Abstract

Abstract : Culture is the expression of human ideas, ideas and actions in meeting the needs of everyday life, which is obtained through the process of learning and teaching. The culture conceptually has seven (7) components: Religion, Science, Technology, Economics, Social Organization, Language and Communication and Art. One of the artworks of the Batak Toba ethnic community is "Ulos". Ulos is a symbol of blessing, compassion and unity. Literally, ulos means a blanket that warms the body and protects it from cold air. Ulos type specifically in Toba Batak custom is Marature Star, Ulos Mangiring, Ulos Ragi Hotang, Ulos Sibolang, Ulos Ragi idup. The symbolic meaning of Ulos is there are several types namely: Furnace symbol, Line Symbol, Hotang Symbol, Star Symbol, Symbol Boras starch, Symbol of Gears, Bonang Manalu symbol. Function Ulos: The functions of Ulos Toba Batak customary Samosir District there are some that are Official Clothes In Indigenous Ceremonies based on life cycles such as At weddings, Birth Ceremonies, Death Ceremonies and Functions Ulos based on importance: As Reply Services To Parents, As Clothing Dancers On Adat Dance (Manortor) or performing arts, Ulos in political activities, Ulos in socio-culture. Samosir regency is the majority of Batak tribe, every event custom is inseparable from Ulos cloth. Abstract

Abstract: Existence is a word derived from the Latin is existere that have meaning: arise, arise, exist, and where they arise. Bangko Bakti is the village where the indigenous population is Malay, Javanese society first of all comes from the island of Java bertrasmigrasi to North Sumatra, then after the Java community who moved to North Sumatra kehidpan experiencing economic constraints. So then the Java community bertranmigrasi Bakti Bangko and residents of the Bangko Bakti. The reason they settled in Bangko Bakti is seen very good job opportunities in Bangko Bakti. The existence of Javanese culture in Desa Bakti Bangko Malay community for their willingness to use Java in the village culture Bangko Bakti, besides the similarities and liver kerendah two cultures that could Javanese culture well received by the Malay community in the village of Bangko Bakti. The strong influence of Javanese culture led to the Javanese cultural influence on the Malay community in Bakti Bangko. after affected Javanese, Malay community using a portion of Javanese culture in the everyday life of Malay culture in Bangko Bakti. Among them are: Language, some custom Java community did wages, art, food. While the Malay and Javanese cultural perceptions in people's lives Bangko Bakti notice of the existence of Javanese culture in Bangko Bakti, Behold, the two cultures portray the absence of a great good rejection of any society. When the Malay community culture using Java, the Java community does not feel disadvantaged. Abstract: Education is one of the most important in life. In addition to being one of the benchmarks or not a country, education also plays an important role in the survival. SMPN 9 Pariaman is the youngest educational institutions in the city of Pariaman, although it has been operating for nine years but there are many rapid educational development in South Pariaman District. The purpose of this research is: (1) To know the history of SMPN 9 Pariaman in the Marunggi village of Pariaman South subdistrict (2006). (2) to know the developments in SMP Negeri 9 in marunggai Village Pariaman South subdistrict (2006-2015). (3) To know SMPN 9 pariaman Achievement in marunggai Village South Pariaman subdistrict. (4) To know the efforts made to maintain the existence of SMP Negeri 9 Pariaman. In this research method approach in which data are collected through the Library Study of History, Interview and Documentation. Analysis of data using qualitative approach. Abstract

Abstract: Mandailing tribe is one of tribes located in Rokan Hulu Regency. Mandailing tribe in Rokan Hulu regency is an immigrant tribe from North Sumatera Province involved in civil war in Padang Galugur area to settle and live in Rokan Hulu District. The purpose of this research is 1) To know the history of entry of Mandailing tribe in Regency of Rokan Hulu Regency. 2) To know the factors inhibiting and pushing the entry of Mandailing tribe into Rokan Hulu District 3) To know the acceptance of local people to the entry of Mandailing tribe to Rokan Hulu regency 4) To know the role of government in the development of Mandailing tribe in Rokan Hulu regency. In this research using descriptive method, with qualitative approach, where it will provide complete information so that it is useful for science. The results of this study indicate that the Mandailing tribe is one part of the tribe that is in Rokan Hulu district. Who has long lived and lived in Rokan Hulu district from the days of the Kingdom of Rambah and Tambusai to the present time. Abstract

Abstract: The new Indonesia gained independence should return to face the Netherlands who want to re-colonize Indonesia. NICA coming to Indonesia is trying to arm the Royal Nerderlands Indisch Leger (KNIL), the Dutch royal army to Indonesia, with the aim of provocation and terror against the people of Indonesia. In addition to the military, the Netherlands is also planning to create a form of federation in Indonesia that aims to weaken the Republic of Indonesia one of which is the State of East Indonesia. But the Dutch effort to establish the State of East Indonesia should be blocked, because the situation in South Sulawesi were not safe it is caused by the people's resistance against the Dutch and Allied soldiers who refused the Dutch presence in South Sulawesi. The purpose of this study were (1) to know who Raymond Westerling, (2) to know the background of the Dutch established the State of East Indonesia, (3) to determine the people's resistance against the Dutch in South Sulawesi, (4) to determine the Dutch strategy in the face popular resistance in South Sulawesi, (5) to determine the role of slaughter Westerling of the establishment of the State of East Indonesia, (6) to find out the Dutch and Indonesian government action against the slaughter Westerling, (7) to determine the end of the State of East Indonesia. The method used is the method Historically, the data collected through technical literature and technical documentation. In analyzing the data is used dekriftif qualitative. Results from this study is that the Federal State of East Indonesia can stand, then the Netherlands need to create a safe state in South Sulawesi. To achieve this goal, then sent troops Westerling and Depot Speciale Troepen to quell popular resistance, and how that is done by Westerling is to carry out the slaughter/killing people in South Sulawesi. Westerling massacres and DST troops in South Sulawesi can extinguish the resistance of the people that made the Netherlands could be immediately set up the State of East Indonesia is the administrative center of MakassarKey Words: Westerling, DST, NIT.

Abstract

Abstract: Indonesia is an anthropological country of 500 ethnic group language and culture features. Even more unique, earch of ethnic group has its own country of origin, historical experience and ancestry. In the countryside generates a variety of tradition that are very important and meaningful, but the villagers take the tradition as a regular thing that they routinely do and become something very valuable, unique and very interesting as important and sacred. The purpose of study is (1) To know the tradition history of lonely rhythmic in the wedding ceremony at the village of Buluh Nipis Siak Hulu Kampar District, (2) To find out the procedures of the tradition of parade in the wedding ceremony in the village of Buluh Nipis Siak Hulu Kampar District, (3) To know the values contained in the implementation of tradition a long the parade of wedding ceremony in the village of Buluh Nipis Siak Hulu Kampar District, (4) To know conservation effort the tradition of parade in the wedding ceremony in the village of Buluh Nipis Siak Hulu Kampar District. The method used in this research is the historical method. The result of this research is the tradition parade to ledges that tradition has long been in the village of Buluh Nipis in a wedding that started with negotiation and the beginning of the feast. The opening wedding ceremony marked by beating of talempong by ninik mamak and short speech, tradition parade to ledges becomes very important because it is a sign of respect and glory for the bride.Keyword: Tradition, Parade to Ledges, Wedding

Abstract

Abstrack: The diverse customary laws still apply to Indonesian ethnic groups. Indigenous peoples in Indonesia are divided into three groups, namely: Patrineal family structure, Matrineal family, and Parental family. Inheritance, patrineal law still distinguishes gender, one of them is the division of inheritance in Batak Toba society. The purpose of this research is (1) To know the structure of kinship and the procedure of dividing inheritance in Toba Batak society (2) To know the position of girls in the division of Toba Batak's inheritance (3) To know Batak Toba community in relation of perception of Toba Batak women to the division inheritance in Batak Toba society. The research benefits are Giving a thought discipline of science especially sociology, anthropology, and law of inheritance, who want to study aspects of culture in customary order that integrates society through the division of inheritance. This research is also expected to increase the knowledge of traditional figures, the community and the world of academia and government, related to the perception and position of girls in obtaining the inheritance in Batak Toba society. The results showed that the Toba Batak kinship structure in Kecamatan Siborongborong still following patrineal kinship system. Assuming that girls do not accept that they do not get the inheritance of their parents, but at this moment the position of boys and girls together has been entitled / part of the estate of his parents. Included also in terms of getting the education has got the same rights. The Batak Toba community in Siborongborong sub-district has included girls as heirs, according to the agreement of parents and heirs.Keywords: Girls, Inheritance, Batak Toba

Abstract: In the society in Kenegerian Rumbio Ninik mamak has its own order considering there are some tribes that are in the community. People who have tribal Ninik mamak piliang then be referred to as Datuok Putio (Datuk White), the tribal community called Datuk Godang Domo, Pitopang tribal community called Datuk Ulaksimano, Chaniago tribe known as Datuk Gindoh Malano, and Kampai tribe called Datuk Paduko. This study aims to determine (1) The procedure for the selection and appointment of Datuk Putio (2) The role of progenitor Putio in public life Tribe Piliang River Tonang under the provisions of Indigenous previously (3) Shape shifting role of Datuk Putio at the present time (4) The public perception Tribe Piliang river Tonang of adherence levels of society to Datuk Putio (5) factors - factors that causes occurrence Datuk Putio Shifting role in public Life Piliang river Tribe Tonang in Kenegerian Rumbio (6) measures that can be done to restore the role of Datuk Putio. This study uses qualitative research approach to history (History) and data collection techniques such as observation, interviews and documents or literature. Informant in this research is Datuk Putio and Tribal communities Piliang Tonang River. Abstract: Yohanas Oemar is a Struggling Learner in Developing Education. In order to fulfill his desire to deepen his knowledge, he willingly tried to persevere and to get what he wanted, as long as the status of students at the University of Riau, he also active in various Campus Organizations, as a student at the Faculty of University of Riau he followed the entrance to the University Student Regiment Riau and became a Member of the Student Regiment. From Member of Student Regiment he got the Opportunity to join Candidate School in Bandung Pangalengan, Yohanas Oemar Graduated School of Candidate with the rank of Second Sergeant, He also get the Opportunity to Contribute to Middle East Peace Sinai joined in Garuda Indonesia Ind Bat Force under UN auspices . And He is in Nobat As Veteran of Peace. This study aims to find out the biography of Yohanas Oemar, Sgt Sergeant's Contribution Two Garuda VIII Contingent as UN Peacekeepers in the Middle East, knowing the end of Yohanas Oemar's Struggle. The method used is the Method of History, namely by using Interview Techniques, Techniques Library Studies, and Documentation. The result of this research is that Yohanas Oemar was born in Strait of Panjang Meranti on 07 Mai 1956 and died on June 25, 2017 is buried in Kahluma Dharma Pahlawan Pekanbaru. During his lifetime he spent his time developing education, the initial struggle of the status of a student into the command of the Riau University Student Regiment running Education Becomes TNI, besides he is also active in various social activities, and he also works in various fields, the board of Black Belt Board Karate Do Tako Riau , Chairman of the Organization for the Riau Forki, and Chairman of the Division of DPD Alumni Menwa Indonesia Riau. besides that he is also an Active Lecturer at the University of Riau.Keywords: Yohanas Oemar, Kontingen Garuda VIII, Timur Tengah

Torganda Tambusai Utara District, Rokan Hulu Regency in 2005-2015) (2) to find out how the influence of PT. Torganda Against the Social Community of Kuala Mahato Village, North Tambusai District, Rokan Hulu District, 2005-2015. (3) to find out how the influence of PT. Torganda Against the Community Economy of Kuala Mahato Village, North Tambusai Subdistrict, Rokan Hulu Regency 2005-2015. (4) to find out the negative influence of the establishment of PT. Torganda Against the People of Kuala Mahato Village, North Tambusai District, Rokan Hulu District, 2005-2015. (5) To find out about the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program in Kuala Mahato Village, North Tambusai District, Rokan Hulu Regency (2005-2015). In this study using qualitative and comparative-descriptive-analysis methods where this will provide complete information that is beneficial to science. The results of this study that the community in Kuala Mahato, North Tambusai Subdistrict, Riau Province Rokan Hulu Regency in 2005-2015 experienced a development in the socio-economic field which was influenced by the establishment of PT.
