Abstract :This research is based on the problems that arise from the observations made by the researcher that is about the implementation of additional criminal and additional crimes under UU No. 31 of 1999 on corruption crime. Based on preliminary data obtained from the literature study is many problems in the implementation of the main criminal and additional crimes on the defendant corruption crime, for example, multitafsir rule or penalty that is still considered mild in the perpetrators of corruption crime classified as extraordinary crimes or extraordinary crimes. The formulation of the problem in this research is (1) How is the perception of student riau university to the main punishment according to UU no 31 year 1999 about corruption crime? (2) How is the perception of student of university riau toward additional criminal according to UU no 31 year 1999 about corruption crime?. The purpose of this research is to find out the perception of students of riau university on the implementation of principal criminal and additional crimes according to UU no 31 year 1999 about corruption crime. This research is descriptive qualitative method. Population in this research is student of university of riau from 9 faculty, then simplified become 3 faculty which study jurisprudence only. The sample in this study amounted to 120 people from 3 faculties. Data collection techniques used interviews, questionnaires, and literature studies. Based on the results of this research can be concluded the perception of university of riau students on implementation of basic criminal according to UU No. 31 of 1999 on corruption is good. Nevertheless, the perspective of university of riau students on the additional criminal implementation according to UU No. 31 of 1999 on corruption crime is not good.Keyword : Perception, Students, additional crime

Abstract : The research described in this final project aims to determine the implementation of promotion through social media at CV Blessing Indonesia.The research method used is descriptive research method, namely the author describes the results of observations and analyzes the data obtained in the field.After analysis and discussion of the problem, the authors concluded that the implementation of promotion through social media at CV Blessing Indonesia, but there are still a number of things that need to be improved in implementing promotional has been going well. But,there are steal some things to be improve in the implementation of promotional activities through social media is to be better. Abstrak: Penelitian yang diuraikan dalam Tugas Akhir ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan promosi melalui media sosial di CV Blessing Indonesia.Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian deskriptif yaitu penulis menggambarkan hasil observasi dan menganalisa data-data yang diperoleh di lapangan.Setelah melakukan analisis dan pembahasan masalah, penulis memperoleh kesimpulan bahwa pelaksanaan promosi melalui media sosial di CV Blessing Indonesia berjalan cukup baik namun masih terdapat beberapa hal yang harus diperbaiki dalam pelaksanaan aktivitas promosi melalui media sosial agar dapat berjalan dengan lebih baik lagi.

This study aims to describe methods of providing learning motivation to students as a technique to develop their learning abilities and willingness. Learning motivation is crucial elements in the educational process, as it encourages students to actively participate, strive to achieve learning goals, and overcome academic challenges. One logical approach to motivating students is by connecting their learning experiences with their intrinsic motivation, allowing them to feel engaged and purposeful in their educational journey. Information services play a critical role in helping students understand and utilize knowledge to support decision -making processes. Mastery of information is broad benefits, including assisting students in problem- solving, preventing new problems from arising, developing their potential, and maintenance existing capabilities. Through information services, students can gain insights into their surroundings, education, career paths, and socio-cultural aspects, ultimately fostering their abilities to actualize their full potential. This study highlights the importance of providing information services as an effective method to cultivate students ' learning motivation. With appropriate services, students can acquire relevant knowledge to face academic and daily challenges while increasing their awareness of the significance of education.

This research aims to analyze the development of Human Resources (HR) with an adaptive approach in facing the dynamics of an ever-changing work environment. In the era of globalization and rapid technological advances, companies are required to have human resources who are flexible and ready to face various challenges. This research uses literature study and literature review methods to identify the main concepts related to adaptive HR development, as well as the challenges and benefits that arise in its implementation. The research results show that an adaptive approach to HR development involves improving technical, social skills and the ability to adapt to change. Proactive management, support for relevant training programs, and the creation of an organizational culture that supports change are the main factors in the success of adaptive HR development. This research also found that although there are challenges, such as resistance to change, companies can overcome them with effective communication and employee empowerment. In conclusion, human resource development with an adaptive approach is an important long-term strategy to ensure the company's competitiveness and readiness to face future challenges

Abstrak: Penjualan merupakan salah satu kegiatan pemasaran yang cukup penting dalam rangka pencapaian tujuan perusahaan. Tujuan umum setiap perusahaan sama yaitu memperoleh laba besar. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan aktivitas penjualan di Siti Khadijah PVJ Bandung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif yaitu penulis menggambarkan kondisi pelaksanaan penjualan apa adanya tanpa memanipulasi data yang ada. Setelah melakukan penelitian, penulis memperoleh kesimpulan bahwa pelaksanaan aktivitas penjualan di Siti Khadijah PVJ Bandung berjalan dengan cukup baik.

The product packaging and brand of the local UMKM in Mekarmukti Cihampelas Village, West Bandung Regency has a big influence on the customer's perspective in choosing products, and with the implementation of the digital economy, this can help business income and if this business runs well, it can continue to increase the income of the Village's Local UMKM. Mekarmukti Cihampelas, West Bandung Regency. The role of the Digital Economy in terms of product packaging and branding in local UMKM in Mekarmukti Cihampelas Village, West Bandung Regency, simplifies the sales process, facilitates payment transactions and helps product marketing. Specifically for UMKM in this research, the local UMKM in Mekarmukti Cihampelas Village, Bandung Regency, are not yet economically independent and are not yet effective in using technology in managing and marketing products. Local UMKM in Mekarmukti Cihampelas Village, West Bandung Regency are still limited.

Abstrak Artikel ini membahas kedudukan dan fungsi barang bukti serta alat bukti dalam proses pemeriksaan perkara pidana, yang mencakup tahap penyidikan, penuntutan, hingga peradilan. Barang bukti dan alat bukti memiliki peran krusial dalam mewujudkan kepastian hukum, mengingat proses pembuktian di persidangan menjadi dasar utama hakim dalam menjatuhkan putusan. Namun, praktik di lapangan menunjukkan bahwa pengungkapan dan pembuktian alat bukti dalam berbagai jenis perkara pidana baik pidana materiel, pidana darurat, pidana dengan alasan pembenar, maupun pidana karena pelaksanaan tugas belum berjalan optimal sesuai mekanisme yang diatur dalam KUHAP (Pasal 183–202). Kondisi ini menimbulkan risiko bahwa pelaku tindak pidana dapat dibebaskan atau dilepaskan dari segala tuntutan hukum akibat kelemahan pembuktian. Di samping itu, peran laboratorium forensik terbukti sangat penting dalam memberikan keterangan ilmiah untuk mendukung pengungkapan serta pembuktian, khususnya pada kasus penganiayaan dan pembunuhan. Faktor personal, kemampuan teknis, dan tingkat pendidikan aparat penegak hukum juga berpengaruh besar dalam efektivitas proses pembuktian. Dengan demikian, penguatan sistem pembuktian, optimalisasi pemanfaatan ilmu forensik, serta peningkatan kapasitas aparat hukum merupakan kebutuhan mendesak guna mewujudkan proses peradilan pidana yang lebih efektif dan berkeadilan. Abstract This article discusses the status and function of evidence and instruments of proof in the criminal case examination process, encompassing the investigation, prosecution, and trial stages. Evidence and instruments of proof play a crucial role in ensuring legal certainty, given that the evidentiary process in court serves as the primary basis for judges in issuing verdicts. However, field practice shows that the disclosure and substantiation of evidence in various types of criminal cases, including material crimes, emergency crimes, crimes with justification, and crimes due to the implementation of duties, have not been carried out optimally according to the mechanisms stipulated in the Criminal Procedure Code (Articles 183–202). This situation poses the risk that perpetrators of criminal acts may be acquitted or released from all legal charges due to evidentiary weaknesses. Furthermore, the role of forensic laboratories has proven crucial in providing scientific information to support disclosure and substantiation, particularly in cases of assault and murder. The personnel, technical capabilities, and education level of law enforcement officers also significantly influence the effectiveness of the evidentiary process. Therefore, strengthening the evidentiary system, optimizing the use of forensic science, and increasing the capacity of law enforcement officers are urgently needed to achieve a more effective and just criminal justice process. Abstract: Higher education service providers must improve service quality, so that good service quality can provide satisfaction to customers, in this case students. The aim of this research is to: (1) describe service quality (2) analyze the magnitude of the influence of service quality. This type of research is quantitative and qualitative research, using multiple linear regression, measurement using a Likert scale with questionnaire instruments. The analysis method is statistical analysis, the management of which is assisted by the SPSS program. The research results show that: there is a significant relationship between service quality and interest in referring correlation numbers. Abstrak: Penyedia jasa pendidikan perguruan tinggi harus meningkatkan service quality, sehingga dengan kualitas pelayanan yang baik dapat memberikan kepuasan kepada para customer dalam hal ini mahasiswa. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk: (1) mendeskripsikan kualitas pelayanan (2) menganalisis besarnya pengaruh kualitas pelayanan. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dan kualitatif, menggunakan regresi linier berganda, pengukuran dengan skala likert. dengan instrumen kuesioner. Metode analisis berupa analisis statistik yang pengelolaannya dibantu dengan program SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara kualitas pelayanan dengan minat mereferensikan angka korelasi.

This research will be discussed the Income Tax Article 23 withholding treatment and calculation considering the Freight Forwarding Service activities. the authors conducted an analysis of the suitability of the practice of withholding tax carried out by PT Gerbang Sinergi Prima . The research method used is descriptive quantitative method that uses primary data with data collection techniques through field observations and interviews. The analysis tool used is the calculation of income tax based on the Regulation of the Minister of Finance Number 141 / pmk.03 / 2015 and Law Number 7 Of 1983 on Income Tax which was last amended by the Act Number 36 of 2008 requires every company as a taxpayer to do withholding of PPh 23 by 2% of the gross amount (Income). The result of analysis income tax subjected to PPh 23 for freight forwarding service activities PT Gerbang Sinergi Prima is suitable to Income Tax Article 23 tax code of withholding treatment and calculation Taxpayer which has NPWP but not for Taxpayer which has not NPWP.
