Abstract

Abstract : The title of this research is the effect of guidance services group to the decline in smartphone abuse. This research aims to: 1)To know the smartphone abuse before this service do. 2)To know the process of guidance services group to the decline in smartphone abuse. 3)To know the smartphone abuse after this service did. 4)To know the decline of smartphone after and before this service do. 5)To know the effect of guidance services group to the decline in smartphone abuse. The method of this research is quasi experiment with  one-group pretest–posttest designe.The subjects of this research are the students who use smartphone abuse in class XI ADP. Based on the research result obtained conclusion with regard to the effect of group guidance to do decline in smartphoneabuse, like, a)Before being given the guidance of the group is in the category of high 16,67%, medium 66,66%, low 16,67%. b)From the process that have been implementing the writer found that the smartphone abuse is inclined to quiet students. c)After the group counseling gave the high category is 6,66%, medium 46,67, low 46,67. d)There is a significant effect between before and after giving guidance group to decline smartphone abuse based on test “t”. Where there is thitungbigger than ttablein 5%level. e)Based on the determine coefficient calculation got r20,26 which mean get 26% guidance services group contribution to smartphone abuse decrease from students class XI ADP SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Pekanbaru. Abstract

Abstrack: The students’ career planning can be increased by the guidance services group. This study aims to reveal the students career planning before implementation guidance services group. To know the process of implementation of guidance services group to the student career planning. To describe the students career planning implemented after guidance services group. To determine differences in students career planning implemented before the after guidance services group. To find out how much influence the guidance services group to students career planning. In this study, using a pre-experimental design with one group pretest-posttest design. The subjects were students of class X MIA 3 and class X IIS 2 SMA Negeri 2 Pekanbaru academic year 2014/2015 totaling 30 students. To distinguish the career planning of students before and after using the test guidance services group 't' and obtained prices t_count greater than the price of t_tables at 5% level (10.93> 2,000). Thus, Ho is rejected and Ha accepted which means this study there are significant differences between students career planning before and after the service conducted group guidance class X SMA Negeri 2 Pekanbaru. Then the results of the test product moment r = 0.54 and coefficient determinant = 0.29. Based on the results of research conducted it can be concluded that once implemented guidance services group on career planning for college students in class X SMA Negeri 2 Pekanbaru increased by 29%. Abstract

Abstract : Communication is very important for students as a bridge for searching and understanding information. In reality, not all students can communicate effectively. It is characterized by the emergence of communication anxiety symptoms, such as nervous, shaky, and scared. As a result, it will be difficult for students to handle the depressing situations so that students can’t develop the knowledge that they got well. Furthermore, they will be assumed as passive students. The objective of this research was: 1) to describe students’ communication anxiety before Group Counseling was applied. 2) to describe the process of Group Counseling implementation to reduce students’ communication anxiety. 3) to describe students’ communication anxiety after Group Counseling was applied. 4) to identify students’ communication anxiety differentiation before and after Group Counseling was applied. 5) to identify the effect of group counseling on communication anxiety reduction. This research was pre-experimental research with one-group pre-test post-test desaign. The subject of this research was 30 students who have communication anxiety. Correlational test hypothesis of this research was rejected because the result the data analysis indicates that rcount was smaller than rtable (0,314 < 0,361). It showed that there was no significant positive effect of Group Counseling on students’ communication anxiety reduction. The scale of the effect on interpretation table was on low level (9,8%). In contrary, regression test hypothesis of this research was accepted because the result the data analysis indicates that tcount was bigger than ttable (7,385<2,000). In conclusion, it showed that there was asignificant effect of Group Counseling on students’ communication anxiety reduction. Keyword : Group Counseling, Anxiety Communication

Abstract

Abstract: Aspiration is the hope for the success of a person in realizing the desired career destination. But at the moment many students who could not think of a direction in planning your career. Hopes of success in achisving career is not yet offset by the knowledge the students for career insights, leaving students wrong in choosing majors. This research aims. 1) to know the description of the career aspirations of students prior knowledge given the information services about career insights. 2) to know the process of granting information services about career aspirations for career insights. 3) to know the description of the career aspirations of students after the knowledge given the information services about career insights. 4) to find out the level of knowledge of students ' career aspirations before with service after being given information about the career insights. 5) to know how big is the influence of information services about career aspirations for career insight students. Data collection tools in the form of scale career aspirations. The subject of research is the grade X BB and DKV SMKN 4 Pekanbaru that add up to 110 people. Determination of a sample using simple saturated. The sample in this study as many as 110 people. The description of the career aspirations of students before the given information services about career insights are in a high category of 54,45%, medium category of 38,18% very high category of 5.45%, and low of 1,82%,. The description of the career aspirations of students after being given information about the career insights are in a higher category of 50%, very high category of 46,37% and medium category of 3.63-%. Based on the hypothesis test results are then compared with big tcount and big ttable that is the result of the calculation with the "t" test, 5% error level = 1,968 then it can be seen that tcount is greater than ttable (10 > 1,968) on levels 5% error so it can be concluded that the hypothesis be accepted is there is a significant difference between the career aspirations of students before and after do information services about career insights. Abstract

Abstract : Based on the observation of many phenomena that occur at school, such as: many students who complain when given a task by their teachers, some of them will stay in the classroom and the others go out of classroom while teaching process is running, lack of motivation to learn because of the condition of the class is not fun. This resulted in many students stress, and can disturbing students focus. Stress management is a program for controlling or setting the stress which aims to recognize the causes of stress and know the techniques to manage stress, so that can make people better. Guidance group is one of the services to help students solve the problem, therefore researchers interested in studying the effect of group counseling services for stress management students. This type of research used in this study was pre-experimental with one group pre-test post-test. Subjects in this study were 30 students who had stress management in the medium category. Based on the analysis of obtained is bigger than t table, means (13.86> 2,000). Thus Ho is rejected and Ha accepted, which means that in this study there are significant differences of increasingstudentsstress management before and after the given group counseling services. Based on the correlation of test results it finds 0.7 and determinant coefficient is r2 0.49, therefore the influence of counseling services for stress students management group is 49%. If compared with r table to dk 58 with the standard error of 5% means (0.49> 0.361), thereby Ha accepted and there is a significant positive effect of group counseling services for stress management students. Abstract

Abstract : Related to modern development era, it is the time when sexual education on children and adolescent needs to be improved. It indicates that teachers and counselors have to take part in sexual education. As one of the education components, Guidance and Counseling has an important role in identifying students’ understanding on psychosexual development. The objective of this research was: 1)to describe students’ psychosexual developmentbefore Sex Education Information Service was applied. 2) to describe the process of Sex Education Information Service implementation on students’ psychosexual development. 3) to describe students’ psychosexual development after Sex Education Information Service was applied. 4) to identify students’ psychosexual development differentiation before and after Sex Education Information Service was applied. 5) to identify the effect of Sex Education Information Serviceon students’ psychosexual development. Data collection tool was instrument. The subject of this research was 101first year students of TKK and TKJ SMKN 4 Pekanbaru. Sampling was saturated sample and total sample was 101 samples. The description of students’ psychosexual development before Sex Education Information Service was applied was 29,71% (not good) and 70,29% (fairly good). The improvement of students’ psychosexual development after Sex Education Information Service was applied was 72,28% (fairly good) and 27,72% (good). The correlation coefficient calculation between x1 and x2 was 0,37 and determination coefficient r2 = 0,14. It can be concluded that the effect of Sex Education Information Service on the improvement of students’ psychosexual developmentwas 14%. It means that thitung was bigger than ttabel (27,2<1,960) so that Ha was accepted. In conclusion, there was a significant effect of of sex education information service on psychosexual development of the first year students of TKK and TKJ SMKN 4 Pekanbaru Academic Year 2014 / 2015. Abstract

Abstract : The tittle of this research is the effect of guidance group towards the increasing of leadership of IPM branch. Purpose of this research is: 1. To know the leadership of IPM branch before implementing the guidance group services. 2. To know the process of implementation of guidance group services in order to increase the leadership of IPM branch. 3. To know the leadership of IPM branch after implementing the guidance group services. 4. To know the difference between before and after implementing the guidance group services to the leadership of IPM branch. 5. To know is there any influence in the implementation of the guidance group services to increase the leadership of IPM branch. This research used the quasi experiment method, by using one group pretest-posttest design. The subject of this research was members of the IPM branch at SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Pekanbaru, about to 30 peoples, by using random sampling techniques. To know the level of students’ leaders by using the questionnaires. Analysis of data using statistical techniques percentage, to distinguish the leadership of students’ between before and after implementing guidance services group t-test was used obtained tgreater bigger than ttable (10.92> 2.0) to the significant level of 5%. So Ho rejected and Ha accepted which means that in this research there is a difference to the improvement of the leadership before and after implementing guidance group services. And then from the product moment coefficient r = 0.53 determinant that is r2 = 0.28. Based on the results of research, it can be concluded that there is a significant increase after the implementation of the guidance group services of the leadership of IPM branch at SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Pekanbaru 2014/2015 period. Abstract

Abstract : The tittle of this research is the effect of guidance group services towards the improvement of students interpersonal communication skill in peer group. The aims of this study were : 1) To know students’ interpersonal communication skill in peer group before implementating guidance group services, 2) To know the process of guidance group services towards the improvement of students interpersonal communication skill in peer group, 3) To know students’ interpersonal communication skill in peer group after implementating guidance group services, 4) To know the difference of students interpersonal communication skill in peer group before and after implementating guidance group services, 5) To know the effect of guidance group services towards the improvement of students interpersonal communication skill in peer group. This research used quasi-experiment method by one group pretest-posttest is applied. The subject of this research was thirty students’ of class X AK SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Pekanbaru which have low interpersonal communication skill. This research used purposive sampling technique. Based on the result of data processing, the interpersonal communication skill before implementating of guidance group services are mostly in the middle category and less in low category, whereas after implementating guidance group services are mostly in high category and less in middle category. From the calculation of t-test, tgreater than ttable (10,6 > 2,00) then the hypothesis is accepted. There is a significant difference of students’ interpersonal communication skill in peer group before and after implementating guidance group services at the level of 5% error. Based on the calculation of correlation coefficients and determinant coefficient, then the contribution of guidance group services towards students’ interpersonal communication skill amount to 37% while 63% influenced by other factors. Abstract

Abstract : The tittle of this reaserch is the effect of group counseling services towards student’s emotional maturity isolated. The aims of this study were : 1) To know the description of students’ emotional maturity isolated before the guidance group services, 2) To know the process of guidance group services towards students’ emotional maturity isolated, 3) To know the description of students’ emotional maturity isolated after group counseling services, 4) To know the differences of students’ emotional maturity isolated before and after giving groups counseling services, and 5) To know the effect of guidance group  services towards students’ emotional maturity isolated.The subject of this research was twelve isolated students of class XI AK SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Pekanbaru. Saturated sampling technique is applied. Based on the result of data processing, the students’ emotional maturity isolated before givingguidance group services more than half in middle category and less than half in worse category, whereas after giving guidance group services more than half in the middle category and less than half in better category.From the calculation of t-test, tgreater than ttable (6,97 > 2,074) then the hypothesis is accepted. There is a significant difference of students’ emotional maturity isolated before and after givingguidance group  services at the level of 5% error. Based on the calculation of correlation coefficients and determinant coefficient, then the contribution of guidance group services towards students’ emotional maturity isolated is amount to 69% whereas 31% influenced by other factors. Abstract

Abstract : Behavior development in adolescence is marked by changes due to puberty, one of them, changes on socio-emotional behavior. Many students still reluctant to open in discussing matters related to puberty. They only know about physical changes. This research aims to know the effect of guidance service group toward socio-emotional behavior ofadolescence, especially the girl students in the X classat SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Pekanbaru. The method of this research is quasi experiment with  one-group pretest–posttest designe. Subject of this research is 30 students who have low and medium socio-emotion. From the analysis of the data obtained can be seen that the value of thitung bigger than ttable, that is(30,08> 2,000). Thus Ho rejected and Ha accepted, its mean that from this research there is a significant differences between students socio-emotional behavior before and after guidance service group gave in first year students at ADP SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Pekanbaru.
