Abstract

Seks adalah salah satu kebutuhan manusia, tidak hanya pada orang normal tetapi juga pada penderita stroke. Seksualitas merupakan salah satu aspek kompleks pada individu manusia. Stroke dapat menyebabkan perubahan perilaku seksual, baik menurunkan libido, potensi seksual dan kepuasan seksual. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian lapangan yang bersifat deskriptif kualitatif yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui perubahan perilaku aktivitas seksual pada penderita stroke. Strategi penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi kasus terpancang (embedded case study research). Analisis data dilakukan melalui analisis deskritif. Sumber data penelitian berupa: (1) informan atau narasumber dari pasien, istri, dan anak, (2) arsip dan dokumen mengenai status pasien. Tehnik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara interview mendalam (deep interview) dan diskusi kelompok terfokus (focus group discussion). Berdasarkan hasil analisis data penelitian diperoleh tema-tema perilaku aktivitas seksual adalah hubungan suami istri/ bersetubuh, konsep diri negatif, keterbatasan fungsi seksual, faktor-faktor yang mendorong aktifitas seksual, fungsi seksual, hasrat untuk mengabdi dan berhenti melakukan hubungan seksual. Perubahan perilaku aktifitas seksual penderita stroke dipengaruhi oleh kondisi penderita, agama yang diyakini dan budaya.

Abstract

Abstract: Frozen Shoulder is only used for a disease that is already well known that is characterized by pain and progressive stiffness in the shoulder that usually lasts 18 months. When it happened and continues to be led to adhesions and joint capsule shrinkage and increased pain. The existence of pain can interfere in the conduct of daily functional activities, both in the area of self-care (self-care), productivity (productivity), and utilization of spare time (leisure). This study aims to determine the effect of exercise on the shoulder pain intensity and ability independence functional activity in patients with frozen shoulder. This study is an experiment with methods of the one group pretest-posttest design. Sampling was done by purposive sampling at dr. Kariadi Hospital. The results showed that there are significant shoulder exercises for pain intensity and ability independence of functional activity in Frozen Shoulder patients at Dr. Kariadi Hospital significant with p = 0.000. Based on age, the majority of respondents are elderly end as many as 13 people (52%), the majority were female gender that 17 people (68%), level of education is high school respondents largely a total of 11 people (44%), and longsuffering majority still lacking 6 months as many as 24 people (96%). The implications of this study that shoulder exercises can be used as an alternative method in occupational therapy intervention in patients with frozen shoulder

Abstract

Abstract: Low Back Pain, Pain Intensity, ADL Independency Level. The research aimed to reveal the dissimilarity of ADL independency on people with lower back pain (LBP) which varied from mild to moderate pain intensity. LBP means continuous pain which persists on the back side of the body span from lower ribs bone to coccyx bone and expand from upper back to the crotch. The research was comparing the level of independency in people with varied LBP intensity. The research conducted in Sobokerto, Ngemplak, Boyolali involving 50 respondents consisted of 25 respondents with mild pain intensity and 25 respondents with moderate pain intensity. Numeric Rating Scale (NRS) used as the research instrument to measure pain intensity and Barthel Index used as the tool to measure ADL independency level. The research designed is cross sectional and Mann Whitney U were used as the analytical method. The data were analyzed with the use of SPSS 16 for windows. P value obtained as 0.000 (< 0.05) troughs the analytical test of Mann Whitney U. The research depicts clear evidence of different level on performing ADL independency in people with LBP within mild and moderate pain intensity.

Abstract

Abstrack : Leisure Activities, Quality Of Life, Stroke. Stroke can cause impairment, disabilities and handicap so that patients will have difficulty in performing daily life activities, including self-care, productivity and leisure. It will cause decrease the patient quality of life. This study aims to determine the effect of leisure activities on the quality of life of Post-Stroke Patients. This study is an experiment with methods of the one group pretest-posttest design. Sampling was done by purposive sampling, with the number of samples of 25 stroke patients, at Ngemplak Boyolali District. The results showed that there was a possibility of the activity of leisure activity on the quality of life Post Stroke, significantly with the value of p = 0,002 (physical health), p = 0,001 (psychological), p = 0,001 (social relation), and p = 0,000 (environment). Based on age, the number of respondents is the final elderly of 11 people (44%), male sex is 16 people (64%), marital status 20 people (80%) married / have spouse, most respondents are 8 people 32%) did not work, and large respondents suffered stroke over 24 months as many as 10 people (40%). The implication of this research is that leisure activities can be used as an alternative method in the treatment of occupational therapy in stroke patients

Abstract

Abstract: Visual Strategy, Learning Social Skills, Autis Spectrum Disorder (ASD. Tantrum behavior is a behavior that often appears in children with autism spectrum, in the form of behavioral tantrums, anger outbursts, screams, cries, banging his head, banging, kicking, rolling and rigidity of the body. It often makes teachers and parents are confused about it. Usually teachers or parents are always trying to explain verbally to the child, but the results, the child remains tantrums if it wishes to buy food or toys when school is not met. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the application of visual strategies to address the tantrum behavior in children with autism condition Spectrum Disorder (ASD). This research is a qualitative descriptive analysis. Sampling was done by sampling techniques with specific criteria (purposive sampling). Informants in this study is a teacher assistant (shadow teacher), parents and classroom teachers. The results showed that (1) the planning of learning social skills with visual strategy was well planned but the system documentation is still general, (2) the implementation of learning social skills with visual strategy done in the classroom and outside the classroom, using the drawings concerning a actions to be performed by children, (3) evaluation of learning social skills with visual strategies have been implemented during the learning process and at the end of the study, but has not been well documented, (4) the use of visual strategies in learning social skills in children ASD types Asperger syndrome rated very effective views of a significant change in behavior before and after learning social skills with visual strategy. The implications of this study that the TPP Al-Firdaus need to use visual strategies in learning social skills in autistic children and improve the quality of teachers and therapists to use visual strategies for learning and therapy for children with autism more optimal.

Abstract

Good English language skills are a much-needed skill in today's market share. The Physiotherapy study program also has a high awareness in responding to the importance of English language skills in the current era. Thus, the Physiotherapy study program provides courses that support students' English language skills. The courses are English Physiotherapy and English Conversation. However, 55% of students of the class of 2023 have a pre-test score below the criteria, which is 65. This indicates that the English language skills of Physiotherapy students are still low. This study aims to determine the influence of grammar teaching methods on structural assignments. The design used is the "One Group Pre test – Post test Design" design. The sample of this study is 45 Physiotherapy students. The statistical test used to test the hypothesis is Wilcoxon. The results of the wilcoxon test showed that the use of grammar teaching methods had a significant influence on the results of the structure assignment test in physiotherapy students.

Abstract

Stroke survivors often experience disabilities that hinder their daily activities and make them dependent on others. The problem is that the post-stroke side effects are balance disorders, anxiety, and independence. This research is an experimental study with the one group pretest-posttest design with control. The sample of this research is 50 respondents. Data were analyzed using t test. The results of the analysis showed that there was a significant difference in the level of anxiety and the level of independence before and after the Task Related Training treatment because the significance value was less than 5% (0.000 <0.05). On the other hand, the results of the balance level test did not show any difference between before and after the Task Related Training treatment, because the significance value was more than 5% (0.474>0.005). The conclusion of this study was found the effect of Task Related Training on anxiety, independence of post-stroke patients, but no effect was found on the balance of post-stroke patients.
