Abstract

Abstract : This research is purpose to know to increase learning creativity and resource of student’s learning by means of the application of project- based learning model to improve the skills of creative thinking and learning outcomes students learning outcomes in learning biology class XI-Science 1 Senior High Scholl Muhammadiyah 1 Pekanbaru second semester grade 2014/2015. Research time is March to May 2015. The subject in the research is students class XI-Science 1 with 23 students. The research instrumen used syllabus, lesson plans, student worksheet and worksheet project. Instrumen data used creative thinking skill assessment sheet, skills assessment, moral assessment and evaluated task. From research result that can know average presentation creative thinking skills of students  that cyclical I is 74.57% or 2.98 (B/good). In cyclical II is 89.5% or 3.59 (A/excellent). Skills project in cyclical I is 85.77% or 3.43 (B+/good). In cyclical II is 91.05% or 3.64 (A-/excellent). Skills product in cyclical I is 81.52% or 3.26 (B+/good). In cyclical II is 87.00% or 3.48(B+/good). Students moral  in cyclical I is 84.22% or 3.36 (B+/good). In cyclical II is 91.80% or 3.67 (A-/excellent ). The absorption of the student in cyclical I is 85.08% or 3.40 (B+/good). In cyclical II is 87.82% or 3.51 (B+/good). The due diligence in cyclical I is 65.21% or 2.60 (B-/good). In cyclical II is 82.60% or 3.30 (B+/good). The application of project- based learning model can improve the skills of creative thinking and learning outcomes students learning outcomes in learning biology class XI-Science 1 Senior High Scholl Muhammadiyah 1 Pekanbaru. Abstract

Abstract : The purpose of this research is to increase student science skill process by applied scientific approach oriented guided discovery learning method in class XI of MIA 2 SMA Babussalam Pekanbaru in academic year 2014/2015. This research was classroom action research in two cycles and consist of plan, action and observation, and reflection. Data was collected in this research was science skill process in three aspect those were cognitive, affective and psychomotor. The data was collected using test and observation. The result of this research showed an increase for every aspect of science  process skills. Science skill process in cognitive aspect that was seen from test result in cycle I was 3.07 (B) and increase in cycle II, that was 3.16 (B). The students passing studying in cycle I was 19 (63.33%) and increased in cycle II became 25 (83.33%). The average of affective aspect in cycle I was 2.96 (good) increased in cycle II that was 3.49 (good). Science skill process in psychomotor aspect was 2.87 (B) in cycle I and became 3.46 (B+) in cycle II. The conclusion of this research was applied scientific approach oriented guided discovery learning method can increase student science skill process in class XI of MIA 2 SMA Babussalam Pekanbaru in academic year 2014/2015. Abstract

Abstract: The aim of this study was to development of worksheets topic energy in live for junior high school grade seven with scientific approach to improve science process skills. This study held on June until December 2014. This study conducted with assessment worksheet paper, respondent paper, and observation scientific process skills paper. The assessment worksheet paper consist of 27 items and is 4 aspects. The aspect are content expert, linguist, presentation expert, and to encourage students to learn and work scientifically. This study was conducted using method of Research and Development of model ADDIE. The result showed of the experts’ assessment who developed products of content experts was very valid (M=3.53), linguist was very valid (M=3.48), presentation experts was very valid (M=3.51), and work scientifically was very valid (M=3.41). In addition for the scientific process skills students have achieved good category. That result indicated the product that has been developed worthy used in science teaching in schools and can improved science process skills. Abstract

Abstract:A descriptive study has been conducted to determine students’ scientific attitude in biology learning with project based learning model on the topic of organic waste recycling for grade X SMAN 1 Lirik school year 2013/2014. The population of this study was grade X students of SMAN 1 Lirik school year 2013/2014 and the sample was 29 students of Xb class SMAN 1 Lirik, that consists of 8 male students and 21 female students. Parameters of this study were students’ scientific attitude and the indicators were curiosity, responsibility, collaboration, tolerationandthoroughness. Observation sheet and peers questionnaire were used as data collecting instruments. The result showed that the percentage of students’ scientific attitude obtained through observation sheet was 76,2% with good category and obtained throught peers questionnaire was 71,6% with good enough category. Based on the study that has been conducted in SMAN 1 Lirik school year 2013/2014, students’ scientific attitude has became better at biology learning with project based learning model on the topic of organic waste recycling Key words:Project Based Learning, Students’ Scientific Attitude
