Abstract

Abstract : The result of field observation study has found problems at student psbr rumbai pekanbaru in did blow backhand and the result are not satisfactory. So that these skill develop better it need the tranning and discipline at student psbr rumbai on practice. Be sides the condition of physical also need the skiil of meet to be result maximum performance.Thetype of research research of correlation with total student psbr is 11 person. Data in this research is thecnique total sampling. Sample this research is over all number of students it that 11 person. And the instument this research is exsplosive power and blow of backhand be used two hands medicine ballblow ofbackhand.Then data processed with statistic to test normality with test liliforst at signifikan level α=0,05, proposed hypothesis is the connection explosive power of arm muscle and shoulder with the result of belting backhand trick played on badminton. And the analysis of data have result is there connect explosive power of muscle and shoulder (x) with result blow of backhand (y) at student of psbr rumbai.and the calculation is rhitung= 0,763 >rtabel= 0,632there is connect exsplosive power of arm muscle and shoulder (x) with result blow of backhand. It can be concluded that ho is rejected and ha be accepted and is shows there have connect between two variables. Key word    : exsplosive power, arm muscle and shoulder, result blow of backhand in badminton.

Abstract

Abtract : Based on the observations of researchers in the field the ability Smash Badminton At PB. Putra Mandiri Pekanbaru City still low. This is evident from the weakness of the arm muscle power athletes, because when doing so required badminton smash fast and precise movements. Therefore Power bicep be one important factor in giving effect to the smash ability. The purpose of this study was to determine the effects of exercise forearm muscle power to smash the ability of badminton in the PB. Putra Mandiri Pekanbaru. The population in this study is the player PB. Kota Putra Mandiri Pekanbaru.yang amounted to 15 people. The sample in this study using the technique of total sampling, that the sample in this study amounted to 15 people. Research instrument used was a test forehand smash. The data obtained will be in the analysis by using t-test. Based on the results of 7937 taccount> 1,791 (ttabel) and then the hypothesis is accepted that influences of the exercise arm muscle power to smash ability badminton on the PB. Abstract

Abstract: Agility and endurance is a skill which is football player must have. This study aims to find out how big the contribution of agility and endurance with dribbling skills of SMK Muhamadiyah 2 Pekanbarufootball team. The sample in this study amounted to 20 peoples with sampling technique of total sampling. Instrument agility with dodging run, endurance with bleep test, and dribble. At the time of analysis, there are some problems that occur such as at the time of dribbling, the ball loose control on the mastery, and the difficulty to break through the opponent's defense. Based on the results of the study, the data shows that there are contribution of agility, endurance, or combined both (agility and endurance) to the students' skills in dribbling. Percentage of agility, endurance, and agility and endurance of SMK. Muhamadiyah 2 Pekanbaru football team, each of which amounted to 45.74%, 28.30%, And 54.87%.Keywords: Agility, endurance, dribbling

Abstract

Abstrak: Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah hasil observasi peneliti di lapangan bahwa pemain sepaktakraw Cendana Panam dalam sepak silapemain masih belum baik, hal ini terlihat pada saat menimang bola, bola jarang pas pada kaki bagian dalam sehingga bola sering jatuh dan tidak sesuai harapan yang diinginkan. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan koordinasi mata dan kaki dengan kemampuan sepak sila dalam permainan sepaktakraw pada club Cendana Kota Pekanbaru. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pemain Klub Sepaktakraw Cendana Panam, yang terdiri dari 15 orang.Sampel penelitian ini menggunakan sampling jenuhyaitu teknik penentuan sampel bila semua anggota populasi digunakan sebagai sampel.Data yang diperoleh dari tes koordinasi mata dan kaki dan kemampuan sepak sila. Data di analisi dengan menggunakan korelasi product moment.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian bahwa terdapat hubungan yang kuat Koordinasi Mata dan Kaki dengan Kemampuan Sepak Sila Dalam Permainan Sepaktakraw Pada Klub Cendana Kota Pekanbaru. Abstract

Abstrak : This examination was done with using colleration examination design that has goal to investigate how far variables ( back muscle flexibility and limb muscle explosive power ) at once factor that hooked with other factors ( result high jump ). In this examination population that was used pekanbaru tigama senior high school xi grade male students. The population in this examination as much 25 people. For result waist muscle flexibility examination as much 25 samples, 3 people ( 12% ) have waist muscle flexibility with value range 14,40 -15,53 , than 5 people ( 20% ) have waist muscle flexibility with value range 15,54 – 16,67 , next 3 people (12% ) have waist muscle flexibility with value range 16,68 – 17,81 , whereas 5 people ( 20% ) have waist muscle flexibility with value range 17,82-18,95 , and 7 people ( 25% ) have waist muscle flexibility with value range 18,96-20,09 , and the last 2 people (8% ) have waist muscle flexibility with value range 20,10-21,23. For result limb muscle explosive power examination as much 25 samples, 1 people (4%) have limb muscle explosive power result with value range 1.10-1.27, than 4 people (16% have limb muscle explosive power result with value range 1.28-1.45, next 2 people (8%) have limb muscle explosive power result with value range 1.46-1.63, whereas 9 people (36%) have limb muscle explosive power result with value range 1.64-1.81, and 6 people (24%) have limb muscle explosive power result with value range 1.82-1.99, the last 3 people (12%) have limb muscle explosive power result with value range 2.00-2.17. F,or result squat model high jump examination as much 25 samples, 2 people (12%) have high jump result with value range 3.20-3.38, than 4 people (16%) have high jump result with value range 3.39-3.57, next 2 people (8%) have high jump result with value range 3.58-3.76, whereas 10 people (40%) have high jump result with value range 3.77-3.95, and 6 people (24%) have high jump with value range 3.96-4.14, the last 1 people (4%) have high jump with value range 4.15-4.33. Abstract

 ABSTRACT, Background problem in this research is not optimal yet accuracy overhead servicing volleyball players SMAN 1 Teluk Nisap. This problem can be seen from the observation of researchers during a match or training. This is presumably because of the explosive power arm muscles and hand-eye coordination. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to determine whether there is a contribution explosive power arm muscles and hand-eye coordination to the overhead serve accuracy on volleyball players at SMAN 1 Teluk Nisap. This type of research is correlational comparing the measurement results of two different variables in order to determine the degree of correlation between these variables. As independent variables (X1) is explosive power arm muscles, (X2) is hand-eye coordination while the dependent variable (Y) is the overhead serve accuracy on volleyball. This research data obtained from the two hand medicine ball put test, catching throwing at the wall test andaccuracy serve test above. Based on the results of research it can be concluded as : the results obtained explosive power arms muscles had significant relationship with the overhead serve accuracy on volleyball players at SMA Negeri 1 bay Nilap Babussalam Kubu district, characterized by results obtained by the rhitung 0.46> rtabel 0.444, with a contribution of 21%. From the results obtained hand-eye coordination significant relationship to the overhead serve accuracy on volleyball players at SMA Negeri 1 Teluk Nilap Babussalam Kubu district, characterized by the results obtained by the rhitung 0.50> rtabel 0.444, with a contribution of 25%. There is a significant relationship together between the explosive power arm muscles and hand-eye coordination to the overhead service accuracy on volleyball players at SMA Negeri 1 Teluk Nilap Babussalam Kubu district, is characterized by the results obtained rhitung 0.55> rtabel 0.444, with a contribution of 30 %.Keywords : Explosive Power, Arms Muscles, Coordination, Hand-Eye, Serve

Abstract

Abstract: This problem in this study is still the numbers of students who failed in achieving the target of refulsion that is 6 meters. This study aims is to determine whether there is a corelation of bicep power with the outcome of shot put in orthodox style on a male students of MAN 1 Muara Fajar Pekanbaru. Sample collections tecnique is total sampling the population of this study are a male students of grade XI Mathematics sciens grade in MAN 1 Muara Fajar Pekanbaru, the sample of this study were male students of grade XI Mathematics sciens MAN 1 Muara Fajar Pekanbaru with the numbered of students are 12 students. This research using a correlation technique. Then, the data are tested using the test of normality, test the product moment correlation test, test of significance on the level of significance of α = 0.05. Test of normality of variabels X, L0maks (0,128) < Ltabel (0,242), and testing normality of variabels Y, L0maks (0,222) < Ltabel (0,242) in other words at a of normal data and concluded the results showed: there is a significant relationship between eye and food coordination with ability sila kick, with correlation r= 0.646, where rhitung > rtabel or 0.646 > 0,576. and such relations are categorized strong . Thus, Ho rejected and Ha accepted.Key Words: Bicep power with the shot put in o’brien style

Abstract

Abstract: The background of this research is based on the results of observations on male students of class XI SMA Negeri 1 Benai. Problems derived from the results of these observations, among others: the average distance of the long jump results of the students still unsatisfactory. Students rate as the prefix is less tight. Adapaun purposes of this study were 1) to determine the ratio of the leg muscles explosive power with a long jump results in male students of class XI SMA Negeri 1 Benai. 2) determine the ratio of the velocity jump results in male students of class XI SMA Negeri 1 Benai. 3) To determine the relationship of the leg muscle explosive strength and speed in the long jump results in male students of class XI SMA Negeri 1 Benai. This type of research is a kind of research is correlational with 3 variables. The population in this study were all male students of class XI SMA Negeri 1 Benai which counted 40 people. This sampling technique is the total sampling, thus reducing the number of samples in this study were 40 persons. Data-analysis showed that all of the data normally distributed. From the result of the calculation is known that there is a significant correlation between the variables x1, x2 and y variables. The calculation of the variable X1 and Y obtained value r calculated at 0.629. From the table, the value of R value obtained rtabel on df = 38 with significance level (α) 00:05 = 0312. This means that the value of r census 0411> rtabel (0312) concluded, there is a significant relationship between the leg muscles explosive power of the jump from SMA Negeri 1 Benai As a matter of X2 and Y obtained calculated the value of r obtained at 0.332. From the table, the value of R value obtained rtabel on df = 38 with significance level (α) 00:05 = 0312. This means that the value of r count 0.332> r table (0312). a conclusion, there is a link speed with the ability to jump results in SMA Negeri 1 Benai. By way of X1, X2 and Y are obtained by counting results obtained correlation value calculated 0481 r. From the table, the value of R value obtained rtabel on df = 37 with significance level (α) 00:05 = 0316. This means that the value of r census 0481> rtabel (0316). Kesimpulanya a significant relationship between leg muscle explosive power and speed of the results of the long jump at SMA Negeri 1 BenaiKeywords: leg muscle explosive power, speed, long jump2

Abstract

Abstract: According to the previous statement and the result of the research observation into the male students of XI grade at SMK N 7 Pekanbaru, the result of the male students’ shot put was not maximal. It could be observed from the students’ shot which did not reach the learning standard. The aim of the research was to see the relationship of shoulder arm muscle power and back muscle flexibility with the result of shot put for the male students of XI grade at SMK N 7 Pekanbaru. The population was XI grade SMK N 7 Pekanbaru consisting of 20 male students. The research used total sampling. It means that all population of male students as the samples with the amount of 20. The instruments were shoulder arm muscle power test by using expanding dynamometer test, back muscle flexibility test by using sit and reach test, and shot put test by using the shot put result.The data was analysed by using simple and multiplied product moment correlation. Based on the research result, it was obtained that the power of shoulder and arm muscle had a relationship with the result of the male students’ shot put of XI grade SMK N 7 Pekanbaru. From the result, it was obtained that back muscle flexibility had a relationship with the result of shot put for the male students of XI grade at SMK N 7 Pekanbaru. There was a significant result between the power of shoulder arm muscle and the flexibility of back muscle through the result of the male students’ shot put in XI grade at SMK N 7 Pekanbaru.Keywords: soulder arm muscle power, back muscle flexibility, the result of shot put

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine whether there is a correlation  the between leg muscles explosive power and triple jump results at men’s student in class XI SMAN 1 kampar timur. The forms of this research are the correlation study it look at the correlation beween leg muscle explosive power and triple jump results at men’s student in class XI off SMAN 1 Kampar Timur. As for the independent variable is the leg muscle explosive power that is symbolized by (X) and the dependent  variable is the result triple jump that is symbolized (Y) at men’s student in class XI kampar timur. the population in this study from the men's student in class SMAN 1 Kampar timur. In this study researchers took sample of 25 % the total population that is 30 people. The from analysis of data  obtained by the correlation coefficent of    = 0,688> of  = 0,367. Meaning there is a correlation the between leg muscle explosive power and triple jump results.
