Abstract

Pulau Salemo dan Pulau Sabangko merupakan salah satu pulau yang berada di Desa Mattiro Bombang Kecamatan Liukang Tupabbiring Utara Kabupaten Pangkep. Kedua pulau ini memiliki potensi laut berlimpah terutama hasil penangkapan kepiting rajungan. Untuk meningkatkan potensi desa dan memberikan nilai tambah hasil tangkap nelayan terhadap kepiting rajungan maka dilakukan pengembangan IKM yang menghasilkan berbagai produk olahan kepiting rajungan. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian Program Pengembangan Desa Mitra (PPDM) ini adalah mengembangkan usaha olahan produk kepiting rajungan dalam meningkatkan pendapatan IKM Salemo Sejahtera. Adapun tahapan kegiatan PPDM meliputi sosialisasi, penyediaan bahan dan alat, pelatihan pengemasan produk kepiting rajungan beku dan olahan, dan pendampingan. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian PPDM diperoleh mitra PPDM dapat mendesain label kemasan yang menarik dan melakukan proses pengemasan produk kepiting rajungan dengan benar. Selain itu, pelatihan ini memberikan peningkatan penjualan bagi IKM. Kata kunci: Nelayan, pengabdian, produk, pulau. ABSTRACT Salemo Island and Sabangko Island are one of the islands located in Mattiro Bombang Village, Liukang Tupabbiring Utara District, Pangkep Regency. These two islands have abundant marine potential, especially the catch of small Rajungan crabs. To increase the potential of the village and provide added value to the fishermen's catch of small Rajungan crabs, the development of small and medium-sized rajungan crabs was carried out. The purpose of this PPDM service activity is to develop a business for processing small crab products in increasing the income of SME Salemo Sejahtera. The stages of PPDM activities include socialization, provision of materials and tools, training on packaging of frozen and processed rajungan crab products, and assistance. The results of PPDM service activities obtained PPDM partners can design attractive packaging labels and carry out the packaging process for rajungan crab products correctly. In addition, this training provided an increase in sales for IKM.Keywords: Fishermen, community service, product, island.

Abstract

Organic potassium fertilizer and liquid organic fertilizer are an alternative to reduce the use of chemical fertilizers in peanut cultivation. This research aims to determine the dose of organic potassium, the dose of liquid organic fertilizer (LOF) from cow urine on the growth and production of peanuts. This research was structured using a Randomized Block Design (RBD) with 2 treatments, namely doses of organic potassium and cow urine liquid organic fertilizer (LOF). The parameters observed were plant height (cm), number of leaf stalks (stalk), seed weight per 1000 (g), number of pods (fruit), fresh weight (g), and dry weight (g). The results of the study showed that treatment with doses of organic potassium and cow urine LOF had no significant effect on the growth and production of peanuts. The best organic potassium dose for growth and production is organic potassium equivalent to a KCl dose of 75 kg ha-1. The best dose of cow urine LOF is 75 ml L-1.
