Abstract

Abstract : The title of this research is "group guidance services effect on the improvement of empathy of student class x sman 4 pekanbaru tp. 2014/2015 ". This study aims 1) To know the description of empathy of studenst class X SMAN 4 Pekanbaru before given group guidance services. 2) To know the process of implementation of group guidance services to increase empathy class X SMAN 4 Pekanbaru. 3) To know the description of empathy of students class X SMAN 4 Pekanbaru after given group guidance services. 4) To determine differences in empathy of studenst class X of SMAN 4 Pekanbaru before and after given group guidance services. 5) To determine how much influence the group guidance services to increase empathy of studenst class X SMAN 4 Pekanbaru.Variable this study consisted of one variable with two variants, namely: 1. Empathy students before given group guidance services (X1). 2. Empathy students after given group guidance services (X2). Ways sampling using purposive sampling technique. The subjects were as many as 30 students. With the population of the entire class X SMAN 4 Pekanbaru TA 20142015. This study uses a Pre-Experiment with patterns of one-group pretest-posttest. Instrument in this study was a questionnaire empathy. This test consists of 27 items of empathy with alternative "yes" and "no" and then the data is processed with statistics. The hypothesis proposed that there is a significant difference to the students before the increase in empathy after the given group guidance services. From the results of research conducted, with using t test obtained t of -6.96 and ttable of 2,000. So, thitung> ttable (6.96> 2.000). So Ho rejected and Ha accepted, which means that in this study there are significant differences to increase in empathy with the students before after given group guidance services. From the calculation of product moment correlation r xy = 0.523, of coefficient of Determinant or r2 = 0,273 which means there is a 27.3% contribution to the improvement of guidance services group empathy class X of SMAN 4 Pekanbaru TA 2014/2015.Key words: Guidance Group, Empathy

Abstract

Absract : This study was motivated by the human need to communicate beside eat and drink. Leaners are expected to have basic skills in communication to be able to socialize with other people especially to develop and maintain close communicatioan, warm, and productive among fellow leaners. So the social life of learners can develop optimally without barriers. This study aim to understand each other in interpersonal comminication before the given group guidance services, to understand process of implementation of group guidance on the ability to understand each other in interpersonal communication, to understand each other in interpersonal comminication after the given group guidance services, to understand differences in the ability to understand each other in interpersonal communication before to after the given group guidance services, and to undestand the influence the group guidance on the ability to understand each other in interpersonal communication. This study the authors carried out in SMKN 4 Pekanbaru and lasted from march until the completion of research. The research subjects were 30 students. Sampling technique is purposive sample. As for the hypothesis in this study is that there is a significant difference in the ability to understand each other in interpersonal communication before to after being given group guidance and there is a significant positive effect on the ability of group guidance mutual understanding in interpersonal communication. The results of this study show that with 58 dk and a standard error of 0,05 or 5% then obtained t tabel 2,000.  While the price of t hitung greater or equal to the t tabel then accepted ha. So tehe hyphothesis is accepted, which means there are significant differences in the ability to understand each other ini interpersonal communication before to after the given group guidance. As for fhe effect of group guidance on the ability to understand each other in interpersonal communication after the researchers looked for correlations in advance with the correlation coefficient was 0,83 and its determinant coefficient is 0,68.  Then there is a significant positive effect on the ability of group guidance mutual understanding in interpersonal communication. Abstract

Abstract: Aspiration is the hope for the success of a person in realizing the desired career destination. But at the moment many students who could not think of a direction in planning your career. Hopes of success in achisving career is not yet offset by the knowledge the students for career insights, leaving students wrong in choosing majors. This research aims. 1) to know the description of the career aspirations of students prior knowledge given the information services about career insights. 2) to know the process of granting information services about career aspirations for career insights. 3) to know the description of the career aspirations of students after the knowledge given the information services about career insights. 4) to find out the level of knowledge of students ' career aspirations before with service after being given information about the career insights. 5) to know how big is the influence of information services about career aspirations for career insight students. Data collection tools in the form of scale career aspirations. The subject of research is the grade X BB and DKV SMKN 4 Pekanbaru that add up to 110 people. Determination of a sample using simple saturated. The sample in this study as many as 110 people. The description of the career aspirations of students before the given information services about career insights are in a high category of 54,45%, medium category of 38,18% very high category of 5.45%, and low of 1,82%,. The description of the career aspirations of students after being given information about the career insights are in a higher category of 50%, very high category of 46,37% and medium category of 3.63-%. Based on the hypothesis test results are then compared with big tcount and big ttable that is the result of the calculation with the "t" test, 5% error level = 1,968 then it can be seen that tcount is greater than ttable (10 > 1,968) on levels 5% error so it can be concluded that the hypothesis be accepted is there is a significant difference between the career aspirations of students before and after do information services about career insights. Abstract

Abstract: "The Effect of Guidance Group Service Against Delinquency Rate Decrease Class X SMA Babussalam Pekanbaru in Academic Year 2013/2014". The purpose of this research are: (1) To determine the level of  juvenile delinquency picture students in class X SMA Babussalam Pekanbaru before the implementation of the guidance group (2) To determine the level of juvenile delinquency picture students in class X SMA Babussalam Pekanbaru after the implementation of the guidance group (3) To know the different levels of juvenile delinquency students of class X SMA Babussalam Pekanbaru before to after the implementation of the guidance group (4) To determine the effect of the decrease in the level of group counseling juvenile delinquency students in class X SMA Babussalam Pekanbaru. The population was 102 students or all students of class X, the sample size in this study was 15% of the population is 16 students. This research method is quasi experiment. The results based on calculations thitung greater than ttable at a rate of 5% (5.86> 2.042). Then, there are significant differences between juvenile delinquency level before the after-class implementation guidance services group X Babussalam Pekanbaru. Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to; 1) To know the description of career planning before the students are given information about the understanding of career services. 2) To know the description of information understanding the process of career services tar student career planning. 3) To know the description given after the students career planning information services on understanding the career. 4) To determine differences instudents' career planning before and after the understanding of career information services.5) To determine the influence of information services on understanding the career of the students' career planning. The method used is a method Pre-experimental design, by using One group pretest-posttest design. The population was class X TKK and TKJ SMK Negeri 4 Pekanbaru, amounting to 103 people and sample the whole of the population, using sampling techniques saturated. Picture of students' career planning before being given information services are mostly located in the moderate category is 80.58%, and then in the unfavorable category at 11.65% and 7.77% for both categories. Picture of students' career planning after the given information services mostly located in either category, namely 54.37%, while the category of very good 24.27%, medium category at 20.39% 0.97% unfavorable category. Based on the results of the calculation of the correlation coefficient between x1 and x2 is determinant coefficient of 0.57 and r2 = 0.32. This means that the contribution of information on career planning services by 32%. From the calculation of the t-test obtained t greater than ttable (18.5> 1.960) then the hypothesis is accepted, there is a difference between a career planning class X TKK and TKJ SMK Negeri 4 Pekanbaru before and after understanding the information about career services. Abstract

Abstract : Related to modern development era, it is the time when sexual education on children and adolescent needs to be improved. It indicates that teachers and counselors have to take part in sexual education. As one of the education components, Guidance and Counseling has an important role in identifying students’ understanding on psychosexual development. The objective of this research was: 1)to describe students’ psychosexual developmentbefore Sex Education Information Service was applied. 2) to describe the process of Sex Education Information Service implementation on students’ psychosexual development. 3) to describe students’ psychosexual development after Sex Education Information Service was applied. 4) to identify students’ psychosexual development differentiation before and after Sex Education Information Service was applied. 5) to identify the effect of Sex Education Information Serviceon students’ psychosexual development. Data collection tool was instrument. The subject of this research was 101first year students of TKK and TKJ SMKN 4 Pekanbaru. Sampling was saturated sample and total sample was 101 samples. The description of students’ psychosexual development before Sex Education Information Service was applied was 29,71% (not good) and 70,29% (fairly good). The improvement of students’ psychosexual development after Sex Education Information Service was applied was 72,28% (fairly good) and 27,72% (good). The correlation coefficient calculation between x1 and x2 was 0,37 and determination coefficient r2 = 0,14. It can be concluded that the effect of Sex Education Information Service on the improvement of students’ psychosexual developmentwas 14%. It means that thitung was bigger than ttabel (27,2<1,960) so that Ha was accepted. In conclusion, there was a significant effect of of sex education information service on psychosexual development of the first year students of TKK and TKJ SMKN 4 Pekanbaru Academic Year 2014 / 2015.
