Abstract

Memperoleh profit yang tinggi merupakan tujuan dari setiap perusahaan. Untuk memperoleh profit yang tinggi maka perusahaan harus bisa menekan sekecil mungkin pengeluaran dan melakukan efisiensi. PT.Nisso Bahari merupakan salah satu perusahaan manufaktur job shop yang bergerak dalam pembuatantanki aquarium dengan ukuran produk yang bervariasi. Agar bisa tetap bertahan dalam bidang bisnis inidan dapat dipercaya oleh konsumen maka perusahaan perlu memperbaiki pelayanan yang terbaik bagikonsumen. Faktor yang menjadi perhatian perusahaan yang harus diperbaiki saat ini adalah ketidaktepatan waktu pengiriman produk ke konsumen. Penelitian ini menggunakan konsep supply chainmanagement untuk menguraikan manajemen dari aliran material, informasi dan dana keseluruhsupplychain, dari para supplier, produsen komponen, assemblers, distribusi dan akhirnya kekonsumen.Berdasarkan hasil simulasi maka skenario perbaikan yang dipilih adalah skenario 3 dilakukandengan penambahan 1 mesin cutting glass dan 4 orang operator, 1 mesin bending dan 1 orang operator,1 mesin corner dan 1 orang operator serta 1 mesin washing dryer dan 2 orang operator sehinggadiperoleh total waktu tunggu30955.7714 menit dengan peningkatan output rata-rata jumlah aquariumsebanyak 6872 buah.

Abstract

Research about customer satisfaction at the dealer MPM Honda motor cycle dealer has been conducted to investigate the appropriateness between customer needs and satisfactions. The problem become more crisis when the sale level at dealer MPM decrease. The purpose of knowing the priority attribut is dealer MPM become know their customer satisfactions so they can formulate the right marketing strategic for them. Collecting and analyzing data from quistioner give attribut value about motor cycle service quality that is wanted by the customer and this data also gives technical responds for dealer MPM. QFD analysis gives HOQ result that show customer priority attributes, these are the speed and accuracy of service process, monthly installment is attainable, low down payment, service after sales and giving special discount. The gaps of customer needs priority show that service quality of dealer MPM are not satisfaction the customer yet. It can be seen that a few attributes have negative value from the gap and from SWOT analysis we can see that dealer MPM position is in first room the space between strenght, opportunity, so we support strategic. Priority strategic that is being suggested are giving the price variation, spreading pamphlets, doing cooperation with liasing and bank, creating surprise packet, doing promotion at village and giving special discount.

Abstract

merupakan salah satu unit perusahaan pengelolahan perikanan yang memproduksi produk perikanan hasil tangkap (Tuna Loin). Penjadwalan produksi didalam indutri manukfatur memiliki peranan peting sebagai bentuk pengambilan keputusan. Tujuan penelitian adalah membandingkan total waktu penyelesaian antara metode Campbell Dudek Smith (CDS) dan metode Palmer di PT. X. Upaya untuk meminimasi total waktu penyelesaian pada metode CDS menggunakan Johnson Rule. Meminimasi total waktu penyelesaian pada metode Palmer menggunakan slope indeks. Berdasarkan data diketahui bahwa PT. X menggunakan metode FCFS (first come first serve) yaitu order yang terlebih dahulu masuk akan diproses dahulu dan seterusnya. Namun dengan menggunakan metode FCFS maka perusahan memiliki makespan sebesar 95,74 menit. Dengan demikian perusahaan harus bisa meminimalkan total waktu produksi sehingga dapat meningkatkan produktivitas perusahaan. Hasil penelitian dengan menggunakan metode CDS dan Palmer adalah bahwa metode CDS memiliki makespan terkecil yakni sebesar 18,68 menit Selanjutnya metode Palmer dengan nilai makespan sebesar 38,93 menit.

Abstract

The company's main goal is to achieve maximum profits. To achieve this goal, the company carries out its business operations. Operational processes are carried out by paying attention to productivity levels. Productivity plays an important role for companies in facing intense business competition, so every company is required to improve its performance in order to compete with other competitors. UD. XY is an industry that focuses on the furniture sector and produces household furniture. The problem faced by the company was UD's inability. To evaluate the level of productivity that has been achieved in previous years. This research aims to identify productivity UD. XY and analyze changes in the input used by the company, so that it can determine the input aspects that require improvement to increase productivity. The approach used to analyze productivity levels is through the American Productivity Center (APC) method, which allows comparisons between the value of input issued and the output obtained. The research results show a decline in productivity, where the productivity index was recorded to have fallen by -1.7% in 2022, -3.2% in 2023, and -2.1% in 2023. This decline was caused by the company's internal problems, namely inefficiency in the use of resources which ends in increased production costs. In 2023, even though the output value reached IDR 3,219,000,000, productivity still decreased by -2.0%, so the company experienced a loss in resource utilization which reached IDR 64,380,000 in 2023.
