan adalah dengan menggunakan uji reliabilitas, regresi linear sederhana, uji R2 dan uji t. Pengujian tersebut dilakukan guna untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi terhadap kinerja dosen Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi Riau. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian bahwa kompetensi dengan nilai R square di dapat 0,541, yang berarti kompetensi memberikan kontribusi sumbangan sebesar 54,1% terhadap kinerja dosen, serta berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja dosen dengan tingkat sig. 0,000. Kesimpulan dari penelitian bahwa hipotesis kompetensi dapat diterima kebenarannya. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of competence on the performance of lecturers at the STIE of Riau. The population in this research is the lecturer of STIE Riau which amounted to 54 people. And the sample amounted to 54 people by using sampling technique that is sampling saturated. Data analysis was performed by using reliability test, simple linear regression, R2 test and t test. The test is conducted in order to determine the effect of competence on the performance of lecturers of the STIE of Riau. Based on the result of research that competence with R square value can be 0,541, which means competence contributed 54,1% to lecturer performance, and have positive and significant influence to lecturer performance with sig level. 0,000. The conclusion from the research that the hypothesis of competence acceptable truth.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan di Broco Es Krim, Pekanbaru. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk untuk mengetahui pengaruh bauran pemasaran terhadap keputusan pembelian Brocco es krim. Populasi yang ada dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 806 orang. Dalam penelitian ini pengambilan sampel menggunakan asidental sampling, yaitu sebesar 89 orang. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan sekunder dengan analisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan hasil regresi linier Y = 2,847 + 0,464X1 - 0,127X2 + 0,413X3 + 0,5936X4 + e, Berdasarkan perhitungan nilai R = 0,881, Hal iniberarti Product, Price, Place dan Promotion memiliki hubungan yang sangat erat terhadap keputusan pembelian. Sedangkan nilai adjusted R square sebesar 0,767. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel Product, Price, Place dan Promotion berpengaruh sebesar 77,6% pada keputusan pembelian Brocco es krim. Sisanya 22,4% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak dibahas dalam penelitian ini seperti merek produk dan tingkat pendapatan. Y = 2,847 + 0,464X1 - 0,127X2 + 0,413X3 + 0,5936X4 + e. ABSTRACT This research was conducted at Broco Ice Cream, Pekanbaru. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the marketing mix on the purchasing decision of Brocco ice cream. The population in this study was 806 people. In this study the sampling uses incidental sampling, which is equal to 89 people. The data used are primary and secondary data with analysis using multiple linear regression. The results showed that the results of linear regression were Y =2,847+0,464X1 - 0,127X2 + 0,413X3+0,5936X4 +e, Based on the calculation of the value of R = 0.881, this means that Product, Price, Place and Promotion have a very close relationship with the purchasing decision. While the adjusted R square value is 0.767. This shows that the Product, Price, Place and Promotion variables have an effect of 77.6% on the purchase decision of Brocco ice cream. . The remaining 22.4% is influenced by other factors not discussed in this study such as product brands and income levels.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap disiplin kerja pegawai Kantor Camat Pendalian IV Koto Kabupaten Rokan Hulu. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai Kantor Camat Pendalian IV Koto Kabupaten Rokan Hulu yang berjumlah 33 orang. Analisis data yang dilakukan adalah dengan menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji normalitas, regresi linear sederhana, uji R2, uji t. Pengujian tersebut dilakukan guna mengetahui hubungan antara variabel bebas (independen variabel) dengan variabel terikat (dependent variabel). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian bahwa kepuasan kerja berpengaruh terhadap disiplin kerja pegawai dengan nilai korelasi R = 0,486 yang menunjukkan adanya hubungan yang erat antara kepuasan kerja dengan disiplin kerja pegawai Kantor Camat Pendalian IV Koto Kabupaten Rokan Hulu. Sedangkan R square di dapat 23,6% yang berarti kepuasan kerja memiliki kontribusi sumbangan sebesar 23,6% terhadap disiplin kerja pegawai. Secara parsial diperoleh variabel kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap disiplin kerja pegawai Kantor Camat Pendalian IV Koto Kabupaten Rokan Hulu dengan persamaan regresi linear sederhana sebagai berikut : Y = 38,491 + 0,661X dengan signifikan 0,004 lebih kecil dari alpha 5%. Kesimpulan akhir dari penelitian ini, bahwa hipotesis secara parsial antara variabel kepuasan kerja terhadap disiplin kerja pegawai terbukti dan dapat diterima kebenarannya.Kata Kunci : Kepuasan Kerja, Disiplin Kerja.

Abstract

The theme of the article is a business based on the principles of Islamic economics. The purpose of this study is to determine the factors that influence non-Muslim society to save in sharia bank. The population in this study is non-muslin customers in Bank Syariah Mandiri Cabang Duri is 3,579 people. And the sample amounted to 97 people by using sampling technique that is random sampling. Data analysis was performed by using reliability test, multiple linear regression, R2 test, F test and t test. The test is conducted in order to determine the factors that influence non-Muslim community to save in sharia bank. Based on the result of research that competence with value adjusted R square can be 0,502, meaning factor of facility, promotion and product contributed 50,2% to non customer's decision, facility and product have positive effect while promotion has negative effect. Based on significant level of promotion and product have significant effect but facility not significant to decision of non Muslim customer to save in sharia bank. In the simultaneous test (Test F) that the variables X significantly affect the variable Y with a significance level of 0.000. The conclusion from the research that this research hypothesis can be accepted truth.

Abstract

The theme of the article is "economy based on the principles of Islam". The purpose of this study to determine factors that affect the productivity of employees at Bank Danamon Simpan Pinjam Unit Ps. Duri City. The sample in this research is all employees at Bank Danamon Simpan Pinjam Unit Ps. Duri City totaling 30 people. Sampling was conducted using a sample saturated. The data analysis is done by using validity, reliability, normality test, heteroscedasticity, multicollinearity test, autocorrelation test, multiple linear regression, R2 test, F test, t test. The tests are conducted to determine the relationship between the independent variables (independent variables) and dependent variable (dependent variable). The final conclusion of the study on the variables training, mental and physical abilities of employees, the relationship between superiors and subordinates of employee productivity can be seen from Table F value obtained for F (0,05) (26) = 2.975, while F count on the F test is obtained from the data processed by 7.352, meaning F count = 7.352 > 2.975. From the results of the t test that most affect the employees productivity at Bank Danamon Simpan Pinjam Unit Ps. Duri City is the mental and physical abilities of employees with t value 3.060 > 2.05.

Abstract

This research was conducted at PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri Branch Office Flamboyan Subdistrict Tapung. The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence the work environment on employee performance at PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri Branch Office Flamboyan Subdistrict Tapung. The population and sample in this study are all employees of PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri Flamboyan Sub-Branch Office, Tapung Subdistrict, totaling 32 people. While the data analysis in this study uses the test of validity, reliability, simple linear regression, test coefficient of determination and t test. The results of this research hypothesis indicate that the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri Branch Office Flamboyan Subdistrict Tapung. While the influence of the work environment on employee performance at PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri Flamboyan Sub-Branch Office Tapung District is 56.3% and the rest is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

Research themes are banks and financial institutions. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that affect compensation in Bank Danamon Simpan Pinjam Unit Ps. Kota Duri. The populations in this study are employees of Bank Danamon Simpan Pinjam Unit Ps. Kota Duri which amounted to 32 people. Sampling was conducted using random sampling. The data analysis is done by using a reliability test, normality, F test, multiple linear regression R2 test and t test. The results showed that the independent variables affect compensation, with a value of correlation R = 0.999, which indicates a very strong relationship between productivity, ability to pay, willingness to pay, employee organizations and regulatory legislation with compensation. While the adjusted R-square in the can 0.997, which means productivity, ability to pay, willingness to pay, employee organizations and regulatory laws have contributed a contribution of 99.7% of the compensation.
