Abstract

This service aims to provide knowledge to the residents of the hill realm village, especially members of the Bukit realm Village Owned Enterprise so that they can maximize the benefits of the existence of the BUMdes that they have and are able to manage and develop the BUMdes in order to help provide initial business capital to cooperative members, namely the residents of the hill village. realm, so that in the future many hill village residents can enter the business world and for those who already have a business, can take advantage of the existence of BUMdes that they have to advance and develop their business. Village-Owned Enterprises are village businesses that are managed by the village government and are legal entities. The village government can establish village-owned enterprises of the same age as the needs and potentials of each village. The formation of village-owned enterprises is determined by village regulations. The management of village-owned enterprises consists of the village government and the local community. The capital of village-owned enterprises can come from the village government, community savings, government assistance, provincial governments and district/city governments, loans, or other party's capital participation or profit-sharing cooperation on the basis of mutual benefit. Village-owned enterprises can make loans, which can be done after obtaining BPD approval. Until now, most BUMDes are still standing and do not have productive business activities due to various problems that have prevented BUMdes from growing as expected. In Bukit Ranah Village there is a Village-Owned Business Entity which is a legal entity whose members are residents of the hill realm village itself.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pengaruh Kepemimpinan dan Komitmen Organisasi terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan Pada PT Integra Trustindo Pekanbaru. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT Integra Trustindo Utama Pekanbaru dengan 68 responden sebagai sampel yang dipilih menggunakan metode simple random sampling. Analisis data menggunakan analisis jalur melalui SPSS versi 24.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, Kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja. Komitmen Organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja. Kepemimpinan dan Komitmen Organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Koefisien Determinasi pada adjsted R2 sebesar 0,738. Artinya bahwa pengaruh kepemimpinan dan komitmen organisasi terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan pada PT Integra Trustindo Utama Pekanbaru adalah sebesar 73,8%. Sedangkan sisanya 26,2% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak masuk dalam model ini.

Abstract

Keputusan Pembelian seseorang terhadap smartphone Oppo biasanya dipengaruhi oleh Harga, Kualitas Produk, Citra Merek, dan Gaya Hidup untuk itu kualitas produk dalam memberikan daya tarik pada konsumen perlu dilakukan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Gaya Hidup dan Kualitas Produk terhadap Keputusan Pembelian secara serentak dan parsial. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 83 orang menggunakan teknik Propotional Random Sampling. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel Gaya Hidup dan Kualitas Produk berpengaruh terhadap Keputusan Pembelian smartphone Oppo di Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Islam Riau. Gaya Hidup dengan nilai thitung (49,521) > ttabel (1,990) dan untuk Kualitas Produk dengan nilai (2,027) > ttabel (1,990) secara simultan semua variabel berpengaruh (1226,177) lebih besar dari Ftabel 3,11. Berdasarkan output Summary didapat nilai Adjusted R square sebesar 0,968 atau 96,8% . Dimana variabel terikat (Y) dapat dijelaskan dijelaskan oleh dua variabel bebas sebesar 96,8%.Sedangkan sisanya 3,2% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain diluar penelitian

Abstract

Selebriti instagram saat ini merupakan komunikator dalam proses penawaran produk yang banyak di pergunakan oleh para pelaku usaha onlineshop, yang biasa disebut sebagai celebrity endorser. Selebriti Instagram sangat populer di kalangan masyarakat dari semua aspek usia bahkan dipercaya bisa lebih mempengaruhi masyarakat yang juga disebut konsumen untuk memutuskan dan mempengaruhi secara langsung berkeinginan untuk membeli produk. Promosi merupakan strategi terbaik yang sering dilakukan pengusaha untuk memasarkan produk mereka serta memperkenalkan merek yang mereka tawarkan. Instagram adalah salah satu media sosial yang memiliki peminat paling banyak di kalangan masyarakat terutama mahasiswa. Karena banyaknya masyarakat khususnya mahasiswa yang memiliki media sosial instagram, membuat para pelaku usaha memilih instagram sebagai alat promosi produk yang mereka jual, yang mana promosi tersebut menggunakan celebrity Endorser untuk menarik minat beli calon konsumen. Celebrity Endorser sendiri membawa pengaruh besar dalam kegiatan promosi, semakin populer dan banyaknya jumlah followers di instagram selebriti tersebut, maka semakin besar juga peluang produk di kenal banyak kalangan masyarakat terutama mahasiswa, semakin banyak produk di kenal masyarakat, maka semakin besar pula jumlah penjualan serta keuntungan yang di terima oleh pelaku usaha onlineshop. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Kredibilitas Celebrity Endorser terhadap Minat Beli Pengguna Media Sosial Instagram, untuk mengetahui Keahlian Celebrity Endorser terhadap Minat Beli Pengguna Media Sosial Instagram, untuk mengetahui Daya Tarik Celebrity Endorser terhadap Minat Beli Pengguna Media Sosial Instagram, untuk mengetahui Kepercayaan (trustworthiness) Celebrity Endorser terhadap Minat Beli Pengguna Media Sosial Instagram dan untuk mengetahui power Celebrity Endorser terhadap Minat Beli Pengguna Media Sosial Instagram. Dari hasil penelitian terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara kredibilitas, keahlian, daya tarik, kepercayaan, power (kekuatan) celebrity endorser terhadap minat beli Pengguna Media Sosial Instagram Pada Mahasiswa Fakultas Ilmu Sosial dan Ilmu Politik Universitas Islam Riau di Kota Pekanbaru

Abstract

Currently, there is no comprehensive scientific study of financial literacy and behavior. This is due to the presence of no trends in the field of research; instead, many exploratory, conceptual and empirical studies have been carried out. The current study intends to acquire trends by synthesizing different knowledge structures. A scientific search was performed to gather data for financial literacy and financial behavior. After searching Dimensions, a web-based software application created in the R language was used to gather information automatically. This software is part of a package called Bibliometrix, which also includes a web-based application called Biblioshiny. The two are used to find sources, countries, journals, authors, articles and themes. Analysis of social networks and joint quotations are also performed using automated workflows in the software. This study involved collecting data from 417 documents. Initially, this interdisciplinary field focused on the specific aspects of demographics and socio-economic status. However, as time progressed, it expanded to include behavioral aspects and even mental concepts that affected financial behavior. The study also outlines how the field’s intellectual and social ideas combine. This study uses bibliometric analysis to study important subjects. Because of this, future researchers can use its limitations to shape their ideas. Studying the literature through a systematic review will help lead to a more solid understanding of the material. Due to Dimensions' larger scope than journals, current studies utilize the database for science mapping. This information provides important data regarding financial literacy and behaviors. It also highlights the most important issues currently being addressed in the field. This data helps lead to future research projects that focus on new areas. This paper reveals the social and intellectual foundations of a particular academic or scientific field. It also details the collaborations, contexts and key themes that emerge in this particular field. After reading this paper, other researchers can make informed decisions about financial education and financial literacy policies. A large amount of work from different fields have been done across the country. This includes work from psychology, finance, economics and other fields. The study pulls apart the current literature and unites it into one cohesive body. It also explores how behavior and financial literacy are connected

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of leadership style and work discipline on employee performance at the ESA Sejahtera Foundation. The population in this study was all permanent employees at the Esa Sejahtera Pekanbaru Foundation, which amounted to 54 people who had the same group level. At the same time, the sample in this study is the total population using a saturated sampling technique (census). The data collection techniques in this study are interviews and questionnaires, with data analysis using descriptive methods and multiple regression. The results of the study show that leadership style and work discipline have a significant effect on employee performance at the ESA Sejahtera Foundation. The contribution of leadership style and work discipline to employee performance was 72.2%, while the remaining 27.8% was determined by other factors not observed in this research model. For this reason, researchers suggest the need for leaders to pay attention to their subordinates, meaning that leaders must be willing to listen and understand what employees want and need. It is necessary always to provide employees with discipline input so that later employees will always come to work on time and not leave the office prematurely. In addition, the company needs to continuously monitor the quality of employee work by requiring each employee to monitor each work in detail and then re-check to prevent errors.
