Abstract

This study aims to find out in depth about organizational culture, competence, on teacher performance mediated by motivation, which is at SMP Negeri 4 Gresik. The population and sample in this study were all teachers at SMP Negeri 4 Gresik, totaling 49 people, using a saturated sample, all members of the population were sampled. The data analysis tool uses the SmartPLS for windows program. Based on the results of the analysis, it was found that all hypotheses in this study can be accepted, directly organizational culture and competence have a positive and significant effect on performance and motivation. For the indirect effect of organizational culture and competence have a positive and significant effect on performance mediated by motivation.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kemudahan penggunaan, risiko tang dirasakan, dan kelompok rujukan terhadap keputusan penggunaan financial technology (GoPay) di Kabupaten Gresik. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitan kuantitatif, Lokasi penelitian di Kabupaten Gresik dengan jumlah responden berjumlah 100 orang responden, mengunakan random sampling. Hasil dari penelitian ini dianalisis dengan analisis regresi linear berganda melalui uji instrument, asumsi klasik, dan kemudian pembuktian hipotesis penelitian. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian bahwa kemudahan penggunaan berpengaruh terhadap keputusan penggunaan. Risiko yang dirasakan berpengaruh terhadap keputusan penggunaan. Kelompok rujukan berpengaruh terhadap keputusan penggunaan. Berdasarkan hasil dari penelitian membuktikan bahwa kesemua hipotesis dapat diterima (kemudahan penggunaan, risiko yang dirasakan terhadap keputusan penggunaan financial technology GoPay). Diharapkan hasil penelitian ini dapat meningkatkan keputusan penggunaan financial technology (GoPay) di Kabupaten Gresik.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of transformational leadership style and work satisfaction on work engagement. The population used in this study were 109 employees of the Petrokimia Gresik Family Employee Cooperative. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling with the criteria working period of at least 5 years, so the number of samples used was 80 people. The analysis model used is path analysis using SPSS. The research results show that: There is a positive and significant effect of transformational leadership style on work engagement, transformational leadership has positif effect on on work satisfaction, positive and significant effect of work satisfaction on work engagement, and There is a positive influence and significant transformational leadership style on work engagement through work satisfaction. Its indicated that the leaders should be consistent in applying transformational leadership styles and increase employee work satisfaction to increase work engagement for their employees. When employees have work engagement, they will become productive at work so they can make the best contribution to the company.
