Abstract

Abstract: This research is motivated by the process of teaching and learning activities that are part of the educational process, but in the process of teaching and learning takes many students bored and out of the classroom during class hours, To form a good character is not enough just to go through the process of learning in the classroom Citizenship, but it must also be accompanied by good habits performed in daily life. Teach character values not only at the cognitive level, but touches on internalization, and the real practice in the lives of young people in the community every day. At each school the student learning outcomes in get KKM sometimes substandard schools or some children are not in either study results obtained from the daily tests and exams semester. The wording in this study is "What does behavior of the character on the learning outcomes of students in SMP Negeri 1 PPKn Tempuling, District Tempuling, Indragiri Downstream"?. This study aims to determine whether there are behavioral effects on learning outcomes of students in SMP Negeri 1 character PPKn Tempuling District Tempuling, Indragiri Hilir. The population and the sample in this study is the eighth grade students of SMP N 1 Tempuling amount of 95 students. While sampling technique using saturated samples, namely 95orang eighth grade students of SMP Negeri 1 Tempuling. The data were collected through observation, questionnaires, interviews and technical literature. When analyzing the data using quantitative descriptive. Thereafter, the data were analyzed with the aid of statistical tests using SPSS version 17. The results obtained can be calculated F (1001) ≤ F table (3.94) with Sig. concluded (0320) ≥ (0.05). Thus, Ho is rejected and Ha accepted. That is, the influence of behavior on learning outcomes of students marked PPKn is not significant.Key word: Character Behaviour, Learning Outcomes

Abstract

Abstract: This research background by the nationalist flavor differences between ethnic Chinese students with students who are ethnic Malays, who are ethnic Malay necessarily use basic characteristics in daily life the character of nationalism. However, students who are ethnic Chinese have a different character is a character that is still used strictly in the household environment and daily life. Vocabulary of the language is very different from the Indonesian. So writer take the title "Comparison Between Character Nationalist Chinese Students Beretis With Ethnic Malay Class XI student of SMAN 2 Dabo Singkep Academic Year 2013-2014". Formulation of the problem in this research is the nationalist character How significant differences between ethnic Chinese students with ethnic Malay students? This study aims to determine how the nationalist character differences between ethnic Chinese students with ethnic Malay students. The sample consists of all students in grade XI, both grade IPA and IPS SMAN 2 Dabo Singkep which amounted to 140 students and 118 students were taken. Data collection instruments, namely a questionnaire consisting of 39 questions. Data were analyzed using t-tests. Based on the analysis of research data obtained from SMA Negeri 2 Dabo Singkep, there are no significant differences. In other words, the nationalist character of ethnic Chinese students with ethnic Malay students is the same as karegori very strong, t = 1.26 <t table 1,658. Thus Ho accepted. In fact for the educational proces “as is“ do they have trouble, what else to follow the process of education and learning quality is school is no longer affordable for the family financial situation. While to follow the education process in school that “what is” not yet able to provide enlightenment to the fullest. Therefore the formulation of the problem of this research is “How The Influence of the Poor against the child Motivation to learn In The Village Of Simpang Baru Subdistrict Tampan Pekanbaru?”, with the aim to determine the effect of the poor to children learning Motvation in The Village Of Simpang Baru Subdistrict Tampan Pekanbaru. This research method is quantitative descriptive. Collection instrument used in this study is a questionnaire consisting of 14 question about the effect of the poor (variable X) and the children learning motivation (variable Y). were analyzed using linear regression and F test so the hypothesis that states “there is the influence between the poor to motivation children learning in The Village Of Simpang Baru Subdistrict Tampan Pekanbaru.” With a series of simple regresson test between the variable X and Y, obtained Fcount 2,712 and Ftable value 4,35 wich obtained from the study of the distribution list Ftable with N=22 poor society and N=22 children learning motivation, at significance level of 5% thus Fcount < Ftable, or 2,712<4,35. So the hyphotesis in this study denied that there is no significant influence among the poor on motivation against children study in The Village Of Simpang Baru Subdistrict Tampan Pekanbaru.Key Words: Influence, community poor, motivation learn child

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims ats describe the changes in the implementation of the procedures of customary marriage the Minangkabau and to know the factors that affect the change in the implementation of the procedures of customary marriage the Minangkabau in Duri Timur Mandau district Bengkalis Regency Riau Province. The Population in this study is the tribal society Minangkabau located in the village of Duri Timur of the amount of 1.250 families with samples of 125 families. The instrument collection of data and questionnaire consisting of 40 question and interview. Then the data analysis techniques to analyze data that are descriptive analysis of the sort of descriptive set of quantitative. Based on the calculation the percentage answers of respondents obtained an answer, at 87% and not as big as 13% of the aspects of the changes in the way traditional marriage rates Minangkabau in Duri Timur Mandau district Bengkalis Regency Riau Province. Besides, that is undergoing a change is an activity marisiak, maminang, batuka tando, ask permission-mahanta siriah, the night bainai, the reception at the child’s daro, manjapuik marapulai, manjalang-mahanta siriah, mamulangkan tando, balantuang kaniang, mangaruak nasi kuniang, bamain coki and babako-babaki. Regarding the factors that affect change in the implementation of the procedures of customary marriage rates Minangkabau in Duri Timur Mandau district Bengkalis Regency Riau Province is the answer, by 43% and not as big as the 57%. The factors affect change in the way traditional marriage rates Minangkabau that is, there is contact with other cultures, the desire to move forward, tolerance of deeds in a way that is not an offense-the violation o law, public dissatisfactionon the fields of life, values that people should always strive to improve his life and attitude had new things and so on.Key Words: Change The Way Traditional Marriage Rates Minangkabau

Abstract: The background of this research with the modernist phenomenon that has affected aspects of human life, including customs and old culture that has a lot left. The author would like to see want to see the influence of the modernist ordinances Toba Batak tribe marriage customs in rural districts farmer Saber district Bengkalis.Rumusan research problem is how the influence of the modernist Procedure Customary Marriages Batak Toba in Petani village Mandau sub Bengkalis. The purpose of this study to determine how the influence of the modernist Procedure Customary Marriage Batak Toba village farmer Saber Bengkalis districts. The population of this study were 421 responden.dengan using purposive sampling techniques so that the samples were taken by 43 respondents. Data collection instrument is a questionnaire with 21 questions about the influence of modernist and 17 questions about the manner of traditional wedding Batak tribe Toba.Terdapat significantly between modernist influences the manner of Toba Batak tribe marriage customs in rural districts farmers saber Bengkalis district. this is evidenced by a series of simple regression test between the variables X and Y, obtained F_hitung 1284dan F_tabel4,08 value obtained from the study of the distribution list F_tabel with N = 43, and is therefore F count> F table, or 1284> 4.08 So the hypothesis in this study which states that the Modernist influence on Procedure Customary marriages Batak Toba village farmers saber District of Bengkalis received.Keywords: modernist influences, Marriage Batak Toba

Abstract

Abstract:This research is based on the establishment and changing character is not happen by itself. Character is build from the relation with an object, person, group, value, individual relation, group relation, and there are so many possibilities that influence the character in Pacu Jawi culture on Pariangan, the formulation of this research is, is there are nation values in Pacu Jawi culture on Pariangan, Pariangan district Tanah Datar regency? Also, the aim of this research is to know the character nation values in Pacu Jawi culture in Pariangan,  Pariangan district Tanah Datar regency. The population of the research is societies in Pariangan with people whom 18-65 years old, 4.151 souls. Writer takes the Earl Babbie (Prijana, 2005) theory, to takes relevant sample in qualitative research, “sampling is the process selecting”. The selecting process is to get people, situation, activities, and document that writer get from the people who able to express it, or number of population then chose based on the aim and people who relevant to the problem. Based on Earl Babbie, the researcher allowed to takes the sample with purposive sampling technique and researcher takes 70 souls. The data collected from observation, questionnaire, interview, and library technique. The data analyzed with qualitative descriptive analysis. The result of this research show that there are character nation values in Pacu Jawi culture on Pariangan, Pariangan district Tanah Datar. The values contained in the culture ox runway are : Value of religious, honest, tolerance, discipline, hard work, independent, democratic, national spirit, friendly, peace-loving, caring enviroment, social care, responsibility. So the hypothesis that there is nation of character values in  Culture Pacu Jawi in Nagari Pariangan Pariangan District of Tanah Datar. Keywords: nation character, culture, pacu jawi

Abstract

Abstract :This research is based on the problems that arise from the observations made by the researcher that is about the implementation of additional criminal and additional crimes under UU No. 31 of 1999 on corruption crime. Based on preliminary data obtained from the literature study is many problems in the implementation of the main criminal and additional crimes on the defendant corruption crime, for example, multitafsir rule or penalty that is still considered mild in the perpetrators of corruption crime classified as extraordinary crimes or extraordinary crimes. The formulation of the problem in this research is (1) How is the perception of student riau university to the main punishment according to UU no 31 year 1999 about corruption crime? (2) How is the perception of student of university riau toward additional criminal according to UU no 31 year 1999 about corruption crime?. The purpose of this research is to find out the perception of students of riau university on the implementation of principal criminal and additional crimes according to UU no 31 year 1999 about corruption crime. This research is descriptive qualitative method. Population in this research is student of university of riau from 9 faculty, then simplified become 3 faculty which study jurisprudence only. The sample in this study amounted to 120 people from 3 faculties. Data collection techniques used interviews, questionnaires, and literature studies. Based on the results of this research can be concluded the perception of university of riau students on implementation of basic criminal according to UU No. 31 of 1999 on corruption is good. Nevertheless, the perspective of university of riau students on the additional criminal implementation according to UU No. 31 of 1999 on corruption crime is not good.Keyword : Perception, Students, additional crime

Abstract :This research was almost the assumption that to be witness is very compleceted of evildoers crimes, while information given a witness needed to know a crime. The writer’s have given a guarantee of protection and safety to witnesses and the number is UU 31 of 2014. Students as the intellectual sued for to participate in assisting communities to provide support to the want to get statment in a crime.Students also forced to attend the wheels goverment according to values of Pancasilae specially sila number 2 and humanity fair and civilized always upholds justice for indonesian citizens. The purpose of this study was to determine students' perceptions about the protection of witnesses and victims based on UU No. 31 of 2014 in the Department of PIPS FKIP Riau University.This research was conducted at the Department of PIPS FKIP University of Riau in Pekanbaru. The Samples of this research is 62 people. Using proportional random samples. Technique analysis data from this study were obtained from questionnaires, observation and documentation. The Mechanical of data were analyzed descriptive quantitative, in processing of data obtained from a questionnaire distributed to respondents is presented in the form of a percentage, using the formula P = F / N x 100%. Based on the writer's observation that the perception of students in the field of protection of witnesses and victims based on number 31 of 2014 at the Department of PIPS FKIP Riau University is "good enough".Key Words: Perception Students, Protection, Witness and victims

Abstract

Abstract: This research is backgrounded by the function of political parties as a means of communication which is the responsibility of political parties itself to run it. The formulation of the problem in this study is How university of Riau students’ Perceptions Towards the Function of Political Parties as a means of communication? The purpose of this study is to determine the perception of University of Riau Students towards the Function of Political Parties as a means of communication. The population of this research are the students of Riau University with the number of students are 27.268 students and the writer chose 180 students as the sample. The data collection instrument is a questionnaire consisting of 17 questions. The interview consisted of 17 questions. This research use Qualitative Descriptive Analysis. The formulation of the hypothesis formulated i.e. University of Riau Students’ perception towards the Function of Political Parties as a Means of Communication is in good category. The result of this study shows that from 180 respondents there were 6.67% falls into not good category, 28.43% were in the less good category, 46.31% were in good category, and 18.59% were in very good category. Then the results of hypothesis testing can be accepted.Keywords:Perception, Political Party

Abstract: The background lavel of this research is the level understanding the standars process curriculum 2013 in teaching and learning in PPKn. Curriculum 2013 has a standard process contained in Permendikbud N0. 65 Tahun 2013. In the education curriculum has important role in a process of learning, curriculum is provided as a lesson plan for students. Therefore the students do learning activities, in other to relive the competen generation, active, innovative, and personally responsible. Incosten curriculum along in the development of era makes the teachers have to understand the standars process in teaching and learning process curriculum also determine the type and quality of knowladge. always understand the standards process in the learning process and also determine the type and quality of curriculum knowledge. Therefore the writer write a topic “The level of the PPKn teacher’ understanding of curriculum 2013 standars process teaching and learning process at SLTA in Ujung Batu District Rokan Hulu”. Population of this research is all of SLTA in Ujung Batu the are 7 SLTA in Ujung Batu and the number of the simple is 14 PPKn teachers. To conduct this research the writer uses a questionnare hich is 28 questions and interview whichis 9 questions. This research uses qualitative data through percentage. The understand answere is about 68,20% the range is between 50,01%-75,00% it means “Good”. Based on the research finding it can be concluded that teachers have understood the standars process in curriculum 2013.Keywords: The lavel of understand, standar process in curriculum 2013
