Abstract

Indonesia's population has been dominated by young and Muslim people in recent years. However, these conditions are not comparable to the Islamic financial literacy level in Indonesia, which is still low. Therefore, there is a need for early education for young people who are in high school. This activity aims to provide an introduction and knowledge of Islamic finance to generation Z, namely, Islamic Senior High School (MAN) 3 Jakarta students. In its implementation, this workshop used video and game crossword puzzles to educate MAN 3 Jakarta students about Islamic finance. The results of the evaluation of this activity show that after the workshop, the number of students who answered correctly in the aspect of Islamic financial literacy drastically increased. After the workshop, the number of students who knew of Islamic financial institutions also increased. On the intention side, there is an increase in students' attractiveness to Islamic financial products and services. Therefore, educational workshops on Islamic finance need to be developed and carried out on a large scale not only for high school students but also for students and the public.

Abstract

Masalah yang terjadi pengrajin daun pandan di desa Kadumaneuh Banten adalah rendahnya pemahaman mitra tentang konsep dasar akuntansi dan rendahnya kemampuan dalam menyusun laporan keuangan. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat ini memberikan bantuan pendampingan melakukan pencatatan sederhana setiap transaksi atas usaha anyaman daun pandan yang dilakukan seperti mencatat pengeluaran dan pemasukan dana, mencatat persediaan atau stok bahan baku, mencatat biaya produksi dan membuat neraca serta laporan laba rugi. Metode pelaksanaan yang digunakan adalah pelatihan dan pendampingan yang kemudian hasilnya diukur dengan melalui pretest dan posttest. Peserta yang terlibat dalam kegiatan ini sebanyak 23 orang. Peserta sangat antusias karena mendapatkan sesuatu yang baru. Hasil analisis paired sample test menunjukkan bahwa secara statistik terdapat perbedaan skor pemahaman peserta antara sebelum dan sesudah pendampingan, rata-rata skor sebelum pendampingan sebesar 36,84 kemudian setelah pendampingan mengalami kenaikan menjadi 50,00, dengan kata lain ada kenaikan sekor sebesar 13,15. Pendampingan pengelolaan keuangan yang dilakukan telah berhasil memberikan dampak terhadap peningkatan pengetahuan dan pemahaman peserta dalam melakukan pengelolaan keuangan usaha.

Abstract

Pengusaha menyesuaikan penggunaan sistem kognitif mereka agar sesuai dengan karakteristik tugas keputusan yang mereka hadapi untuk meningkatkan efektivitas pengambilan keputusan. Namun, literatur tidak memiliki bukti mengenai peran kemampuan untuk mencocokkan sistem kognitif dengan pengambilan keputusan dalam hubungan antara karakteristik tugas keputusan kewirausahaan dan efektivitas pengambilan keputusan. Penelitian ini berpendapat bahwa penggunaan sistem kognitif tertentu dipengaruhi oleh efek dari karakteristik tugas keputusan dan dimoderasi oleh kehadiran kemampuan untuk mencocokkan sistem kognitif dengan pengambilan keputusan. Dalam penelitian ini, teoriteori tentang efektivitas pengambilan keputusan, karakteristik tugas keputusan, dan kemampuan mencocokkan sistem kognitif dengan pengambil keputusan ditinjau dan diintegrasikan. Kemudian, sebuah proposisi dan model teoritis yang komprehensif dikembangkan. Kontribusi teoritis utama dari model ini juga dibahas.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi Disiplin Pasar pada Bank Syariah Indonesia. Data panel dikumpulkan dari laporan triwulanan perbankan 2010-2015 dari 10 Bank Umum Syariah. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel spesifik bank terhadap simpanan bank syariah penuh. Penelitian ini menggunakan Model Fixed Effect untuk memberikan bukti empiris pada Disiplin Pasar Bank Syariah. Hasil empiris menunjukkan bahwa Non Performing Financing, dan Financing to Deposit Ratio berpengaruh negatif terhadap Disiplin Pasar. Temuan tersebut menambah bukti penting pada literatur terkait Disiplin Pasar khususnya di Bank Syariah.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of In-Store Logistics Performance, Store Image, Sales Promotion, and Service Quality on Satisfaction (Case Study of Matahari Department Store Consumers at Artha Gading Mall). The population in this study were consumers of the Matahari Department Store at Artha Gading Mall. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The number of respondents in this study was 100 respondents. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires. The data analysis methods used are multiple regression analysis. The results of this research show that: (1) partially In-Store Logistics Performance has a positive effect on consumer satisfaction. (2) Store Image partially has a positive effect on consumer satisfaction. (3) Sales Promotion has a positive effect on consumer satisfaction. (4) Service Quality has a partially positive effect on consumer satisfaction. (5) simultaneously, all independent variables have a positive influence on consumer satisfaction. The managerial implications of these findings are that improving in-store logistics performance, establishing a positive store image, implementing effective sales promotions, and improving service quality can increase customer satisfaction at Matahari Department Store.

Abstract

There are two primary challenges faced by students of  SMK Kesehatan Aras Sawangan Depok. Firstly, there is a proficiency issue in videography and photography, considering SMK Kesehatan Aras specializes in health education and lacks focus on videography, photography, or visual communication design. Secondly, students encounter difficulties in utilizing digital platforms as avenues for selling digital assets such as videos and photos. Addressing these issues is crucial for enabling students to commence monetizing digital assets online. The objective of this training program is to enhance students' knowledge and skills in producing digital assets and commercializing them through the Gettyimages application. The method employed is Asset Based Community Development (ABCD). This community service activity was attended by 27 Aras Vocational School students. Based on pretest and posttest analysis, it shows that the increase in participants' knowledge varied between 82%-100%, with an average increase in understanding for the 27 participants of 91.92%. So it can be concluded that the objectives of this training have been achieved, this training has had a positive impact as shown by the increase in participants' understanding of 11 aspects of the science of selling digital assets in the form of videos and photos on the Gettyimages platform.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas digital Kelompok Usaha Warung Sejahtera di Tanjung Priok, Jakarta Utara, yang terdiri dari pelaku UMKM di bidang kuliner, fashion, dan kerajinan. Kegiatan ini menggunakan pendekatan Participatory Action Research (PAR) untuk mengidentifikasi masalah dan kebutuhan dalam transformasi digital. Pelatihan pada kegiatan ini melibatkan 35 pelaku UMKM. Melalui pelatihan dan pendampingan, anggota kelompok dilatih dalam penggunaan teknologi digital, seperti pembuatan situs web, media sosial, serta aplikasi manajemen keuangan dan Sistem Point of Sale (POS). Kegiatan ini juga menghasilkan platform kanal informasi tranformasi digital UMKM dengan nama digitalisasi-umkm.com. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian ini menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman anggota terhadap teknologi digital, meskipun tantangan usia dan latar belakang pendidikan tetap mempengaruhi efektivitas pelatihan. Secara keseluruhan, program ini memberikan kontribusi positif dalam mempersiapkan UMKM untuk bersaing di era digital, namun pendampingan berkelanjutan diperlukan agar manfaat teknologi dapat dioptimalkan

Abstract

Generasi remaja adalah sumber daya potensial yang dapat mendukung kemajuan bangsa, namun minat berwirausaha generasi remaja Indonesia masih tergolong rendah. Salah satu peluang usaha yang potensial dan mudah dijalani oleh remaja tanpa menggagu aktivitas pendidikan formalnya adalah berjualan foto di internet. Terdapat dua masalah utama yang dihadapi remaja di Lingkungan Lembaga Oase Anak Bangsa Jakarta Pusat yaitu rendahnya kemampuan fotografi dan kekampuan memanfaatkan internet untuk komersialisasi foto. Masalah tersebut perlu diselesaikan agar remaja dapat mulai mengomersialkan foto di internet. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan remaja dalam fotografi menggunakan ponsel pintar serta memanfaatkan aplikasi Shutterstock untuk mengkomersialkan foto. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah asset based community development (ABCD) dan participatory action research (PAR). Jumlah peserta dalam kegiatan ini adalah 20 orang. Berdasarkan analisis pretest dan posttest, kegiatan ini berhasil memberikan kontribusi terhadap peningkatan pemahaman peserta, dengan variasi peningkatan antara 71% hingga 100% pada setiap individu, rata-rata peningkatan pemahaman yaitu 93%. Rekomendasi bagi peserta adalah mereka dapat memaksimalkan keterampilan dengan terus berlatih memproduksi foto berkualitas, kemudian mengomersialkannya di Shutterstock, kemudian hal yang tidak kalah penting adalah menjaga konsistensi untuk melakukan komersialisasi foto di internet karena pasarnya sangat luas dan berpotensi menghasilkan pendapatan. The teenage generation is a potential resource that can espouse the nation’s headway, however their interest in entrepreneurship is still relatively low. One of the business opportunities that is potential and easy for teenagers to undertake without disrupting their formal education activities is selling photos on the internet. There are two main issues faced by teenagers in the Oase Anak Bangsa institution, namely poor photography skills and the ability to use the internet to commercialize photos. These issues need to be resolved, so that teenagers can start commercializing photos on the internet. This activity aims to improve their knowledge and abilities in photography using smartphones and its commercialization through the Shutterstock application. The methods used in this activity are asset based community development (ABCD) and participatory action research (PAR). There were 20 participants in this activity. According to the results of the pretest and posttest analysis, this activity succeeded in contributing to an increase in understanding for each participant varies from 71% to 100%, with 93% in average of its increase. The recommendations for participants are maximizing their skills by practicing continuously to produce photos in good quality, then commercializing them on Shutterstock. Subsequently, the important one that needs to be noticed is maintaining consistency in commercializing photos on the internet, since the market is very wide and has the potential to generate income.

Abstract

This research was conducted to analyze the influence of emotional Intelligence and work motivation on employee performance mediated by employee engagement. This research is designed as explanatory research. The population of this study were employees of PT—BS, with a total sample of 84 respondents. The data analysis used is the Partial Least Square Structural Equation ModelingMethod. The study results show that (1) emotional Intelligence positively and significantly affects employee engagement. (2) work motivation positively and significantly affects employee engagement. (3) employee engagement positively and significantly affects employee performance. (4) emotional intelligence positively and significantly affects employee performance. (5) work motivation positively and significantly affects employee performance. (6) Employer engagement partially mediates the effect of emotional intelligence on employee performance. (7) employee engagement partially mediates the effect of work motivation on employee performance. This research is expected to provide profound implications for future studies on emotional Intelligence, work motivation, and employee performance. This research is also expected to be helpful input for agencies as a consideration in determining policies for the agency's progress, and one day can help solve employee performance problems in both the public and private sectors.

Abstract

This community service program aimed to enhance the knowledge and capacity of Mosque Prosperity Council (DKM) administrators regarding cash waqf as a sustainable alternative funding source for mosques. The training was held on June 20, 2025, at Jami’ YARSI Mosque, involving 18 participants representing mosques around YARSI University. The program employed lectures, interactive discussions, and evaluations through pre-test and post-test. The analysis results indicated a significant improvement in participants’ understanding after the training, as evidenced by a Sig. (2-tailed) value of 0.000 < 0.05. Furthermore, participant evaluations showed highly positive responses to the relevance of the material, the competence of the speakers, and the adequacy of the facilities. Based on this success, the program will proceed to the mentoring stage for establishing a cash waqf nazhir institution, including obtaining official licensing from the Indonesian Waqf Board (BWI) and collaborating with Islamic Financial Institutions authorized to receive cash waqf (LKS-PWU). The implementation of this follow-up stage is expected to realize financial independence for mosques and optimize their role as centers of community economic empowerment based on waqf, thereby providing sustainable benefits for the surrounding community.
