Abstract

Indonesia merupakan Negara yang memiliki jutaan tenaga honorer di berbagai sektor. Selama ini, tenaga honorer tidak memiliki jenjang karir yang jelas. Topik mengenai tenaga honorer selalu hangat diperbicangkan, tenaga honorerpun berharap mendapatkan angin segar terhadap nasib mereka yang tidak memiliki jenjang karir maupun tunjangan selayaknya PNS pada umumnya. Beberapa penelitian telah mengkaji bagaimana hubungan antara Self disclosure dan konsep diri terhadap mahasiswa, remaja difable maupun Self disclosure melalui media. Namun demikian belum ada penelitian yang terkonsentrasi pada konsep diri dan Self disclosure atau keterbukaan diri tenaga honorer ketika mereka berkomunikasi dengan PNS. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran konsep diri dan self disclosure pegawai honorer dalam berkomunikasi interpersonal dengan pegawai negeri sipil. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. subjek pada penelitian ini adalah pegawai honorer yang telah bekerja kurang lebih selama lima tahun. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan observasi, wawancara mendalam dan studi literatur. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu dengan mereduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa konsep diri subjek dalam berkomunikasi dengan pegawai negeri sipil cenderung positif. Self disclosure subjek dalam berkomunikasi dengan pegawai negeri sipil cenderung rendah sehingga komunikasi interpersonal yang lebih dalam jarang terjadi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui persepsi remaja terhadap acara hiburan siaran lokal gade-gade’na Televisi Republik Indonsesia (TVRI) di Sulawesi Selatan dan faktor faktor yang mempengaruhi persepsi remaja  terhadap siaran lokal gade-gade’na TVRI Sulawesi Selatan.. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah adalah reduksi data,penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa 1) persepsi remaja terhadap program siaran gade-gade’na dikategorikan dalam persepsi berdasarkan narasumber dan host, persepsi berdasarkan gaya bahasa, dan persepsi berdasarkan isi tayangan. 2) faktor yang mempengaruhi persepsi remaja terhadap program siaran gade-gade’na TVRI Sulawesi Selatan adalah faktor internal dan faktor eksternal dimana pada faktor internal terdapat ketertarikan, kebutuhan dari program siaran gade-gade’na TVRI Sulawesi Selatan dan literasi juga mempengaruhi individu karena individu mampu menyaring informasi yang mereka terima. Kemudian faktor eksternal, dimana terdapat lingkungan, pengalaman, dan komunikator yang berperan penting dalam menerima informasi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi komunikasi pemasaran berbasis online serta model strategi komunikasi yang dilakukan oleh Mabello Melona dalam meningkatkan minat pembelian produk Mabello. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif yang berusaha menyajikan fakta dan temuan secara mendalam melalui penjelasan deskriptif.sumber data didapatkan melalui wawancara dan observasi terhadap informan utama yang kemudian dianalisis dengan metode triangulasi data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan jika Mabello Melona melakukan strategi komunikasi pemasaran berbasis online dengan menggunakan media social instagram dan tiktok serta penggunaan aplikasi shopee sebagai media penjualan utama. Selain itu model strategi yang dilakukan adalah dengan menggunakan strategi perilklanan melalui instagram ads, tik tok ads, serta menngunakan endorsement dari public figure lokal dan nasional. Sementara dalam upaya promosi penjualan dilakukan dengan memberikan giveaway, diskon dan penjualan paket

Abstract

At the end of 2019 the people of Makassar were presented with a film with a background story and production from the United States with the title "JOKER". The Joker is an antagonist who is usually portrayed in a clown costume or make up with a psychological disorder who is also the enemy of the super hero Batman. The Joker in this film becomes the main character by telling his dark past life to become a Joker. Researchers see this film as very interesting to be examined when the main character in this film has an antagonistic role played in Indonesia, especially the city of Makassar. This study aims to reveal the public's perception of the Joker character in the Joker film and the factors that influence this perception. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method which is analyzed intensively and continues continuously to obtain the desired data. The results of this study explain that the Joker film is still less attractive to the public, especially the city of Makassar, because the contents of this film have more entertainment functions than informative and educational. However, this film also teaches us to always do good to everyone and not occasionally oppress others if we don't want to be hated or hurt. This perception is based on the inhibiting factors of society from watching the Joker film, namely Ecology, Technology, and Social. While the driving factors for the community in watching the Joker film are Attention, Interests and Mood. The research recommendation for film producers is to be even more creative in packaging this Joker film, and to provide more educational moral messages.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the marketing communication strategies of online shops employed by Mabello Melona inincreasing customers' interest in purchasing Mabello products. This is descriptive qualitative research by investigatingfacts. Data were obtained through interviews and observations of informants which were analyzed by a triangulationmethod. The result showed that Mabello Melona's marketing communication strategies employed Instagram and Tik Toksocial media and use a Shoopee marketplace application as the main sakes medium. In addition, this brand also advertised itsproduct in Instagram ads, and Tik Tok ads, and used endorsements from local and national public figures. Meanwhile, salespromotion efforts are carried out by providing giveaways, discounts, and package sales.

Abstract

This study aims to determine : 1) the perception of teenagers on local broadcast entertainment events, Gadegade’naTelevision of The Republic of Indonesia in South Sulawesi. 2) What factors influence youth perceptions of theGade-gade’na broadcast program on Television of the Republic of Indonesia, South Sulawesi. The type of research usedqualitative research with data collection techniques through interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniquesused data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The result of the study stated that: 1) teenagers'perceptions of the Gade-gade’na broadcast program were categorized into perceptions based on the source and host,perceptions based on language style, and perceptions based on the content of the show. 2) Factors that influence youthperceptions of TVRI South Sulawesi’s Gade-gade’na broadcast program were internal factors and external factorsbecause internal factors had interest, the need for Gade-gade’na broadcast programs and literacy were also influentialbecause individuals were able to filter the information they accept. Then external factors, where there was an environment,experience, and communicators played an important role in receiving information.

Abstract

The study aimed to determine the message and meaning contained in the Marjan 1442 H advertisement using Roland Barthes' theory of denotation, connotation, and myth. The research used a qualitative approach with descriptive analysis, and the data was the advertisement itself. The results showed that the denotational meaning of the advertisement was a new superhero named Reogman, who unites to maintain peace and security in society by defeating the villain named Codot Bati. The connotative meaning was unity in maintaining peace and security symbolizes togetherness and success. The mythic meaning was to always maintain unity and togetherness in society, as unity is not only a source of strength but also important for survival. The message contained in the advertisement was to help each other, maintain unity, and work together. A united society will live in peace and harmony, without animosity and division. Togetherness, mutual assistance, and cooperation are very important in the survival of society and will lead to harmony and peace.

Abstract

The 2019 student protests prompt the question of whether access to political news affects political participation, with political knowledge serving as a moderating factor. It is suggested that access to political news, as a source of political education for students, may have an impact on political participation. When students who are well-informed have access to political news, they are likely to engage in higher levels of political participation, with political knowledge acting as a moderating variable in this relationship. This study aims to investigate the relationship between access to political news, political knowledge, and political participation (both online and offline) among students. This is the first time that political knowledge is being analyzed as a factor that may amplify the effect of access to political news on participation. This study is a quantitative survey research that was administered to 465 students in Makassar. Of the participants, 64.7% were female (N = 301) and 35.3% were male (N = 164) with an average age of 20.54 (SD = 1.80). The data was analyzed using multiple regression analysis by entering predictor variables and interaction variables, where the predictor variable is multiplied to determine the moderating effect of each predictor on the outcome variable. It found that access to political news is a significant predictor of both types of political participation, and that political knowledge moderates this relationship. This study conluded that political knowledge can act as a counter to potentially misleading information and news, furthermore with sufficient knowledge accumulation will result in real participation, both online and offline.

Abstract

This study analyzes the social and religious values contained in the novel “Rembulan Tenggelam di Wajahmu" by using Ferdinand de Saussure's semiotics theory.This study used a descriptive qualitative approach and employed Ferdinand de Saussure's semiotic analysis theory to analyze social and religious values in the novel. The results showed that social values include affection, not hearting and blaming others, having care,pleasing help,being loyal friends,respecting each other, not replying to evil, being humble,being trusted,doing the best,and respecting other people life. Then, religious values include being honest, trustworthy,consistent,sincere,patienct, forgiving others,and helping each other.
