Abstract

Kepala sekolah merupakan penentu keberhasilan dalam mengelola suatu lembaga pendidikan dan bertanggung jawab atas segala bentuk kegiatan dalam suatu lembaga pendidikan, demikian dengan kegiatan pengelolaan sarana dan prasarana. Fasilitas dalam lembaga pendidikan yang mencukupi tidak disertai dengan pengelolaan yang baik menjadi permasalahan umum dalam pengelolaan sarana dan prasarana pendidikan. Sarana dan prasarana tersebut perlu dikelola dengan baik agar proses pembelajaran berjalan dengan maksimal. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana kepala sekolah menerapkan strategi pengelolaan sarana dan prasarana, apa saja kendalanya serta solusi dalam mengelola sarana dan prasarana. Maka dari itu, peneliti ingin mengetahui strategi kepala sekolah dalam pengelolaan sarana dan prasarana pendidikan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan penelitian lapangan (Field Research). Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah kepala madrasah dan waka sarana dan prasarana. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah strategi yang dilakukan oleh kepala sekolah dalam  mengelola sarana dan prasarana di MTs Negeri Samarinda berupa pembentukan tim pengelola yang melibatkan waka sarpras dan pihak yang terkait, seperti pengelola keuangan, kurikulum, komite dan perpustakaan. Pengadaan sarana yang lain dilakukan dengan cara pemberian, penukaran dan pembelian barang. Adapun pembiayaannya melalui dana BOSDA dan BOSNAS yang dipergunakan untuk biaya perawatan, perbaikan dan  pengadaan sarana dalam skala kecil. Kesulitan yang dihadapi dalam pengelolaan sarana dan prasarana pendidikan diantaranya karena ketidaksiapan dana, ketidaksiapan sumber daya manusia dalam menghadapi perkembangan teknologi serta kesulitan dalam proses penghapusan sarana dan prasarana dari daftar inventaris. Adapun solusi dari permasalahan penghapusan sarana dan prasarana yang menumpuk di gudang penyimpanan adalah dengan pemanfaatan barang yang masih bisa dimanfaatkan dan diperlukan oleh lembaga lain.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to improve the mathematics learning outcomes of the subject of arithmetic operations, addition and subtraction of integers through the “Kabe”colored card props. This type of research is classroom action research with a qualitative approach. The procedure of this research includes planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The data collection techniques used are tests, observations, documentation, and field notes. The data were analyzed quantitatively and qualitatively with the target indicator of success reaching 65% classically with the minimum score obtained by each student being 70. The results of the pre-cycle study showed that the average percentage of completeness was 0% then started to increase to 21.05% (4 students) in the first cycle and 68.42% (13 students) in the second cycle. These results indicate that there has been an increase in students' mathematics learning outcomes on the subject of integers through the use of KaBe teaching aids. So it can be concluded that the KaBe teaching aids can improve students' mathematics learning outcomes.

Abstract

The at-tartil method is a guidebook in learning to read al-quran directly (without spelling) and enter or practice the reading of tartil in accordance with the rules of ulumut tajwid and ulumul ghorib This At-tartil book emerged because it was motivated by unrest among the NU Sidoarjo scholars more precisely the NU Syuriah Branch of Sidoarjo, because at the beginning of the 80-90s various kinds of books were studied in the Koran but not accompanied by the teachers skills in operating books the book. This At-Tartil Method uses a drill technique. The type of research that will be used in this study is to use the Posttest Only method. This study involved two groups, namely the experimental group and the control group, both of whom received the same learning treatment process in terms of content, purpose and teaching material. Referring to the results of data analysis from the results of the research that has been done, obtained t-count value of 22.0503 and t_table value of 1.684. This means that t count> t table then Ho is rejected; Ha accepted. It can be stated that the experimental group and the control group have significant average differences, with this indicating that the use of the At-Tartil method is effective in the learning of PTKI Tahsin Al-Qur'an students in East Kalimantan.

Abstract

Boarding schools are Islamic educational institutions that have been proven and still survive with all of the dynamics until today. A characteristic that distinguishes boarding schools from others is the 24-hour educational system that supports character building. Additionally, the curriculum is developed to meet the needs, so it makes the boarding school more unique. This research aimed at describing the characteristics of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) courses in the boarding school curriculum. The research approach used was descriptive qualitative. The research location was Tahfidzul Qur’an Boarding School of Ahlus Shuffah Balikpapan. The primary data sources of this research were the management/ leader, educational division, asatidz (teachers) and student representatives. The data collection was through observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis techniques used data reduction, data display and verification. The results showed that PAI course at Tahfidzul Qur’an boarding school of Ahlus Shuffah Balikpapan was through maximizing the education in the classroom, in the mosque, in the dormitory, as well as in the real-life interaction. The boarding school does not only teach PAI knowledge or materials contained in the boarding school curriculum and in the co-curriculum, but also general knowledge and skills as a provision to take the equivalence examination at the Wustha (junior high) level or Ulya (senior high) level in order to get a diploma equivalent to MTs/SLTP or MA/SLTA at the Ministry of Religious Affairs. This research is expected to broaden the societies’ view that education at boarding school is highly appropriate, complete and provides a diploma that is legalized by the government.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan utuk mengetahui peningkatan kualitas hafalan Al-Quran dengan media audio speaker Al-Quran dalam proses pembelajaran tahfizh di HSG Khoiru Ummah Loa Janan Ilir Samarinda. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang terdiri dari pra siklus, siklus I, siklus II dalam tiga kali pertemuan setiap siklus meliputi perencanaan, pelaksaan, pengamatan dan refleksi. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, tes lisan dan dokumentasi. Instrumen pengumpulan data menggunakan lembar observasi siswa dan guru. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas III HSG Khoiru Ummah Loa Janan Ilir Samarinda yang berjumlah 9 siswa terdiri dari 5 siswa laki-laki dan 4 siswa perempuan, objek penelitian adalah peningkatan kualitas hafalan Al-Quran di kelas III HSG Loa Janan Ilir Samarinda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas hafalan Al-Quran di kelas III HSG Khoiru Ummah Samarinda, melalui media audio speaker Al-Quran dapat meningkatkan kualitas hafalan Al-Quran, hal ini dibuktikan dari hasil yang diperoleh selalu positif dalam setiap siklusnya. Pada pelaksanaan prasiklus rata-rata pencapaian kelas sebesar 27%, Siklus I rata-rata pencapaian kelas sebesar 55% dan meningkat pada siklus II rata-rata pencapaian kelas sebesar 88%. Hasil tersebut telah melebihi dari indikator keberhasilan kelas yang telah disepakati dengan sekolah sebesar 75%.
