Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimanakah kinerja guru paud yang sedang kuliahdi program S1 PG PAUD Unri setelah mereka mendapatkan pendidikan dan pelatihan, danapakah ada hubungan antara mengikuti pendidikan dan pelatihan dengan kinerja mereka dalammelaksanakan. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di kota pekanbaru dengan responden semua guruPAUD yang sedang kuliah di program S1 PG PAUD Unri sebanyak 56 orang. Sebagai penelitianSurvey, datanya diambil dengan menggunakan angket. Data di analisis dan hasilnya penelitianini adalah: (1) Ada 89,29% telah mengikuti diklat tingkat dasar, 10,71% juga pernah ikut diklatlanjut, dan belum ada yang pernah mengikuti diklat tingkat mahir. (2) Tingkat Tingkat kinerja gurusetelah mendapatkan pendidikan dan pelatihan (diklat) dalam membuat perencanaan,melaksanakan proses pembelajaran dan melakukan penilaian yaitu 19,64% berkinerja tinggi,69,65% berkinerja sedang dan 10,71% berkinerja rendah. (3) Nilai r hitung( 0,503) lebih besardari nilai (0,273) pada taraf signifikan 5%, maka hipotesis nol ditolak, berarti ada korelasipositif yang signifikan antara mengikuti diklat dengan kinerja guru.Keywords: Kinerja, Diklat, Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini

Abstract

Masalah utama dalam penelitian ini adalah banyaknya sekolah taman kanak-kanak (pendidikananak usia dini) yang belum terakriditasi di Kota Pekanbaru. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untukmengetahui faktor-faktor ketrampilan kepala sekolah taman kanak-kanak serta faktor apakah yangmemiliki kontribusi terbesar terhadap belum terakriditasinya sekolah yang bersangkutan. Populasidalam penelitian ini, mengacu pada data dari Dinas Pendidikan Kota Pekanbaru tahun 2013,adalah semua kepala sekolah taman taman kanak-kanak (pendidikan anak usia dini) yang belumterakriditasi di Kota Pekanbaru sebanyak 148 orang. Sedang sample penelitiannya sebanyak 60orang. Pengumpulan datanya dilakukan dengan teknik angket tentang ketrampilan kepemimpinankepala sekolah. Setelah dilakukan uji validitas dan reliabilitas dari 28 butir pernyataan terdapat 4butir yang tidak memenuhi syarat, sehingga instrument final terdiri dari 24 butir pertanyaan. Daridata yang terkumpul setelah dilakukan analisis statistic sederhana, ketrampilan konseptual(conseptual skill) memperoleh skor 71,7% termasuk dalam kategori baik, ketrampilan teknik(technical skill) memperoleh skor 71,2% termasuk kategori baik, dan ketrampilan kemanusiaan(human skill) memperoleh skor 81,46% termasuk kategori sangat baik. Apabila diambil rata-ratatentang ketrampilan kepemimpinan terrsebut diperoleh skor 74,8% termasuk dalam kategori baik.Kata kunci: ketrampilan kepemimpinan (leadership skill)

Abstract

Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK)yang menjelaskan bagaimana penggunaan media pembelajaran kartu huruf bergambar dapat meningkaktan kesiapan membaca awalanak usia 3-4 tahun di kelompok bermain pada TK Labor FKIP Universitas Riau. Media ini dapat menarik minat anak untuk belajar,yang didukung oleh penerapan yang cukup baik oleh peneliti.Peningkatan kesiapan membaca awal tampak pada hasilnya yang signifikan, yakni dari data awal (41.3 % [belum berkembang]) mengalami peningkatan ke siklus I (60.986 % [sesuai perkembangan]) sebesar 19.686 %. Peningktan dari siklus I (60.986%) ke siklus II (87.988 [di atas perkembangan]) sebesar 27.0%.Perbandingan data awal ke siklus II peningkatan sebesar 46.688 %menunjukkan adanya peningkatan yang berarti. Jadi, bila kartu huruf bergambar diterapkan dengan baik kepada anak, maka akan ada peningkatan kesiapan membaca awal anak yang baik pula.Kata Kunci: kesiapan membaca awal; kartu huruf bergambar

Abstract

Abstract. Phenomenon which occurs in the majority of kindergarten principal in district Tampan Pekanbaru City aresome headmasters arelessin motivatingthe teachers so that teachers can not give maximum performance, there is still difficultyof kindergarten headmasterif they are requested direction and advice, and there is still kindergarten principal less firmly in giving warning for errors made by the teachers. The purpose of this study is to describe the soft skills and leadership of the principal, and determine the relationship between soft skills by kindergarten school leadership in District of Tampan Pekanbaru City. Respondents in this study amounted to 42 people. Data collection techniques used by questionnaire and observation. The data analysis technique used is descriptive quantitative statistical data processing (SPSS). From the research results obtained are positive and significant relationship between soft skills by kindergarten school leadership inDistrict Of Tampan Pekanbaru. It can be seen from rhit value = 0.811 and p = 0.000. Therefore p <0.05 (0.000 <0.05), then Ho is rejected. In addition, the hypothesis test "t test", the result thit = 8.843 and the value ttab (5%) (df = n - 2 = 42-2 = 40) = 2.000. Because thit> ttab (8.843> 2.000), it means that there is a positive and significant relationship between soft skills with school leadership. The resulting determinant coefficient is r2 (0.8112) = 0.657, it can be seen that the influence of soft skills for 65.7% of the kindergarten school leadership. The level of correlation between the soft skills and school leadership is in very highcategory with a correlation coefficient 0.811. Keyword : soft skills, school leadership

Abstract

Abstract: based on the results of field observations on the level of emotional intelligence of the students is still low and teachers are still teaching methods that dominate and not varied. So that needs to be given in the form of a method of learning to play a role. This study aims to determine how high the increase emotional intelligence of children after using the method of playing the role of children aged 3-4 years in KB Kasih Ibu Pisang Berebus. The research method is a method of classroom action research conducted in two cycles, each cycle consisting of several stages, namely planning, action, observation and reflection. The number of subjects in this study 15 children in KB Kasih Ibu Pisang Berebus. Data taken from the evaluation at the end of each cycle. This study involved one colleague as an observer. Based on the data obtained from the results of the percentage increase in the first cycle is 40,9% and increased in the second cycle is 60,6%. It can be thus it can be concluded that the method of playing the role can improve emotional intelligence in children 3-4 years in KB Kasih Ibu pisang Berebus District of Gunung Toar Regency Kuantan Singingi.

Abstract: Based on field observations on early reading skills is to classify children are not able to mention the symbols of letters known. Recognize the voice initial letters of the names of objects that are nearby, said groups of images that have sound / the same initial letter, understand the relationship between sounds and letters benuk, read his own name, and write his own name. The formulation in this regard is whether the game card pictured letters can meningkatkatkan early reading skills of children aged 5-6 in early childhood tahn Mother Love Bananas Village Berebus Regency Kuantan District of Mount Toar Singingi?. This study aims to determine the increase in early reading skills through a card game hurf illustrated children aged 5-6 years in early childhood Mother Love Village Pisang Berebus Regency District of Gunung Toar Kuantan Singingi. The research method is a method of classroom action research conducted in two cycles, each cycle consisting of several stages, namely planning, action, observation and reflection. The number of subjects in this study amounted to 15 people. Data taken from the evaluation of the end of each cycle. The study involved one teacher as an observer. Based on the results obtained from the percentage of increase in the first cycle is 50.09% and increased in the second cycle is 75.18%. And thus it can be concluded that the card game pictured letters can improve early reading skills of children aged 5-6 years in early childhood Mother Love Bananas Berebus Kuantan District of Mount Toar Singingi.

Abstract: The problem formulation in this research is how is the transformationof ikat namo culture in Harapan Village, Sungai Apit Subdistrict, Siak District? Thepurpose of this research is to know the transformation of namo bunch culture inHarapan Village, Sungai Apit Subdistrict, Siak District. The type of this research isdescriptive naturalistic with qualitative approach. The subject of this research as manyas 6 people, the technique of taking the data source is by snowball sampling. Theinstrument of this study used participant observation, interview and documentation. Theresults of the analysis carried out then can in the conclusion of the process oftransformation of namo culture is through three stages, namely the preliminary stage,the stage of implementation and the final stage.Keywords : Transformation, Culture, Ikat Namo.

Abstract

Abstract: This research was based on the condition of learners in CLC Pelita Riau Pekanbaru City. The research problem was whether the motivation that encourages learners followed the Package B Program in CLC Pelita Riau Pekanbaru City?. The purpose of this research was to determine the motivation that encourages learners followed the Package B Program in CLC Pelita Riau Pekanbaru City. The population in this research as many as 30 people learners the program package B in PKBM Pelita Riau, then the sample of this research was 30 people and 20 people sample trial. The sample used was a saturated sample. The data completion instrument was a questionnaire with 67 statements and after the trial live 60 valid statements to be used as research instruments. Data Analysis through Quantitative Descriptive analysis. From the calculation of the percentage of answers findings research motivation Learners Followed the Package B Program in CLC Pelita Riau Pekanbaru City is extrinsic motivation with percentage value (SB + B) 77.74% This means that external motivation has a high influence on the learners Following Program package B in CLC Pelita Riau Pekanbaru City.Keywords: Motivation, Student Learning, Package B Program,CLC Pelita Riau

Abstract

 Abstract: This study aims to determine how to provide education and training for students of journalism in Taja by the Student Work Unit (UKM) Bahana Riau University Students. The main focus of this study was to determine the activity of journalism education and training of students. On the basis of this primary focus, then there are 15 sub focus into concentration. This type of research is descriptive qualitative case study approach. Data collection techniques in this research is by interview, observation and documentation on the informant, The results have been summarized in the 15 activities of an education and journalism training for students by SMEs Bahana Students at the University of Riau. From this process the participants have writing skills, through the process of a guardian or trustee Bahana SMEs through direct guidance and learn directly, task or assignment, by way of training and practice.

Abstract

Abstract : Based on the observation of the child's age 5-6 years in TK IT Insan Utama 3 Pekanbaru there are some children who do not understand the concept simple about symptoms that occur in the natural sciences and the surrounding environment. For example on a floating object, and drowning. When given questions about the sun or the land so many children do not understand the use fulness of natural objects, as well as on rainfall and its benefits. This means that children do not understand the science concepts contained in the surrounding well. The author also saw there were children who lack the interest and enthusiasm in participating in science learning activities given by the teacher. Related tothe phenomenon of learning activitie simplement edusing inquiry approach. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of inquiry approach to mastering scientific knowledge about nature and the environment in children aged 5-6 years in kindergarten IT Insan Utama 3 Pekanbaru. The sample used in this study 17 people. The data collection techniques were used that oral test. Data were analyzed usingt-test with SPSS ver 16.0. Research hypothesisis that there is a significant improvement on the mastery of scientific knowledge about nature and the environment in children after application of the inquiry approach. It can be seen from the analysis of data obtained t=-20.357 and p=0.000. Because p<0.05, it can be concluded that there was a significant improvement after using the inquiry approach to learning science. So it means that Ho is rejected and Ha accepted, which means there is a significant in crease between before and after the experiment with the inquiry approach.
