Abstract

Telah dilakukan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas untuk meningkatkan kemampuan pemecahanmasalah pada konsep Rancangan Eksperimen dalam perkuliahan Biometri, untuk meningkatkan hasilbelajar mahasiswa. Penelitian dilakukan di Program Studi Pendidikan Biologi UNRI pada SemesterGenap Tahun ajaran 2007/2008. Subyek penelitian adalah mahasiswa yang mengambil mata kuliahBiometri terdiri dari 47 mahasiswa ( 5 laki-laki dan 42 perempuan). Penelitian dilaksanakan dengan 2siklus, dimana siklus pertama terdiri dari 2 kali pertemuan dan 1 kali tes ( kuis ). Sedangkan siklus kedua terdiri dari 3 kali pertemuan dan 1 kali tes (kuis) . Parameter yang diamati adalah Hasil belajardan Aktivitas mahasiswaselama proses pembelajaran, dimana analisis data dilakukan secaradeskriptif. Hasil peneltian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan hasil belajar setelah penerapanmodel pembelajaran PBL. Mahasiswa yang memperoleh hasil belajar katagori baik sekali lebihbanyak yaitu 38 orang (80,85%). Aktivitas mahasiswa dalam poses belajar mengajar dikategorikanbaik, dengan rata-rata 67,69%, dan dalam melaksanakan percobaan dikategorikan baik sekali, denganrata-rata sebesar 84,21 %. Penerapan model pembelajaran PBL dipandang efektif diterapkan padamata kuliah Biometri pada konsep rancangan percobaan.

Abstract

Abstract: This research was to determine the level of greenhouse gas emissions CO2-e from waste the city of Pekanbaru and develop modular concept of environmental issues in the subject of Environmental Education among October 2015 until January 2016. The results from this research used to develop module unit subjects Environmental Education. This research did by 2 phases: analysis of greenhouse gas emissions and the development stage modules. Research use descriptive methode. The data collection did by using survey methods to make observations in the Muara Fajar landfill . Sampling done by random sampling, to took rubbish out of three trucks at Muara Fajar landfill as much as 500 liters container sizes daily until 8 days. The calculation of greenhouse gas emissions CO2-e by using data analysis methods FOD (first order decay) at the level of accuracy of Tier 1. The parameters in this study is a waste composition, type of waste, the level of greenhouse gas CO2-e and types of plants in the buffer zone in Muara Fajar landfill. The results of survey revealed that the greenhouse gas emissions of CO2-e from of the span of 5 years of 21.7 %. and highest in 2014 amounted to 67.832 tonnes of CO2-e, with an average increase of emissions by 26.5%. The results of the study can be used as a modular unit concept of environmental issues in the subject of Environmental Education.Key Words: Greenhouse gas CO2-e emission, module, waste of Pekanbaru City

Abstract

Abstract : The aim of reseach was to determine of the eggs of various types of parasitic nematode worms found in vegetables and the results of this study is designed as an alternative medium of learning in the classroom invertebrates concept nematodes in February and May 2015. The study was conducted with two stages, namely the identification of various types of nematode eggs using a survey method and designing alternative learning media. Sampling was done by purposive sampling. The parameters observed in this study are various types of nematode worm eggs rich in vegetable lettuce (Lactuca sativa), basil (Ocimum basilicum L) and cabbage (Brassica oleracea). The results showed that nematode worm eggs found in vegetables lettuce (Lactuca sativa) is Trichuris trichiura and Necator americanus, basil (Ocimum basilicum L) was found on the eggs Ancylostoma duodenale and cabbage (Brassica oleracea) found eggs of Ascaris lumbricoides. Abstract

Abstract: This research was conducted to find out the growth response of Cyperus kyllingia on soil contaminated with petroleum waste which used for handout design on growth material and development of XII SMA class which was conducted in November 2016 until February 2017. This research is descriptive quantitative research to know the response of Cyperus kyllingia that planted on soil contaminated with petroleum waste with different concentrations of Total Petroleum Hydrocarbon TPH, while handout design analysis was conducted in two stages, namely the analysis and design phase. Parameters used include degradation rate (%) TPH and vegetative growth of crops, ie shoot number, stem height, leaf length, wet weight and dry weight of plant. The data obtained were analyzed descriptively quantitatively. The results showed that the Cyperus kyllingia plant was able to grow on contaminated soil of petroleum waste. The response of plants in the face of stress can be seen in vegetative growth in the form of growth of shoot number, stem height and leaf length. The higher the concentration of TPH on the soil the lower the growth rate. Cyperus kyllingia plant has the ability to degrade TPH with a percentage of 0.32-0.39%. The results can be developed into handouts on the growth and development for grade XII SMA.Key Word: Vegetative Growth, Cyperus kyllingia, Polluted Land, Handout.

Abstract

Abstract : This research is a research which is aimed to improve students biology studying achievement by implementing guided inqury learning srtategy in class VII SMP N 3 Sinaboi in Academic Year 2015/2016. This research was conducted in April-Mei 2016. The subject of this research was student of class VII of SMP N 3 Sinaboi. The number of students was 36 students (18 boys and 18 girls). The Parameter was students studying achievement consisted of comprehension ability, students passing individually, studens activities and teachers activities. The average of students comprehension ability in cycle 1 was 75.81% (moderate) increased became 81.42% (good). The students passing studying in cycle 1 was 63.88% (pass) increased in cycle 2 became 83.33% (pass). Average of studens activities in cycle 1 was 78.12% (moderate) increased in cycle 2 became 91.66% (very good). Average of teachers activities in cycle 1 was 88.45% (good) increased in cycle 2 became 92.30% (good). From the result of this research it can be concluded that the implementation of guided inquiry can improve students biology studying achievements in class VII SMP N 3 Sinaboi in Academic Year 2015/2016.Key Words: Guided Inquiry, Biology studying achiement

Abstract

Abstract: Do research to find out the quality of hospital wastewater treatment systems with anaerobic-aerobic biofilter for design student worksheet conducted in November 2015 to January 2016. This type of research is descriptive research with field survey methods. Many samples 2 samples with pick-up points at the inlet and outlet IPAL anaerobic-aerobic biofilter system at one hospital in Pekanbaru. The collection of data with a survey method, in which the waste water samples taken at the inlet and outlet IPAL anaerobic-aerobic biofilter system hospitals. Parameters measured include the following physical parameters include temperature, TSS, TDS. Chemical parameters include pH, COD, MBAs, BOD5, NH3 Total, Oils and Grease. Microbiological parameters Total coliform. Data were analyzed descriptively. Results showed treatment with a system biofilter anaerobic-aerobic produce effluent quality hospital safely discharged to the environment (meet environmental quality standards) and the results are used as a design student worksheet (LKS) on the biology subject Vocational High School (SMK ) Pharmacy Ikasari Pekanbaru.Keywords: Biofilter, Wastewater, Hospital, Student Work Sheet

Abstract

Abstract: This study was conducted to determine the level of CO2 emissionsfrom fossil fuel use in Pekanbaru city and develop module concept of environmentalissues in the subject of environmental education. The study was conducted in November2012 to May 2016. The method used in this study is a documentation method to collectdata on the various agencies related to research, whereas the module development isdone using ADDIE models at analysis, design, and development. Parameters usedinclude emission sources and CO2 emission levels, vegetation trees in the green belt, aswell as climatic conditions. Sources of emissions come from the use of fuel oil (BBM),electricity and LPG (Liquid Petroleum Gas). The highest emission levels derived fromfuel, which reached 192.636 Gg CO2. Tree vegetation in the Green Line Pekanbaru Cityhas 49 species and 11 588 individuals and that most are Swietenia macrophylla withabsorptive capacity of 295.73 kg CO2 / tree / year. Climatic conditions in Pekanbarucity is Fluctuating. The observed climate parameters such as temperature, humidity andrainfall results can be developed into a module by showing a very valid category (4.2)and the test results are limited by learners show very good category (90.6).Keywords: CO2 Emissions, Fossil Fuels, green line of vegetation, climate, module

Abstract

Abstract : The study was conducted to determine the quality of the waters of theSubayang as enrichment Aquatic Ecology module in November 2015 - January 2016.Stages of the research is the analysis of water quality based on the Biotilic indexSubayang River, the next stage of enrichment courses Aquatic Ecology modules usingADDIE models. The research found 25 familia divided into 8 orders in which the threeorders of groups EPT is the order Ephemeroptera (4 familia), Plecoptera (2 familia),Trichoptera (6 familia), and 5 orders of the non-EPT is the order Odonata (4 familia),Coleoptera (3 familia), Hemiptera (3 familia), Diptera (4 familia), and Neotaeniglossa(1 familia). Familia number is highest for the number familia station I found that 16familia familia and the amount was lowest for the VI station with 3 number familia.Familia number belonging to the highest station EPT group I with 8 familia EPT whilethe lowest was in the VI station with only one number familia belonging to the EPTgroup. EPT abundance ranged from 25% -100%, which is highest abundance in stationV and the lowest at the station VI. Index sensitivity level is highest at V station with thelowest index value at station 4 and the third with an index value of 3.21. Based Biotilicindex, the quality of river waters Subayang ranged from uncontaminated until beingpolluted. Abstract

Abstract: The aim of this study was to development of worksheets topic energy in live for junior high school grade seven with scientific approach to improve science process skills. This study held on June until December 2014. This study conducted with assessment worksheet paper, respondent paper, and observation scientific process skills paper. The assessment worksheet paper consist of 27 items and is 4 aspects. The aspect are content expert, linguist, presentation expert, and to encourage students to learn and work scientifically. This study was conducted using method of Research and Development of model ADDIE. The result showed of the experts’ assessment who developed products of content experts was very valid (M=3.53), linguist was very valid (M=3.48), presentation experts was very valid (M=3.51), and work scientifically was very valid (M=3.41). In addition for the scientific process skills students have achieved good category. That result indicated the product that has been developed worthy used in science teaching in schools and can improved science process skills. Abstract

Abstract : This study aims to improve science learning outcomes of students with the application of cooperative learning model Numbered Heads Together at SMPN 2 Sinaboi VIIB class in the academic year 2015/2016. Which was conducted in March 2016. The subjects were students of SMPN 2 Sinaboi VIIB grade school year 2015/2016 with a total of 25 people (11 students and 14 female students). Which lasted for two cycles in which the first cycle with the material classify living things based on the characteristics possessed by the material and the second cycle describes the diversity of the organizational system of life from the cellular level up to 3 times the organism replicates harian. Parameter meetings including that measured learning outcomes students consisting of absorption students and students learning completeness, awards groups, student activities and teacher's activities. Absorptive capacity of the students in the first cycle 73% (enough) and the second cycle 82.4% (good). Mastery learning in the first cycle 80% complete and has increased in the second cycle at 88%. Group awards in the first cycle there is one super group and the second cycle there are two super groups. Average student activity in cycle I 60.38% (or less) and the second cycle increased to 86% (excellent). The average teacher activity increased by 90.5% (excellent) and the second cycle of 100% (excellent). From these results it can be concluded that cooperative learning model NHT can improve learning outcomes IPA class VII SMPN 2 Sinaboi in the academic year 2015/2016.Keywords: Learning Outcomes IPA, Cooperative Learning, Kooperati Type Numbered Heads Together (NHT)
