Abstract

Abstract : The research discussed ellipsis and demonstrative pronouns on material test of reading comphereshion of Japanese Language Proficiency Test N3. This research is a qualitative descriptive research using Halliday and Hasan (1976) about Ellipsis and demonstrative pronoun as guidelines. In this source, ellipsis rarely appears, where the demonstrative pronouns appears more. Based on ten discourse of dokkai there are three categories of ellipsis namely ellipsis noun, verb ellipsis or form of word already mentioned, and ellipsis clause. In this study also obtained three types of demonstrative pronouns like pronominal demonstrative, adnominal adjective and adverb. From 35 data there are 5 demonstrative pronouns referring to katafora, whereas 30 data refer anaphorically.Key Words : demonstrative pronouns, dokkai, ellipsis, nihongo nouryoku shiken

Abstract

This study aims to determine the perspective of the Indonesian Red Cross which is one of the social organizations in society as well as the tasks and objectives of PMI itself. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative research, namely a search aimed at describing and analyzing phenomena, events, social activities, attitudes, beliefs, perceptions, people's thoughts, individually or in groups with a focus on actual problems such as when the research was in progress. The results of the study show that PMI is a humanitarian organization with the status of a legal entity, which was promulgated by Law number 1 of 2018 concerning Red Cross Affairs in order to carry out Red Cross Affairs activities with the aim of preventing or avoiding and alleviating the suffering of prisoners of war victims and disasters without discriminate between religion, nation, ethnicity, skin color, class, gender, and political views. PMI which was established on September 17, 1945. PMI also has a performance that is still ongoing today, including: 1) Assisting during wars/conflicts, 2) Assisting victims of natural disasters, 3) Blood and health transfusions. PMI also has the task of turning PMI members into volunteers. Such as Volunteer Preparedness Assistance and Disaster Management First Aid Training for Volunteers, Public Health and Welfare Services and others

Abstract

This study uses qualitative research methods, by using qualitative research methods researchers are easier to conduct research by observing students who are the object of research. Researchers also make a match learning method is one method that can be used in the application of a lesson, using this method involves students working actively, because the make a match method is a method that motivates all students to be active and provides opportunities for students to think , are free to express opinions according to the thoughts they get. With this method, it can be seen that the use of this method greatly influences the development of students who are more active in carrying out learning.
