Abstract

Corn is an agricultural commodity that is quite potential to be developed due to various factors, apart from being a food ingredient, corn also contains a lot of carbohydrates second after rice and corn is also used as an ingredient in the animal feed industry. In addition to being animal feed, corn can also be processed into a product that has a high added value for the corn itself, one of which is made into processed corn marning which has a distinctive taste. The corn marning produced by UD Ajum Pertama is located in Kalianget Timur Village, this corn marning business was initiated in the 90s which was later developed into one of the home corn marning industries which is quite liked by the people of Sumenep. The success of a home industry will not escape the problems that exist, so that these problems result in delays in the process of production activities. The problems experienced by UD Ajum Pertama include a lack of understanding about marketing competition for corn marning products. So the opportunity to enter the world of marketing is very minimal. The results of the analysis show that marketing in the production of marning corn at UD Ajum Pertama has met the Marketing Mix aspect, namely the 4P (product, price, place, promotion) namely the product, namely in the form of marning corn, the price (price), namely there are various price options, place (place), namely there are 4 different places, promotion (promotion), namely for the promotion aspect, producers still promote their products directly to consumers. For the marketing channel process in UD Ajum Pertama maize marning is currently quite developed, there are 3 marketing channels, each of which has its own efficiency value, for the most efficient marketing channel is channel 1.

Abstract

Sumenep Regency has a wealth of agribusiness superior commodities such as rice, corn, chili, onions, tobacco, coconut, and the livestock sector in the form of cattle and goats. This research aims to explore this potential and formulate an adaptive and sustainable agribusiness development strategy. The approach used involves field studies, primary and secondary data collection, and SWOT analysis. The results of the study show that obstacles such as low access to technology, inadequate infrastructure, and weak farmer institutions need to be answered with strategies to strengthen institutions, modernize technology, develop derivative products, and digitize the market. The implementation of this strategy is projected to be able to increase the productivity and welfare of farmers, as well as encourage sustainable regional economic growth.

Abstract

Kitchen equipment businesses have done for a long time in Indonesia, both it managed by offline and online. However, recently there are some businesses that used online transactions. Internet facilities provide the business opportunities develop more quickly, there are many who begin with a simple concept and there is a few who are close to being professional. Sometimes, the using of e-commerce is less than optimal because of poor management, such as poor web appearance, less attractive writing, do not including current promotional language, the pricing strategies and product descriptions that are less in detailed. In general, this is a lack of online marketing activities on existing e-commerce media. This situation provides an idea for the researchers to conduct a research to analyze the people's buying interest in e-commerce that sell kitchen equipment products in Sumenep and their strategies.This research was conducted by distributing some questionnaires at several locations in Sumenep with the priority targets are house wives which the results will be explained descriptively. This strategy analysis using SWOT analysis tool.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis (1) faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi permintaan dan penawaran kencur lokal di Pasar Anom Sumenep (2) tingkat elastisitas permintaan dan penawaran kencur lokal di Pasar Anom Sumenep. Pengambilan sampel pada permintaan menggunakan teknik Accident Sampling dan pada penawaran pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampling jenuh. Metode analisis yang digunakan yaitu analisis deskriptif kuantitatif dengan metode analisis regresi linier berganda dan menggunakan perhitungan elastisitas permintaan dan penawaran. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh nyata secara parsial terhadap permintaan kencur lokal adalah harga beli kencur lokal, harga beli kencur jawa, pendapatan dan jumlah tanggungan keluarga, sedangkan faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh nyata secara parsial terhadap penawaran kencur lokal adalah harga kencur lokal dan modal (2) Permintaan kencur lokal bersifat elastis, sedangkan penawaran kencur lokal bersifat inelastis.

Abstract

Luas lahan mencapai 317,917 Ha, desa Candi, daerah di Kecamatan Dungkek Kabupaten Sumenep, memiliki potensi pengembangan gula merah. KT Sumber Rejeki Candi dirintis oleh bapak Hartoyo tahun 2017, sebagai pengrajin gula merah, menjual hasil produknya dengan kemasan sederhana, tanpa ada label/merk serta sebagai pensuplai bahan baku pembuatan gula semut KWT Al Cholifah. Peningkatan kualitas dilakukan melalui pelatihan di KT Sumber Rejeki Candi meliputi 1) pembuatan gula merah tanpa bahan kimia 24 Oktober 2024, 2) Pelatihan penggunaan mesin kristalisasi dan vakum sealer 11 November 2024, 3) Pelatihan kemasan produk 4 November 2024, serta pendampingan pengajuan legalisasi produk dan pengoperasian alat TTG. Kegiatan pelatihan dan pendampingan telah terlaksana dengan baik dan hasilnya dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan mitra dalam menggunakan teknologi selama proses pengolahan nira siwalan menjadi gula merah menggunakan teknologi (75%), legalisasi usaha (75%). Peningkatan produksi gula merah sebesar 60%.

Abstract

Abstrak: Kelapa merupakan salah satu komoditas yang memili potensi besar untuk diolah menjadi produk bernilai tambah. Salah satu produknya adalah minyak yang diproses dengan pemanasan suhu tinggi, serta memberikan manfaat yang besar bagi kesehatan (tingkatkan sistem imun, anti-bakteri). Permasalahan rendahnya pengetahuan pengolahan, keterbatasan peralatan dengan teknologi, tidak menerapkan standar mutu dan kemasan yang tidak menarik. Tujuan pengabdian untuk meningkatkan keterampilan produksi yang berkualitas sebagai upaya peningkatan ekonomi. Metode yang dilakukan dengan sosialisasi dan praktek pengolahan kelapa menjadi minyak kelapa yang bernilai ekonomi tinggi. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan di sekretariat KT. Bina Lestari, yang diikuti sebanyak 25 peserta dari anggota kelompok. Kegiatan ini dilakukan evaluasi, dengan jumlah pertanyaan 8 berupa pilihan ganda diawal (pretest) dan akhir kegiatan (posttest) untuk mengetahui sejauh mana kemampuan dalam mengolah. Hasil yang dicapai terjadi peningkatan 80%, serta kegiatan ini berjalan dengan lancar dan sukses.Abstract: Coconut is a commodity with great potential to be processed into value-added products. One of the products is oil processed by high-temperature heating, and provides significant health benefits (boosting the immune system, anti-bacterial). The problem is low processing knowledge, limited equipment with technology, not implementing quality standards and unattractive packaging. The purpose of community service is to improve quality production skills as an effort to improve the economy. The method used is socialization and practice of processing coconut into coconut oil with high economic value. This activity was carried out at the KT. Bina Lestari secretariat, which was attended by 25 participants from group members. This activity was evaluated, with a total of 8 multiple-choice questions at the beginning (pretest) and at the end of the activity (posttest) to determine the extent of processing abilities. The results achieved an 80% increase, and this activity ran smoothly and successfully.
