Abstract

Dental hypnosis monitoring device merupakan suatu alat yang berfungsi untuk memantau kondisi kesadaran seorang pasien kesehatan gigi pada saat terhipnosis. Pada dunia kedokteran gigi khususnya bagi seorang dokter yang menggunakan metode dental hypnosis berguna untuk menenangkan pasien bahkandapat menjadi pengganti anastesi. Alat ini dapat membantu dokter gigi dalam praktek dengan metode dental hypnosis karena dapat memantau kesadaran pasienyang sedang di hypnosis.  Alat ini mengetahui kondisi kesadaran pasien berdasarkan frekuensi gelombang otak pasien yang dideteksi menggunakan elektroda. Frekuensi gelombang otak yang didefinisikan sebagai tanda bahwa seorang pasien berada pada kondisi terhipnosis berada pada rentang 3-10 Hz atau berada pada jangkah gelombang thetadan alpha. Indikasi kondisi terhypnosis dinyatakan dengan warna hijau, diluar itu dinyatakan dengan led berwarna merah.

Abstract

An arrester is a device that serves to protect equipment from dielectric failure caused by lightning impulses, switching surges, or voltage spikes that exceed an equipment’s dielectric capability. The majority of arresters have an event counter installed, which is used to track how frequently they have been in use. In humid and heavily polluted environmental conditions, it is very easy for surface discharge to occur on the isolator. Surface discharge is a discharge that occurs in an area directly related to a dielectric surface that has an excess electric field, thus triggering a discharge. If a surface discharge continues to happen, it can result in a flashover. Flashover that hits part of the event counter can make the event counter experience error, so it does not show the correct number. In addition, the performance of the event counter will be disrupted. For this reason, it is necessary to test the arrester insulators with three schemes: clean condition insulators, humid condition insulators, and insulators with humid and polluted conditions. In this experiment, pollutants were used with an equivalent salt deposit density (ESDD) value of 4.69 mg/cm2 and a nonsoluble deposit density (NSDD) value of 1.8841 mg/cm2. According to the experiment results, it was found that there was a decrease in the ability of arrester insulation to withstand voltage caused by humidity and pollutants. Humidity decreased breakdown voltage (BDV) by 5.8 kV for every 5% increase in humidity, while pollutants decreased BDV by 59 kV when the insulator was exposed to pollutants.

Abstract

ABSTRAKIndonesia bertujuan untuk beralih dari bahan bakar fosil ke sumber energi terbarukan, dengan target integrasi sebesar 23% pada tahun 2025 dan 31% pada tahun 2050. Transisi ini menghadapi tantangan akibat sifat terputus-putus dari sumber energi terbarukan yang memengaruhi kualitas listrik. Solid State Transformer (SST) muncul sebagai solusi. Dalam penelitian ini, sebuah trafo frekuensi tinggi dirancang untuk konverter Dual Active Bridge (DAB), dengan leakage inductance menjadi parameter penting. Berdasarkan perhitungan yang dilakukan, menunjukkan kebutuhan leakage inductance adalah sebesar 277 uH untuk DAB. Untuk memenuhi kebutuhan daya dan nilai leakage inductance tersebut, trafo dengan inti EE48020, 87 lilitan non-seksional, dan ketebalan isolasi 8,4 mm dapat dikembangkan. Hasil simulasi mengkonfirmasi nilai leakage inductance yang dihasilkan sebesar 268,95 uH.Kata kunci: tranformator frekuensi tinggi, dual active bridge, solid state transformer, kebocoran induktansi, geometri inti ABSTRACTIndonesia aims to shift from fossil fuels to renewable energy sources, targeting 23% integration by 2025 and 31% by 2050. In this study, a high-frequency transformer (HFT) is designed for the dual active bridge (DAB), with leakage inductance being a crucial parameter. Calculations indicate a 277 uH requirement for the DAB. To meet power needs and leakage inductance values, an HFT with an EE48020 core, 87 non-sectional turns, and 8.4 mm insulation thickness is developed. Abstract

Introduction: Modified Dental Anxiety Scale (MDAS) questionnaire is a simplified 5-point scale answering scheme, ranging from not anxious to extremely anxious. Anxious level can be reduced through dental hypnosis. Dental hypnosis monitoring device is an innovative device due to the Student Creativity Program Universitas Padjadjaran. The device can monitor a patient's consciousness by monitoring the brain wave level so that dentists can determine what steps to take when handling a patient. The effectiveness of this device has not been tested yet. This study was aimed to determine the effectiveness of the dental hypnosis monitoring device. Methods: A descriptive study was conducted on this study population, which was all the patients of Universitas Padjadjaran Dental Hospital (RSGM Unpad) who filled out the Modified Dental Anxiety Scale (MDAS) questionnaire. The sample criteria were people with moderate to high MDAS score and aged 17 years or above. Twenty-four people were obtained through consecutive sampling in one day. The study was held at Universitas Padjadjaran Dental Hospital by comparing the dental hypnosis monitoring device's performance with opinion from the dental hypnosis expert. Results: The overall success rate for the dental hypnosis monitoring device's effectiveness was 100% since the LED was always lit green during the hypnosis session, which was following the dental hypnosis expert assessment during processes. Conclusion: Effectiveness of the dental hypnosis monitoring device was proven to be 100% effective.
