Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out: (1) Strategy to fulfill citizens 'rights to obtain land certificates through PTSL in Rowokele Village, Rowokele Subdistrict, Kebumen District and (2) Inhibiting factors and supporting the fulfillment of citizens' rights to obtain land certificates through PTSL in Rowokele Village Rowokele Subdistrict Kebumen District. The research method used is descriptive research method while the research approach used is a case study. The technique of taking research subjects used was purposive sampling and simple random sampling. Techniques of collecting data is use interviews, observation, and document analysis. To obtain of the data validity, this research uses data triangulation and methods triangulation, temporary data analysis techniques use interactive data analysis with the following stages: (1) collecting of data, (2) reduction of data, (3) data presentation, and (4) verification or conclusion. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that : (1) the strategy to fulfill citizens 'rights to obtain land certificates through PTSL is achieved, with simple procedures and affordable costs so that citizens' rights are fulfilled (a) the right to recognition guarantee, protection, and legal certainty (b) The right to get facilities and special treatment and (c) To have own private property rights; (2) The inhibiting factor for fulfilling citizens' rights to obtain land certificates through PTSL in Rowokele Village consists of internal constraints which include: difficulties in finding a history of land ownership and multiple land data. While external constraints include: community factors that do not understand the function and usefulness of land certificates, the geographical conditions of the Rowokele Village area and land certificates that have not been submitted. Meanwhile the supporting factors for fulfilling citizens' rights to obtain land certificates through PTSL in Rowokele Village are support from various parties and community participation, collaboration and coordination of committees.   Full Paper

Abstract

The objectives of this research are to investigate: (1) the self assessment technique doesn?t optimum implemented. (2) to optimize the self assessment technique based on Google Form. (3) the impact of self assessment technique based on Google Form.This research used the qualitative descriptive research method. The data sources of research were informants, observations, and documentation. The samples of research were taken by using the purposive sampling technique. The data of research were collected through observation, in-depth interview, and documentation also validated by using the data and method trianggulations. They were then analyzed by using interactive model of analysis consisting of four main components, namely: data collection, data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing.The result of research are as follows: (1) the self assessment which has been done by Pancasila and Civic Education teachers on SMK Negeri 2 Karanganyar only implemented once in a semester does not meet the assessment criteria. This was caused by several problems that self assessment require a lot of time while the time for learning is limited, many aspect of assessment that cause theacher?s performance is forced, requires a considerable cost, the lack of caring teachers to implement self assessment regularly because of limited time so self assessment is ignored by the teachers and teacher?s lack of understanding about self assessment. (2) Self assessment techniques based on Google Form can be delivered more optimum in ways of utilizing learning support facility as computer laboratory and wifi connection as maximum as possible. Implementation of self assessment based on Google Form is more efficient of time, cost, and teacher?s need not to forced. (3) The impact of self assessment based on Google Form were students can carry out self assessment as the discipline and also have a high interest towards self assessment based on Google Form. Impact on teachers that teachers can do a self assessment in a simple form, authentic, and more objective.

Abstract

Pengabdian masyarakat yang dilakukan melalui Program Kemitraan Masyarakat (PKM) bertujuan untuk memberdayakan dan meningkatkan ketahanan ekonomi masyarakat. Metode yang digunakan adalah pemberian materi melalui ceramah, praktik langsung, dan pendampingan, meliputi lima tahap, yaitu (1) Melakukan pra-kegiatan berupa koordinasi dengan kedua mitra terkait kegiatan yang akan dilaksanakan, (2) Memberikan pelatihan membuat abon berbahan baku ikan air tawar; (3) Memfasilitasi pengemasan produk abon ikan air tawar; (4) Memberikan pelatihan teknik dan manajemen penyimpanan agar produk abon ikan tahan lama dan kualitas terjaga.; (5) Monitoring dan evaluasi terhadap hasil pelatihan pembuatan abon ikan serta penguasaan terhadap pengetahuan aspek manajemen penyimpanan produk. Pemberdayaan masyarakat berbasis potensi lokal ini telah menghasilkan 3 varian rasa abon ikan gurami, yaitu manis, asin dan pedas. Kelompok PKK sangat antusias dengan kegiatan ini karena selain mendapatkan pengalaman baru berupa keterampilan membuat abon ikan, juga dapat meningkatkan ekonomi warga setempat. Pelatihan pembuatan abon dengan bahan baku ikan air tawar ini sangat bermanfaat karena mampu memberdayakan ibu-ibu rumah tangga yang tergabung ke dalam kelompok kelompok PKK. Pelatihan pembuatan abon berbahan baku ikan air tawar ini menciptakan peluang usaha secara nyata di masa mendatang.

Abstract

This study aims to find out: (1) Strengthening ecological citizenship in changing the behavior of people aware of the environment through the Kampung Selo Beraksi program; (2) Obstacles faced in realizing the Kampung Selo Beraksi program. This study uses qualitative research methods and descriptive research approaches. The research technique used was purposive sampling. Data collection uses interviews, observation and document analysis. Testing data validity using data triangulation and methods. Data analysis uses an interactive analysis model which includes: data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. Stages of research include: (1) Preparation; (2) Data collection; (3) Analysis of data; (4) Preparation of research reports. The results of this study include: (1) Strengthening ecological citizenship is needed to arouse community awareness through environmental activities, namely the Kampung Selo Beraksi program. Insightful activities in the Kampung Selo Beraksi program include garbage banks, hydroponic parks, vertical gardens, craft galleries, and outbound. Strengthening ecological citizenship in the Kampung Selo Beraksi program is a bottom up approach that is realized through the formation of environmental knowledge, environmental skills, environmental attitudes, environmental participation. (2) The obstacles faced in realizing the Kampung Selo Beraksi program come from internal and external. The barriers to the Kampung Selo Beraksi program originating from the internal include: a) limited human resources due to lack of activeness and participation of the Kampung Selo community members; b) limited sources of funds in the development of the Kampung Selo Beraksi program. Barriers to the Kampung Selo Beraksi program originating from the external include: a) obstacles from the community, namely the existence of counter-attitudes from the community and a lack of community participation; b) obstacles from the government, namely lack of attention and participation of the local government; c) obstacles from the environment, namely the location of Kampung Selo Beraksi far from the city and the maximum arrangement of the village. Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui:  (1) strategi penanaman nilai-nilai kedisiplinan peserta didik melalui organisasi kepramukaan untuk membentuk karakter kewarganegaraan di SMP Negeri 8 Surakarta. (2) nilai-nilai kedisiplinan pesert didik setelah mengikuti kegiatan kepramukaan di SMP Negeri 8 Surakarta. (3) faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam menanamkan nilai-nilai kedisiplinan melalui organisasi kepramukaan untuk membentuk karakter kewarganegaraan di SMP Negeri 8 Surakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Sumber data yang digunakan berupa informan, dokumen dan arsip serta tempat dan peristiwa.Teknik Pengumpulan data yang digunakan untuk memperoleh dan menyusun data penelitian adalah dengan teknik pengamatan atau observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi dan angket. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah dengan analisis data model analisis interaktif.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa: (1) Strategi yang digunakan diantaranya  strategi  keteladanan dan pembiasaan, strategi dinamika kelompok, adanya kontrak pembelajaran di awal kegiatan pramuka, memberikan pengumuman kepada peserta didik supaya mempersiapkan kegiatan pramuka selanjutnya. (2) Nilai-nilai kedisiplinan peserta didik setelah mengikuti kegiatan pramuka berupa disiplin waktu, disiplin dalam berpakaian lengkap, disiplin dalam berbahasa dan disiplin dalam tata tertib. (3) Faktor penghambat dalam menanamkan nilai-nilai kedisiplinan diantaranya memiliki rasa minder untuk melakukan hal yang berkaitan dengan disiplin, tidak memiliki kemauan untuk disiplin, kurangnya partisipasi dari guru lain, mayoritas dewan galang putri, susahnya mengatur peserta didik putra dan lingkungan pergaulan yang salah. Sedangkan faktor pendukungnya, yaitu adanya dukungan penuh dari orang tua untuk melakukan kegiatan pramuka, adanya tata tertib yang harus dipatuhi peserta didik, adanya pembentukan sikap dan keterampilan,sarana dan prasarana yang mendukung, adanya seleksi pramuka garuda, pihak pembina dari luar ikut berpartisipasi pada saat kegiatan berlangsungKata Kunci: Penanaman, Nilai-Nilai Kedisiplinan, Karakter Kewarganegaraan

Abstract

Ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi telah mengalami kemajuan yang sangat pesat. Kemajuan yang paling banyak dirasakan menyentuh kehidupan masyarakat saat ini salah satunya adalah kemajuan dalam bidang teknologi komunikasi dan informasi. Perkembangan IPTEK yang begitu pesat, telah membawa perubahan gaya hidup dalam membina hubungan akrab dengan orang lain. Cara berkomunikasi yang paling sering mereka gunakan adalah dengan menggunakan jejaring sosial. Jejaring sosial sebagai salah satu sarana berkomunikasi dalam bentuk maya, berhubungan atau menjalin komunikasi secara verbal melalui seperangkat komputer atau sejenisnya yang dihubungkan melalui suatu jaringan telekomunikasi. Salah satunya ialah facebook yang menempati peringkat pertama. Mayoritas pengguna internet adalah kaum perempuan. Perempuan pengguna internet paling banyak berasal dari kalangan profesional dan diikuti ibu rumah tangga yang memanfaatkan internet dan teknologi informasi untuk membantu produktivitas mereka. Perempuan pengguna internet di Indonesia didominasi penduduk kota besar meskipun sebaran penggunanya sudah meluas. Mengingat besarnya jumlah perempuan yang bermedia sosial, maka dibutuhkan civic literasi tentang bagaimana bermedia sosial yang baik dan benar sehingga menjauhkan perempuan dari berbagai masalah sebagai akibat pengunaan media sosial yang salah.

Abstract

The aim of this article is to elucidate a strategy for enhancing students' tolerance values through the implementation of the Nusantara Module activities as part of the Free Student Exchange Program at Muhammadiyah University of Makassar. This study employs a qualitative methodology, with data obtained from a range of sources, including informants, locations, events, and documents. Purposive sampling is employed as the sampling technique, with data collection techniques involving interviews, document analysis, and observation. The validity test technique utilized in this study comprises data source triangulation and method triangulation. The findings of this study demonstrate that the strategy to strengthen student tolerance values can be accomplished through a range of activities, including diversity, inspiration, reflection, and social contribution. These activities demonstrate that the Nusantara module activities leverage a value classification approach and a value analysis approach in their efforts to enhance students' tolerance values. The primary limitation of this study is its inability to assess online activities that may have been conducted.

Abstract

In the 2019 general election, many students were disqualified and took a stand of apathy towards the interests of the nation and the state, because they got information from social media whose existence could not be accounted for so it was very necessary to carry out political education through civic education by utilizing digital literacy. This research aims to find out 1) the importance of political education for students through civic education courses, 2) political education strategies through digital literacy in the learning process, and 3) obstacles to political education through digital literacy in the learning process. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive research method. The data collection technique uses interviews, observations, and document studies, and the data analysis used is interactive. The results showed that the civic education course is very effectively used as a vehicle for political education for students, considering that the content of the material is related to the rights and obligations of citizens, the state of law, democracy, and so on. A lecturer's strategy in providing political education through digital literacy is that lecturers present material related to political education by utilizing digital technology, using varied learning methods, utilizing political issues that are currently hot to be discussed and analyzed, providing space for students to discuss, utilizing social media as a learning medium, and providing motivation and inspiration. The obstacles experienced in the political education process are that some students still use their mobile phones to play games, limited time in the learning process, limited student knowledge related to the technology used, and lack of focus when the learning process is carried out online. AbstrakPemilihan umum tahun 2019 banyak mahasiswa yang golongan putih dan mengambil sikap apatis terhadap kepentingan bangsa dan negara, karena mendapatkan informasi dari media sosial yang keberannya belum bisa dipertanggungjawabkan sehingga sangat perlu dilakukan pendidikan politik melalui pendidikan kewarganegaraan dengan memanfaatkan literasi digital. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui 1) pentingnya pendidikan politik bagi mahasiswa melalui mata kuliah pendidikan kewarganegaraan, 2) strategi pendidikan politik melalui literasi digital dalam proses pembelajaran, dan 3) kendala pendidikan politik melalui literasi digital dalam proses pemebelajaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode peneltian deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumen serta analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis data interaktif. Pendidikan kewarganegaraan sangat penting dan efektif digunakan sebagai wahana pendidikan politik bagi mahasiswa, mengingat muatan materinya berkaitan dengan hak dan kewajiban warga negara, negara hukum, demokrasi dan lain sebagainya. Strategi seorang dosen dalam memberikan pendidikan politik melalui literasi digital yaitu dosen mempresentasikan materi terkait pendidikan politik dengan memanfaatkan media digital, menggunakan metode pembelajaran yang bervariatif, memanfaatkan isu-isu politik yang sedang hangat untuk didiskusikan dan dianalaisis, memberikan ruang kepada mahasiswa untuk berdiskusi, memanfaatkan media sosial sebagai media pembelajaran, dan memberi motivasi dan inspirasi. Kendala yang dialami dalam proses pendidikan politik yaitu masih ada beberapa mahasiswa yang memanfaatkan ponselnya untuk bermain game, keterbatasan waktu dalam proses pembelajaran, keterbatan pengetahuan mahasiswa terkait teknologi yang digunaka, dan kurang fokus ketika proses pembelajaran dilakukan secara daring.
