Abstract

Setiap orang mungkin sudah mengetahui komputer, tetapi tidak setiap orang mengetahui sejarah dan perkembangan komputer. Selain itu, setiap orang mungkin tidak mengetahui faktor-faktor yang menjadi keputusan pembelian terhadap sebuah komputer, khususnya keputusan pembelian terhadap komputer jinjing (laptop).Untuk mencapai tujuan dari penelitian ini, yaitu untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh harga, kualitas dan iklan laptop merek Asus terhadap keputusan pembelian laptop merek Asus di Toko Chip Professional Komputer Pekanbaru, dilakukan penelitian secara langsung di lokasi penelitian, yaitu di Jl. Durian No. 22 Kelurahan Kedung Sari Kecamatan Sukajadi. Konsumen akan tetap melakukan keputusan pembelian laptop merek Asus di Toko Chip Professional Komputer Pekanbaru meskipun tidak dipengaruhi oleh faktor harga, kualitas dan iklan terhadap keputusan pembelian laptop. Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara harga, kualitas dan iklan terhadap keputusan pembelian laptop merek Asus di Toko Chip Professional Komputer Pekanbaru. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa semakin tinggi nilai dari ketiga variabel tersebut maka keputusan pembelian akan semakin meningkat. Artinya variabel keputusan pembelian laptop merek Asus di Toko Chip Professional Komputer Pekanbaru dijelaskan oleh variabel harga, kualitas dan iklan produk. Sedangkan sisanya, dijelaskan oleh variabel lain yang tidak dibahas dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of leadership style and work discipline on employee performance at the ESA Sejahtera Foundation. The population in this study was all permanent employees at the Esa Sejahtera Pekanbaru Foundation, which amounted to 54 people who had the same group level. At the same time, the sample in this study is the total population using a saturated sampling technique (census). The data collection techniques in this study are interviews and questionnaires, with data analysis using descriptive methods and multiple regression. The results of the study show that leadership style and work discipline have a significant effect on employee performance at the ESA Sejahtera Foundation. The contribution of leadership style and work discipline to employee performance was 72.2%, while the remaining 27.8% was determined by other factors not observed in this research model. For this reason, researchers suggest the need for leaders to pay attention to their subordinates, meaning that leaders must be willing to listen and understand what employees want and need. It is necessary always to provide employees with discipline input so that later employees will always come to work on time and not leave the office prematurely. In addition, the company needs to continuously monitor the quality of employee work by requiring each employee to monitor each work in detail and then re-check to prevent errors. Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of brand trust and price perception on purchasing decisions at the Rotte Bakery Pasir Putih branch. This research is quantitative research with brand trust and price perception variables on purchasing decisions. This research uses data collection techniques by distributing questionnaires. The total sample for this research was 97 respondents taken using the lameshow technique. The data analysis techniques used are descriptive statistical analysis techniques and inferential statistics. The research results show that brand trust partially influences purchasing decisions and price perception partially influences purchasing decisions. Meanwhile, brand trust and price perception have a simultaneous influence on purchasing decisions. Then it was also discovered that the contribution to the presentation of influence provided by brand trust and price perception was 73.8% and the remaining 26.2% came from other variables not included in this research. It can be concluded that brand trust and price perception influence purchasing decisions at Rotte Bakery Pasir Putih Branch.
