Abstract

Millennial generation is a generation born between 1980 and 2000. The number of millennial in Indonesia now reaches almost half of Indonesia's population. As a country with 87.2% of its population Muslim, it is a potential market for halal restaurants. This paper describes the behavior of Muslim millennial consumers in restaurants that have halal certificates in Indonesia. Research with the approach of the theory of planned behavior or planned training theory proposed by Ajzen (1991). The method used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) which analyzed using AMOS 24 program. The results of this study show that subjective norms and behavioral control have significant positive effect on consumer consumption interest. Interest in consumer consumption has asignificant positive effect on consumer behavior. While consumer behavior control does not affect consumer behavior. .

Abstract

ABSTRACTUsing Concrete-Filled Steel Tube (CSFT) as a column component provides many advantages over steel columns. Steel tube serve as reinforcement as well as formwork for concrete filler increases the strength column. The lack of experience and complexity of the beam-column connection system becomes an obstacle to use the CFST as a column. In addition, strength and stiffness of the connection system should be sufficient to endure the earthquake loads. in this research, continuous joint of beam-CFST and continuous joint of beam-column steel tube without concrete filler (BKS-K). Load cycle of specimen refer to ACI 374.1-05. The test results showed the average load of 23,85 kN on BKS-K increased to 26.05 kN on BKS-T. Elastic stiffness (Ke) at BKS-K of 0,531 kN/mm increased to 0,531 kN/mm on BKS-T. BKS-T also has a larger hysteretic loop than BKS-K. BKS-K and BKS-T adequate the strong column weak beam criteria with partial ductility. Keywords: CFST, beam-column joint, cyclic test.            ABSTRAKPenggunaan kolom tabung baja dengan isian beton memberikan banyak keuntungan dibandingkan dengan kolom biasa. Adanya isian beton pada tabung baja, kuat tekan terhadap gaya aksial meningkat. Selain itu sambungan harus memiliki kekuatan menahan beban gempa. Kajian ini bertujuan mengetahui perilaku histeristis, kekuatan, kekakuan dan pola keruntuhan dalam menahan beban siklik. Kajian ini dibuat benda uji sambungan sayap menerus balok-kolom tabung baja dengan isian beton (BKS-T) dan sambungan sayap menerus balok-kolom tabung baja tanpa isian beton (BKS-K). Benda uji dibebani dengan siklus beban yang mengacu pada ACI 374.1-05. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan beban maksimum rata-rata sebesar 23,85 kN pada BKS-K meningkat menjadi 26,05 kN pada BKS-T. Kekakuan elastis (Ke) pada BKS-K sebesar 0,531 kN/mm meningkat menjadi 0,737 kN/mm pada BKS-T. Benda uji BKS-T juga memiliki hysteretic loop yang lebih besar dari BKS-K. Benda uji BKS-K dan BKS-T mengalami kegagalan yang memenuhi kriteria strong column weak beam dengan daktilitas parsial.Kata kunci: CFST, sambungan balok-kolom, uji siklik.

Abstract

ABSTRAKTujuan penelitian ini adalah  untuk mengetahui bagaimana upaya meningkatkan kinerja pemasaran usaha  kecil dan menengah  (UKM) pada era digital di kota Bekasi. Disamping itu, penelitian ini juga bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh orientasi pasar, inovasi produk, daya saing produk terhadap kinerja pemasaran pada era digital. Penelitian dilakukan melalui survey dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 114 pelaku  UKM di kota Bekasi. Pengambilan sampel penelitian menggunakan non probability sampling dengan teknik purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: orientasi pasar dan inovasi produk berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap daya saing produk . Orientasi pasar dan inovasi produk berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pemasaran, daya saing produk berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pemasaran  UKM di kota Bekasi.Kata kunci:   Orientasi Pasar, inovasi produk, daya saing , kinerja pemasaran, era digital, UKM. ABSTRACTThe objective of this study was  how to increase market performance micro and small medium enterprises  in Bekasi..This study olso examines the effect of market orientation, innovation on market erformance  and  competitivness as moderating variabel .The survey method was conducted by distributing the qquesioneries to 114 micro and small medium enterprises  .The sampling method used in this study is non probability sampling with purposive technique. The results indicate that market orientation and innovation  were influanced significantly  on competitiveness. Maraket orientation was influencend on market erformance. Abstract

ABSTRAK            Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh mutu  pelayanan terhadap  kepuasan  dan perilaku loyalitas mahasiswa serta untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepuasan terhadap perilaku loyalitas  mahasiswa di Universitas YARSI.  Selain itu penelitian ini juga untuk mengetahui apakah kepuasan memediasi pengaruh mutu pelayanan terhadap perilaku loyalitas. Populasi penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Universitas YARSI. Penelitiaan dilakukan dengan metode survey dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 78 mahasiswa  Universitas YARSI. Alat analisis data dengan path analysis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mutu pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan dan perilaku loyalitas. Kepuasan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku loyalitas mahasiswa  Universitas YARSI . Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan memediasi pengaruh mutu pelayanan terhadap perilaku loyalitas mahasiswa di  Universitas YARSI.Kata kunci :  Mutu Pelayanan, Kepuasan, Loyalitas Mahasiswa, Universitas YARSIThis study aims to determine the effect of service quality on student satisfaction and loyalty behavior and to determine the effect of satisfaction on student loyalty behavior at YARSI University. Besides this research is also to find out whether satisfaction mediates the effect of service quality on loyalty behavior. The research population is YARSI University students. The research was conducted by survey method by distributing questionnaires to 78 YARSI University students. Data analysis tool with path analysis. The results showed that service quality had a positive and significant effect on satisfaction and loyalty behavior. Satisfaction has positive and significant effect on student loyalty behavior at YARSI University. Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengembangan organisasi, rasa percaya terhadap komitmen organisasional dan  kinerja dosen. Selain itu untuk mengetahui apakah rasa percaya memediasi pengaruh pengembangan organisasi terhadap komitmen organisasional. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah dosen Universitas YARSI. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode survey menggunakan  kuesioner kepada 68 dosen tetap Universitas YARSI. Analisis data dengan menggunakan path analysis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan organisasi dan rasa percaya berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasional serta kinerja dosen. Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa  rasa percaya  memediasi pengaruh pengembangan organisasi terhadap komitmen organisasional.Kata kunci : Pengembangan organisasi, Rasa percaya, Komitmen organisasional, Kinerja  DosenABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the effect of organizational development, trust in organizational commitment and lecturers’ performance. In addition to know whether trust mediates the effect of organizational development on organizational commitment. The population in this study were YARSI University lecturers. The study was conducted by survey method using questionnaires distributed to 68 YARSI University permanent lecturers. Data analysis used was path analysis. The results showed that organizational development and trust had a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment and lecturer performance. The results also showed that trust mediated the effect of organizational development on organizational commitment.Keywords: Organizational development Trust, organizational commitment, lecturers’ performance

Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh  intelektual kapital terhadap  budaya belajar dan  kinerja organisasi serta  budaya belajar terhadap kinerja organisasi. Selain itu  penelitian ini juga untuk mengetahui apakah budaya belajar memediasi pengaruh intelektual kapital terhadap kinerja organisasi. Populasi penelitian ini adalah dosen tetap Universitas YARSI. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode survey dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 60 dosen di lingkungan Universitas YARSI. Alat analisis yang dipergunakan adalah  path analysis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa intelektual kapital berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap budaya belajar dan  kinerja organisasi, budaya belajar berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja organisasi. Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa budaya belajar memediasi pengaruh inteletual kapital terhadap kinerja organisasi di Universtas YARSI. Kata kunci :  Intelektual Kapital, Budaya Belajar, Kinerja Organisasi, Universitas YARSI ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the intellectual influence of capital on learning culture and organizational performance and learning culture on organizational performance. The population of this research is YARSI University permanent lecturer. The study was conducted by survey method by distributing questionnaires to 60 lecturers at YARSI University. The analytical tool used is path analysis. The results showed that intellectual capital had a positive and significant effect on learning culture and organizational performance, learning culture had a positive and significant effect on organizational performance. Abstract

The aim of this program is to improve digital marketing capabilities for micro-entrepreneurs (MSMEs) in Ciseeng Village, Bogor Regency. This program is based on the problems faced by partners which are reflected in the situation map and the solutions offered to overcome the problems faced by partners. The solution offered is training and digital marketing assistance with materials: creating a website portal, creating a digital marketing community, creating online promotion methods, designing strong branding, making attractive packaging or packaging for MSMEs in Ciseeng Village, Bogor Regency. The approach used is: learning, implementation and mentoring or evaluation. The results of the training indicate a significant increase in digital marketing capabilities.

Abstract

Tujuan program ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kesadaran dan kemampuan pemasaran,kewirausahaan dan perkoperasian bagi pelaku usaha kecil (UMKM) sehingga kinerja penjualannya akan meningkat terus.Metode yang dipergunakan adalah mengadakan pendekatan dengan mitra pelaku usaha kecil untukmengidentifikasi permasalahan-permasalahn yang dihadapi UMKM. Metode pelatihan dengan ceramah dandiskusi tentang pemasaran, kewirausahan dan perkoperassian . Hasil yang dicapai adalah meningkatnyakesadaran dan pemahaman tentang pemasaran, kewirausahan dan perkoperasian.. Oleh karena itu pelatihanpemasaran,kewirausahaan dan perkoperasian bagi pelaku usaha kecil perlu dilakukan secaraberkesinambungan, sehingga meningkatkan omset penjualan.

Abstract

Environmental issues are highly complex, and one of the serious problems still faced by Indonesia is waste management. Waste has negative impacts on environmental health, which in turn can affect human health. Kitchen waste, consisting of food scraps or known as organic waste, is a major concern. In a community service activity, a solution was provided through education on organic waste management and the practice of sorting and composting as a solution for household waste. The aim of this activity is to reduce the accumulation of organic waste and to increase public understanding of how to manage it. Through this program, it is hoped that residents will be able to sort, utilize, and convert kitchen organic waste into something more useful.
