<![CDATA[Abstrak Penegakan hukum terhadap tindak pidana belum berjalan dengan baik, begitupun dengan penegakan hukum tindak pidana politik uang pada Pelaksanaan Pemilihan Kepala Daerah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penegakan hukum terjadinya tindak politik uang pada pelaksanaan Pemilihan Umum Kepala Daerah Tahun 2015 di Kabupaten Banggai. Metode penelitian yang digunakan penelitian yuridis normatif yang didukung data empiris Hasil. Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penegakan hukum tindak pidana politik pada pelaksanaan Pemilukada di Kabupaten Banggai belum berjalan dengan baik. Hal ini disebabkan oleh proses hukum yang lama dan prosedur penyidikan yang bertingkat dari Penyidik Kepolisian Resot Banggai, Penyidik Kepolisian Daerah Sulawesi Tengah dan Penyidik Badan Reserses Kriminal Polri. Penghentian penyidikan oleh penyidik tidak sah melalui Putusan Praperadilan Pengadilan Negeri Luwuk sehingga memerintahkan kepada penyidik untuk melanjutkan proses penyidikan lanjutan. AbstractLaw enforcement against crime has not run well, as well as with law enforcement money political crime in the implementation of Regional Head Election. The research in this article aims to analyze the occurrence of law enforcement against money political crime in the implementation of the Regional Head Election in Banggai Regency. The research method used is normative juridical research-supported empirical data. The results showed that the law enforcement against crime in implementation of Pemilukada in Banggai Regency had not run well. This is due to a long legal process and procedure of investigation undertaken by investigators at Banggai Regency Police, Central Sulawesi, and finally in Criminal Investigation Agency at INP headquarters. The cessation of investigation by investigators was not legitimately taken through Luwuk District Court Pretrial Verdict, thus they asked the investigators to continue the process of investigation.]]>
