Abstract

Measurement tools service quality is using Serv Quality Method. In this study, we tried to see different gapbetween students' perceptions of employee performance with the level of interest/expectations of students to anexisting service using five indicators Serv Quality. Aspects studied is, reliability aspects, responsiveness aspect,assurance Aspects, empathy aspects, and the tangibles aspects. SBA research object because they become thefrontline in shaping the image of the ministry in Program vocational UI.The method used in this research is descriptive analysis method with quantitative approach., ie research thatdescribes a data collection on the observations that have been made. This research activity is a continuation ofresearch since the first semester of 2014/2015 to the first semester of 2015/2016. The population in this studyis that students of Administration UI vocational program. Based on the results of this study concluded that thereis still a big gap to the five dimensions of Quality Serv.Keyword; Serv Quality, Public Service, Importance-Performance Matrix

Abstract

The income of local own revenues is a significant sources for routine and developmen expenditure in local government. The amount of local taxation and user charges income are influenced by the kind of local taxation and user charges which is being implemented and adjusted by the rule that is implemented, related with income of local taxation and user charges. The contribution of local taxation and user charges income to acceptance of local own resources in Bogor Municipal in the periode of budget years 1993/1994-2000 has significant meaning with the average income 27,78 per years. The contributin of local taxation and user charges income to the total income of Bogor Municipal can be see in their local government budget, related to the ability in doing local authonomy is good enough. The component of local taxation in the period 1993/1994-2000 has contribute 7,81 % per years with the growth average about 22.89 % per years. Mean while, the acceptance that come form the user charge component, in the same periode has contributed 15,61 % per years with the growth average 5.08 % per years. In increasing the contribution of local taxation and user charge income to the total of local own resources income and their contribution to the local government budget of Bogor Municipal, several things need to be done, such as intensification of collecting local taxation and user charges and also extensification by implementation of new local taxation and user charge, adjusted with the condition and potention that available.

Abstract

Park and ride parking facilities support a Transjakarta bus and made for the purpose of attracting the interest of private vehicle users in order to switch to mass transit so as to reduce the use of private vehicles in the city. Satisfaction of the users is a measure of the viability and success of the park and ride which was created and is run by the Jakarta administration. The purpose of this study was to describe the customer satisfaction with park and ride facilities provided by the Jakarta administration as supporting public transportation in Jakarta. This research approach using quantitative methods with methods of data collection by spreading the questionnaire to the park and ride and a short interview. Results from the study indicate the user has been satisfied with the facilities and services provided though there are still some supporting facilities need to be improved.
