Abstract

Abstract. The formula of the research is “How the implementation of boyscouting in SLB Pelita Hati Pekanbaru?” based on the formula the purpose of the research was to know the implementation of boyscouting in SLB Pelita Hati Pekanbaru. Kind of the research was descriptive naturalistic that aim to know the implementation of boyscouting in SLB Pelita Hati Pekanbaru by systematically way about thing (Lexy J Maleong, 1989:191). Research site is at the SLB Pelita Hati Pekanbaru. The research concluded that the implementation of boyscouting in SLB Pelita Hati Pekanbaru consist of placement of implementation, time of implementation, matter of implementation and infrastructure of the implementation. Implementation of boyscouting done on Saturday and monday. While the time knows the implementation of boyscouting in SLB Pelita Hati Pekanbaru variated, sometimes 2 hours, even more. In the aspect of instructure or trainer in SLB Pelita Hati Pekanbaru were the experienced instructors especially in SLB Pelita Hati Pekanbaru. Based on the research generally that the implementation of boyscouting in SLB Pelita Hati Pekanbaru run well as hoped. Keywords: Implementation of boyscouting

Abstract

Abstract: The problems of this study is how high discipline scout activity as students follow a curriculum in junior Tri Bhakti Pekanbaru. The purpose of this study was to determine the stage of activity scout discipline students follow a curriculum in junior Tri Bhakti Pekanbaru, the benefits of this research as a useful input materials and can give comprehension to students to extracurricular activities scout. The population in this study as many as 90 people people learn and study sample is 47 people dambil using random sampling techniques. Data collection instrument that is a questionnaire with 54 statements and after the trial lived 41 legitimate statement to be made in the study instrument. Data analysis through quantitative descriptive analysis. From the calculation results obtained retort offerings based indicators of future ability to comply with the phase of the high discipline of 84.78%, and the lower stage of discipline as much as 14.65%, pointing comply with the regulations that apply activity-activity that discipline stage high of 91.45% , and the lower stage of discipline as much as 9.7%, pointing responsibility for the tasks given to the discipline stage high of 88.14%, and the lower stage of discipline as much as 11.86%, bookmark submitting to scout the stage Satya discipline and a high of 84.03% discipline stage lower by 15.16% by value and comply with applicable norms that discipline the stage higher by 91.29% and stage discipline as much as 8.7% lower. Abstract

Abstract: a formulation problems in this research is whether the parents as scavengers to educate children classified as good or not good. The purpose of this research is to know the parents as scavengers to educate children in the village of delima district tampan - pekanbaru. The benefits of this research is able to help and facilitate the improvement, especially the role of parents in educating their children. This study is descriptive approach the applicability. The population in this research is 30 people. You get the samples in this study uses techniques proportianate stratified random sampling.Instrument in a questionnaire that contains 50 items a statement. the parents as of educating children, as measured by indicators Authoritative (democracy), Authoritarlan (authoritarian), Permisive (permissive), Rijecting-neglecting (don't care). From the results of research note that the parents as scavengers educate their children in the village of delima district tampan - pekanbaru is quite good. Abstract

Abstract:The manager of community learning centre (PKBM) has five duties in applying study program in PKBM.  They are to identify society needed learning, plan the program application that appropriate with society needed, guide the program application, has evaluation to the program that goes on, and report the program application. But, it has been found the problem at application of manager duties in PKBM Mitra Riau Jaya Cemerlang is not proper about the application of the five duties PKBM manager.It is qualitative research to know more the problem of PKBM manager roles in PKBM Mitra Riau Jaya Cemerlang, Marpoyan Damai district, Pekanbaru. This research is done on February to September 2014. The data collecting techniques in this research are observation, interview and documentation. The subjective of this research consist of two core informants:  chairman and secretary of PKBM Mitra Jaya Cemerlang and two control informants: guidance and tutor of PKBM Mitra Riau Jaya Cemerlang.The research findings show the effect of low manager roles PKBM Mitra Riau Jaya Cemerlang is not understanding manager about technique to identify society needed, not to plan of study program in PKBM, lack of understanding in guiding tutor in order that study program is going well, not evaluate the study program, and not understand to report the study program that goes on. To do the PKBM manager duties properly, it is suggested by the manager to get training about PKBM duties manager from educational service out of school. dinas pendidikan luar sekolah. Abstract

Abstract: Formulation of the problem in this research is how high service quality in libraries and archives office of Kampar regency. This research purposes is to know service quality levels in libraries and archives office of Kampar regency. Benefits of research is this research can be used as inputs and consideration of the importance of service quality. This is a descriptive researchs with a quantitative approach. Population in this research were 60 peoples. Sampling in this research using proportionate stratified random sampling technique. Instrumens used questionnaire with 50 items of questions. Service quality in libraries and archives office of Kampar regency measured with indicator reliability, responsivenees, assurance, empathy and tangible. Of the survey results revealed that service quality in libraries and archives office of Kampar regency included in the high category. Keyword: Service Quality, Libraries and Archives Office
