Abstract

In the field of services, customer satisfaction is a very important factor and determine the success of an enterprise. In the field of outsourcing, customer satisfaction indicator is the labor required delivery in a timely manner and has a level of quality in accordance with the terms proposed by the customer. To provide the best talent to customers, team recruitment and selection must perform a series of tests with a variety of methods to match the criteria of office given by the user with the criteria owned candidates and in order to support growth in graduation rates force a partner at the stage of user approval. For this purpose, the authors conducted a study with the method of observation, interviews, document reviews the candidate recruitment process, so as to provide recommendations for candidates with the highest quality delivery to the user at the stage of approval. The author put forward a model of decision support that is supported by the method of profile matching and Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) in problem solving. The final results of this study can be used to support a decision in order to improve the effectiveness of the delivery of quality candidates, increase customer satisfaction, lower costs and improve gross operational margin of the company.

Abstract

Arsitektur Cina yang sudah hadir di negeri kita sejak beberapa abad yang lalu ditandai dengan munculnya bangunan-bangunan tempat peribadatan (Klenteng) maupun bangunan-bangunan rumah tinggal yang terdapat banyak dikawasan Pecinan, terutama dikota-kota pantai. Hal ini wajar mengingat orang-orang Cina yang datang ke negeri kita dahulu umumnya adalah para perantau yang menggunakan laut sebagai media transportasinya. Bangunan-bangunan dengan gaya Arsitektur Cina yang mereka hadirkan, menampilkan sesuatu yang khas dengan bentuk dan nuansa yang mempunyai ciri Arsitektur tersendiri. Adanya ragam hias (ornamen) dan warna-warna yang digunakan dalam bangunan mengandung makna dan maksud tertentu. Arsitektur Cina merupakan Arsitektur Khas Oriental yang berasal dari daratan Cina yang pada dasarnya adalah Arsitektur Tradisional berornamen atau berhias. Hiasan tersebut bisa berada di dinding, pintu dan jendela dan lain-lain yang didasarkan pada mitos dan kepercayaan bangsa Tionghoa, dengan berbagai ragam ornamen mulai dari ragam geometris, motif tanaman, motif hewan bahkan sampai dengan legenda-legenda, dengan warna-warna khas yang tampil. Hal ini tentu saja memberi makna dan arti tersendiri bagi kehidupan masyarakat Tionghoa dengan kebudayaannya, yang sudah menyebar ke berbagai pelosok negara, dan yang pasti akan memberi kontribusi pada khasanah Arsitektur dunia. Kata Kunci: arsitektur, ornamen, warna, simbol.

Abstract

Bangunan kuno peninggalan sejarah yang terkait erat dengan sejarah pertumbuhan kota dimana bangunan tersebut berada, sangat dimungkinkan meninggalkan pesan dan kesan serta kenangan bagi masyarakat yang mengenalnya dan mengingatnya. Pertumbuhan kota Semarang sebagai kota pantai, yang perkembangan awalnya bertumpu pada kegiatan perdagangan dengan aktivitas pelabuhannya, menjadikan kawasan perniagaan dekat pelabuhan yang dikenal sebagai Kota Lama Semarang, menjadi kawasan bersejarah dimana banyak didapati bangunan-bangunan kuno peninggalan Belanda. Diantara bangunan-bangunan kuno yang ada, terdapat bangunan peribadatan agama Kristen Protestan yang bernama Gereja Immanuel, tetapi masyarakat luas lebih mengenal dengan sebutan Gereja Blenduk, karena bentuk atap kubahnya. Bangunan ini menjadi tetenger kawasan Kota Lama Semarang karena faktor historis dan penampilannya yang kelihatan lebih menonjol dibanding dengan bangunan-bangunan kuno yang ada disekitarnya, sehingga menjadi lebih mudah dikenali dan diingat oleh masyarakat luas yang pernah mendatanginya. Bahkan lebih jauh masyarakat umum mengenal Gereja Blenduk ini sebagai salah satu land mark / tetengernya kota Semarang.   Kata Kunci: Gereja, Kawasan, Tetenger.

Abstract

Shooting sport requires high accuracy and speed, making training evaluation essential for athlete performance improvement. Conventional evaluation methods are often limited, thus the application of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Computer Vision provides an effective alternative. This research aims to analyze and classify shooting sport poses using Deep Learning methods. A dataset consisting of several thousand pose images was collected from both field recordings and publicly available sources, followed by preprocessing for coordinate extraction. Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) was employed to extract coordinate data from shooting pose images, while Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) was applied for pose classification. Experimental results demonstrated 94% accuracy, 95% Percentage of Correct Keypoints (PCK), and 4 mm Mean Per Joint Position Error (MPJPE), with training conducted at a learning rate of 0.0001 over 150 epochs on 5% test data, involving a total of 596,642 parameters. These results indicate that the proposed CNN–LSTM model provides a reliable approach for pose analysis and classification in shooting sport. The contribution of this study lies in presenting a novel dataset and framework for AI-based shooting sport evaluation, which can enhance training feedback and broaden AI applications in sports.

Abstract

The KIP-Kuliah Scholarship is an Indonesian government program that is used to help high school students (SMA) or equivalent who are less capable but have academic potential in financing education in college. In this study, the problem limitation or scope of research is at Prof. DR. HAMKA Muhammadiyah University College in the Management Study Program. In each year the selection of scholarship acceptance often changes criteria, because of the frequent changes in scholarship criteria each year users often experience problems in selecting KIP-Kuliah scholarship recipients. Decision Support System (SPK) is a solution to assist in decision making. The purpose of this research is to assist in decision making in determining scholarship recipients in accordance with existing criteria. The method used in this research is using Decision Tree C4.5 to determine the weight of the KIP-Kuliah scholarship criteria and the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method is used to determine the ranking of scholarship recipients. In this study, researchers used 3 criteria, namely the amount of parents' income, the number of dependents, and the interview test scores. The results of the analysis of the calculations using the Decision Tree C4.5 and Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) methods and the results of the selection of college KIP scholarships consisting of the criteria for the amount of parents' income, the number of dependents and the interview test, the 12 students who deserve college KIP scholarships are students who get the highest preference scores, namely M11, M3, M6, M4, M14, M1, M5, M12, M10, M2, M7, and M9. In conclusion, the use of a Decision Support System with the Decision Tree C4.5 and Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) methods is effective in helping determine the recipients of the KIP-Kuliah scholarship in accordance with predetermined criteria.
