Beberapa sistem informasi manajemen banyak yang telah di bangun pihak Universitas Indonesia, hal ini di lakukan agar aktivitas di level operasional menjadi efisien dan efektif. Salah satu aplikasi yang dibangun oleh UI ialah Human Resources information System (HRIS) bernama SIPEG (Sistem Informasi Kepegawaian). Aplikasi ini bermanfaat bagi civitas akademik seperti Dosen dalam menyimpan aktivitas tridharma perguruan tinggi. Aplikasi SIPEG merupakan aplikasi berbasis web yang digunakan untuk menunjang proses administrasi kepegawaian di Universitas Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan menjelaskan tentang kualitas output informasi dari sipeg.ui.ac.id. Terdapat 3 aspek yang diuji dalam tulisan ini yaitu: Aspek Bentuk, Aspek Isi dan Aspek waktu. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode analisis deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini ialah seluruh dosen tetap Program Vokasi UI. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa kualitas dari output informasi sipeg.ui.ac.id berada ditahap berkualitas.

This study aims to explain the competence of lecturers as a supervisor for the final paper in the Office Administration Study Program of Universitas Indonesia (UI). This research approach used is a quantitative method, which focuses on the use of numbers, tables, and graphs to display the results of the data obtained. To obtain data, the authors distribute questionnaires with several questions to the object of research. This research population is the class student 2016 of the office administration study program who worked on the final paper (tugas karya akhir or TKA). Four aspects of competency were tested in this study: Pedagogical Competency, Professional Competency, Social Competency, and Personality Competency. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the lecturers of the Office Administration Study Program in UI as supervisor the final paper is categorized as competent.

Measurement tools service quality is using Serv Quality Method. In this study, we tried to see different gapbetween students' perceptions of employee performance with the level of interest/expectations of students to anexisting service using five indicators Serv Quality. Aspects studied is, reliability aspects, responsiveness aspect,assurance Aspects, empathy aspects, and the tangibles aspects. SBA research object because they become thefrontline in shaping the image of the ministry in Program vocational UI.The method used in this research is descriptive analysis method with quantitative approach., ie research thatdescribes a data collection on the observations that have been made. This research activity is a continuation ofresearch since the first semester of 2014/2015 to the first semester of 2015/2016. The population in this studyis that students of Administration UI vocational program. Today work patterns are strongly influenced by technology so that they are able to change conventional jobs into modern jobs based on information technology by using the internet. The influence of information technology has also penetrated into PT Sarana Utama Adimandiri which is engaged in the construction sector. PT Sarana Utama Adimandiri have an IMS application that is used to make activity purchasing. This paper explain the relationship between independent variable and dependent variable, using the concept developed by Davis regarding the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). Two independent variables are perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use, while the dependent variable is acceptance of IT (integrated management system/IMS applications). This research method uses a quantitative approach, which is to obtain data by distributing questionnaires. After the data is collected, the authors perform statistical analysis using SPSS for multiple regression. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that there is a significant effect between perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use on acceptance of IT.

Job satisfaction needs to be considered by the organization because based on the theory, job satisfaction affects employee performance. This study aims to evaluate the influence of job satisfaction on the lecturer performance in the faculty X Universitas Indonesia. This study uses quantitative approach to answer the five hypothesis. The population in this study were all permanent lecturers at faculty X, totally 66 people. The data is obtained through structured questionnaire distributed to permanent lecturer. The instrument was tested using validity and reliability tests; afterwards data were analyzed use correlation and multiple regression. The regression results prove that job satisfaction with salary has a significant effect on lecturer performance. For indicators job satisfaction with promotion, co-worker and faculty leader have not significant influence.

There are three type of learning models, one of which is blended learning. Blended learning is learning that combines face-to-face instruction with e-learning. Program Vokasi Universitas Indonesia encourages lecturers to implement this model to enhance the quality of vocational students. Universitas Indonesia support for blended learning is shown through the Learning Management System: emas2.ui.ac.id. Behavioural intention in the context of blended learning is crucial, as reflect students readiness as learners to use technology. Studying academic performance is vital in the higher education, as it serves as the primary indicator of the success of the learning process and the achievement of educational goals. Objective: The study was conducted to asses the academic performance of vocational students in the blended learning model. Methods: This study uses the concept of behaviour intention derived from the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). This study uses a quantitative approach for the analysis, an online survey was conducted to obtain data from 65 respondents, who have taken information technology courses. The collected data is then processed using SPSS using three stages: validity and reliability test, simple regression and moderation test. For the moderation test, subgroups based on gender and school origin were used. Findings: The result showed a significant effect behaviour intention on academic performance among vocational students. The moderation test revealed different results for the indicators: gender (male vs female) and school origin (public vs privat school). Significant result were found for the female and public school as moderation categories. Keywords: behavior intention, academic performance, blended learning, vocational.
