Abstract

Abstract: The aim of the research was to get the correlation of anklecoordination and balance with the ability of precepts kick on sepaktakrawextracurricular of SMK Darel Hikmah Pekanbaru. The forms of this research was the correlation study, the population in this study was sepaktakraw extracurricular of SMK Darel Hikmah Pekanbaru and the sample in this study was 9 students. While the sample tecnique used is total sampling (saturated sample), where all the population as the sample. So, the sample in this study amounted to 9 students. After that, the data isprocessed with statistics, normality test with liliefors test and correlation at significant level α (0,05). The first analysis in the calculation of the correlation between X1 and Y, where rtable at significant level α (0,05) = 0,707 means rresult (0,908) > rtable (0,707), which means the hypothesis is accepted and there is a meaningful correlation with a very strong interpretation between ankle coordination with the ability of precepts kickon students sepaktakraw extracurricular SMK Darel Hikmah Pekanbaru, a second analysis of in the calculation of the correlation between X2 and Y, where rtable at significant level α (0,05) = 0,707means rresult (0,872) > rtable (0,707), which means the hypothesis is accepted and there is a meaningful correlation with a very strong interpretation between balance with the ability of precepts kick on students sepaktakraw extracurricular SMK Darel Hikmah Pekanbaru. The analysis of the three correlation X1and X2 with Y was obtained, which rtable at significant level α (0,05) = 0,707, means Rresult (0,934) > rtable (0,707). Than it can be concluded that the correlation between X1 and X2 with Y or the correlation between ankle coordination with the ability of precepts kick on sepaktakraw extracurricular SMK Darel Hikmah Pekanbaru are significant.Key Words : Ankle Coordination, Balance dan Precepts Kick.

Abstract

Stunting is a global health problem that affects the physical growth and development of children. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of using Moringa leaf nuggets in preventing stunting in preschool children. The research method involved 20 children aged 4-8 years who received Moringa leaf nuggets as a daily supplement for 6 months. Child growth parameters, including height, weight, and head circumference, were measured at the beginning and end of the study. The results of the analysis showed a significant increase in the physical growth of children in. Moringa leaf nuggets have the potential to be an easily accessible and effective stunting prevention strategy. This research provides initial support for the use of Moringa leaves as a functional food ingredient in efforts to prevent stunting in preschool children. Further studies are needed to understand the mechanisms and long-term effects of using Moringa leaf nuggets in the context of stunting prevention

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran Kepala Sekolah dalam menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang mendukung pembinaan kompetensi kepribadian guru, untuk mengetahui program kegiatan yang dirancang Kepala Sekolah untuk mendukung pembinaan kepribadian guru, untuk mengetahui tantangan yang dihadapi Kepala Sekolah dalam membimbing dan mengarahkan guru untuk meningkatkan kompetensi kepribadian guru. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepala sekolah mampu menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang kondusif melalui suasana yang terbuka, nyaman, serta mendorong kolaborasi antar guru. Selain itu, Kepala Sekolah secara aktif merancang dan mengimplementasikan program pembinaan seperti pelatihan manajemen emosi, acara pendidikan karakter, serta kegiatan mentoring dengan melibatkan guru senior. Program-program tersebut memberikan dampak positif terhadap pengembangan aspek kepribadian guru, khususnya dalam hal peningkatan kesabaran, empati, dan kemampuan dalam pengelolaan emosi, yang secara tidak langsung memperkuat kualitas interaksi antara guru dan peserta didik.

Abstract

The rapid development of information technology has encouraged various educational institutions to utilize digital-based systems to support their operational activities, one of which is the student registration process. The registration process, which is still carried out manually, requires prospective students or applicants to come directly to the registration location, which is considered ineffective and inefficient in terms of time, energy, and data processing. Therefore, a system is needed that can help registrants complete the student registration process online without having to come to the registration location. This study aims to design and develop a web-based student registration system that can make it easier for registrants to complete the registration process and help schools manage registration data in a more organized manner. With this system, the process of accepting new students is expected to be more effective, efficient, and accurate. The system design was carried out using Unified Modeling Language (UML) as a system modeling tool, while the data architecture design used Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD) and Logical Record Structure (LRS). The system implementation used the PHP programming language with the support of HTML and CSS as the interface designer. The results of this study are expected to be a solution in improving the quality of student registration services in schools.
