Abstract

In the field of services, customer satisfaction is a very important factor and determine the success of an enterprise. In the field of outsourcing, customer satisfaction indicator is the labor required delivery in a timely manner and has a level of quality in accordance with the terms proposed by the customer. To provide the best talent to customers, team recruitment and selection must perform a series of tests with a variety of methods to match the criteria of office given by the user with the criteria owned candidates and in order to support growth in graduation rates force a partner at the stage of user approval. For this purpose, the authors conducted a study with the method of observation, interviews, document reviews the candidate recruitment process, so as to provide recommendations for candidates with the highest quality delivery to the user at the stage of approval. The author put forward a model of decision support that is supported by the method of profile matching and Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) in problem solving. The final results of this study can be used to support a decision in order to improve the effectiveness of the delivery of quality candidates, increase customer satisfaction, lower costs and improve gross operational margin of the company.

Abstract

Dalam usaha meningkatkan jumlah anggota yang bergabung dalam naungan koperasi karyawan, koperasi UMB bermaksud melakukan peningkatan pelayanan pada produk simpan pinjam. Namun produk tersebut memiliki rentang waktu pelayanan yang sangat panjang dan antrian yang cukup besar. Sebelum peminjaman disetujui terdapat verifikasi berkas atas aplikasi anggota terlebih dahulu. Pendataan dan pencatatan atas peminjaman dan pembayaran pinjaman pun masih dilakukan secara sederhana yaitu dengan metode tulis tangan. Hal ini menyebabkan rawan terjadinya human error dan dokumen tidak terkontrol. Oleh karena itu, kami merancang sebuah sistem informasi pengajuan pinjaman bagi anggota untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan tersebut. Untuk mendukung usaha koperasi karyawan memberikan kemudahan dalam mengajukan pinjaman, rancangan ini kami buat menggunakan basis web dan berorientasi obyek. Sistem ini nantinya akan memberikan kemudahan bagi anggota untuk mengajukan pinjaman dari manapun dan kapanpun, memberikan keleluasaan bagi anggota untuk mengetahui status peminjaman yang diajukan dan pengembalian hutang yang telah dibayarkan. Selain itu dari sisi koperasi pegawai UMB, benefit yang diterima adalah kemudahan dan kecepatan dalam hal verifikasi berkas serta kerapihan administrasi peminjaman uang. Selain itu dalam pembuatan laporan juga menjadi fitur utama dari sistem yang kami rancang ini. Dalam menghasilkan rekomendasi peminjaman yang disetujui kami menggunakan variasi metode SAW. Hasil kalkulasi dari fitur rekomendasi ini akan menjadi dasar bagi pelayanan verifikasi berkas yang lebih cepat.

Abstract

Penerapan teknologi informasi telah menjadi kebutuhan penting bagi organisasi/perusahaan dalam menjaga operasional layanan mereka. Dalam rangka memenuhi harapan stakeholder akan pelayanan yang cepat, tepat, dan efektif, suatu organisasi/perusahaan perlu memperhatikan kebutuhan dan keinginan stakeholder untuk mempertahankan kepuasan pelanggan. Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memperkenalkan teknologi informasi yang dapat membantu masyarakat di tingkat kelurahan dalam meningkatkan efisiensi dan kualitas pelayanan publik serta kehidupan sehari-hari. Kegiatan ini dilakukan dengan memberikan pelatihan dasar mengenai pemanfaatan teknologi. Metode yang digunakan pada kegiatan ini asalah sosialisasi kepada karyawan kelurahan dan warga setempat. Hasil dari kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan pemahaman masyarakat terhadap teknologi informasi, sehingga mampu memanfaatkannya secara optimal dalam mendukung pelayanan publik. Pelaksanaan pengabdian ini memberikan dampak positif dalam mempercepat adopsi teknologi di tingkat kelurahan serta memperkuat partisipasi masyarakat dalam transformasi digital.
