Abstract

Abstract: Information about interpersonal conflict because the importance is given to students at the number of interpersonal conflicts that occur in the school environment. Interpersonal conflict solving ability is the ability, skill and the potential for someone to master all the strategies in resolving interpersonal conflicts. As these strategies is a lose-lose strategy, win-lose strategy and win-win strategy. The purpose of this study is to 1) Knowing picture ability interpersonal conflict resolution before students are given information service on each  strategy. 2) Determine the course of the process of the implementation of information services on the ability interpersonal conflict resolution. 3) Knowing picture ability interpersonal conflict resolution after the given service information on each strategy. 4) Knowing the difference interpersonal conflicts resolution of students before and after the service information on each strategy. 5) Knowing how much influence of information services to on the ability interpersonal conflict resolution on each strategy. This type of research is Pre-Experiment with this type of one-group pre-test and post-test design. The  subjects were students of class X of SMAN 2 Siakhulu which totaled 270 people. Determination of the sample by using simple random sampling and sample in this study as many as 100 people. Data collection method used was a questionnaire. Based on the results of the calculation of the correlation coefficient in a lose-lose strategy obtained r = 0.33 and the coefficient of determination r2 = 0.11, in the win-lose strategy in can be r = 0.46 and r2 = 0.21, and the win-win strategy obtained r = 0.37 and r2 = 0.14. This means contribution information services in a lose-lose strategy of 11%, win-lose strategy of 21% and a win-win strategy of 14%. It can be seen that t count greater than t table, lose-lose strategy (2.083> 1.960), win-lose strategy (4.6> 1.960), and a win-win strategy (8.37> 1.960) so that Ha is accepted. Means that there is influence of information services on the ability of interpersonal conflict resolution class X SMAN 2 Siakhulu TP. 2014/2015. Abstract

Abstract: This research aims to determine the effect of counseling group about the increasing of students honesty class XI SMK Farmasi Ikasari Pekanbaru 2014/2015. This research was conducted in SMK Farmasi Ikasari Pekanbaru from March 2015 to Mei 2015. The method of this research was used experimental method and pattern is one group pre test and posttest. 116 students as research subject have low honesty and 30 from them as sample (simple random sampling).  The instrument to collect the data is used questionnaire by Guttman scale. Data analysis technique is used correlation statistic technique. The result of this research is counseling group have an effect to increasing of students honesty class XI SMK Farmasi Ikasari Pekanbaru 2014/2015. This is based on the result of analysis, calculation showed tcount > ttable (3.489 > 2,000). So it can be conclude that group counseling have an effect to increasing of students honesty with contribution 46% meanwhile 54% influenced by another factor from environment and students themselves. Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of guidance services group for mental hygiene improvement  high school students in grade X IIS Negeri 12 Pekanbaru.the method used was experimental method. To collect the data used purposive sampling technique. The subjects were high school students in grade X IIS Negeri 12 Pekanbaru were 30 students. The results showed that guidance services group can improve the mental hygiene of students. This is evident from analysis of the value of is greater than t table with a significant level of 5% (13,48>2,000). Thus ho rejected and ha accepted.which means there is a significant difference to the improvement of mental hygiene of students before the guidance given after the guidance services group. Abstract

Abstract : Communication is very important for students as a bridge for searching and understanding information. In reality, not all students can communicate effectively. It is characterized by the emergence of communication anxiety symptoms, such as nervous, shaky, and scared. As a result, it will be difficult for students to handle the depressing situations so that students can’t develop the knowledge that they got well. Furthermore, they will be assumed as passive students. The objective of this research was: 1) to describe students’ communication anxiety before Group Counseling was applied. 2) to describe the process of Group Counseling implementation to reduce students’ communication anxiety. 3) to describe students’ communication anxiety after Group Counseling was applied. 4) to identify students’ communication anxiety differentiation before and after Group Counseling was applied. 5) to identify the effect of group counseling on communication anxiety reduction. This research was pre-experimental research with one-group pre-test post-test desaign. The subject of this research was 30 students who have communication anxiety. Correlational test hypothesis of this research was rejected because the result the data analysis indicates that rcount was smaller than rtable (0,314 < 0,361). It showed that there was no significant positive effect of Group Counseling on students’ communication anxiety reduction. The scale of the effect on interpretation table was on low level (9,8%). In contrary, regression test hypothesis of this research was accepted because the result the data analysis indicates that tcount was bigger than ttable (7,385<2,000). In conclusion, it showed that there was asignificant effect of Group Counseling on students’ communication anxiety reduction. Keyword : Group Counseling, Anxiety Communication

The hypothesis proposed that there is a significant difference to the students before the increase in empathy after the given group guidance services. From the results of research conducted, with using t test obtained t of -6.96 and ttable of 2,000. So, thitung> ttable (6.96> 2.000). So Ho rejected and Ha accepted, which means that in this study there are significant differences to increase in empathy with the students before after given group guidance services. From the calculation of product moment correlation r xy = 0.523, of coefficient of Determinant or r2 = 0,273 which means there is a 27.3% contribution to the improvement of guidance services group empathy class X of SMAN 4 Pekanbaru TA 2014/2015.Key words: Guidance Group, Empathy

Abstract

Abstract: "The Effect of Guidance Group Service Against Delinquency Rate Decrease Class X SMA Babussalam Pekanbaru in Academic Year 2013/2014". The purpose of this research are: (1) To determine the level of  juvenile delinquency picture students in class X SMA Babussalam Pekanbaru before the implementation of the guidance group (2) To determine the level of juvenile delinquency picture students in class X SMA Babussalam Pekanbaru after the implementation of the guidance group (3) To know the different levels of juvenile delinquency students of class X SMA Babussalam Pekanbaru before to after the implementation of the guidance group (4) To determine the effect of the decrease in the level of group counseling juvenile delinquency students in class X SMA Babussalam Pekanbaru. The population was 102 students or all students of class X, the sample size in this study was 15% of the population is 16 students. This research method is quasi experiment. The results based on calculations thitung greater than ttable at a rate of 5% (5.86> 2.042). Then, there are significant differences between juvenile delinquency level before the after-class implementation guidance services group X Babussalam Pekanbaru. Abstract

Abstract : Information about sex is important given to students so that students can move away from free sex and maintain reproductive health. This study aims to determine the service process, influence of information services on sex education and  healthy sex differences in students attitudes before the services performed after information. This research method is experimental method. Subjects of this study and the sample totaled 143 sudents were taken by purposive sampling technique were 107 foreign students from students SMAN 2 Siakhulu. Results of this study are in the process of providing student services initially shy and stiff implement, after going trouhgh a gradual five meetings, students no longer shy and stiff discuss it and come to know the positive impact of sex education. r test results show r , r count > r table (0,55 > 0,195), then there is a significant positive effect on sex education information services to students healthy sex students. While t count > t table (8,12 > 1,960), so there are significant differences betwen the attitudes of students healthy sex before with after the implementation of information about sex education. Abstract

Abstract : The tittle of this research is the effect of guidance group services towards the improvement of students interpersonal communication skill in peer group. The aims of this study were : 1) To know students’ interpersonal communication skill in peer group before implementating guidance group services, 2) To know the process of guidance group services towards the improvement of students interpersonal communication skill in peer group, 3) To know students’ interpersonal communication skill in peer group after implementating guidance group services, 4) To know the difference of students interpersonal communication skill in peer group before and after implementating guidance group services, 5) To know the effect of guidance group services towards the improvement of students interpersonal communication skill in peer group. This research used quasi-experiment method by one group pretest-posttest is applied. The subject of this research was thirty students’ of class X AK SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Pekanbaru which have low interpersonal communication skill. This research used purposive sampling technique. Based on the result of data processing, the interpersonal communication skill before implementating of guidance group services are mostly in the middle category and less in low category, whereas after implementating guidance group services are mostly in high category and less in middle category. From the calculation of t-test, tgreater than ttable (10,6 > 2,00) then the hypothesis is accepted. There is a significant difference of students’ interpersonal communication skill in peer group before and after implementating guidance group services at the level of 5% error. Based on the calculation of correlation coefficients and determinant coefficient, then the contribution of guidance group services towards students’ interpersonal communication skill amount to 37% while 63% influenced by other factors.
