Abstract

Setiap anak mempunyai minat dan bakat yang berbeda, sebagai pendidik selayaknya dapat menstimulus anak dengan cara yang tepat sehingga potensi anak dapat melejit sesuai dengan kemampuannya. Masih banyak baik orang tua ataupun pendidik yang mendikte anak bahkan berkesan cenderung memaksakan kehendaknya sehingga anak tidak punya pilihan. Pendekatan di usia pengenalan dengan menggunakan metode heartstart yang cenderung memberi kebebasan pada anak secara alami menggali potensi melalui bermain dan eksplorasi. Rumusan masalah dari pengabdian ini bagaimana melejitkan potensi anak melalui pengembangan minat dan bakat menggunakan metode heartstart ?. Tujuannya diharapkan dapat memberikan gambaran tentang pengembangan minat bakat anak, merubah pendekatan cara melejitkan potensi anak  dari mementingkan kecerdasan otak kiri IQ ( Headstart ) ke era mementingkan kecerdasan emosi otak kanan  (Heartstart). Metode yang dipakai melalui kegiatan parenting education dengan pendampingan dengan tahapan sebagai berikut: (a). Mengumpulkan guru dan orang tua, (b). Memberikan gambaran umum tentang pengabdian yang akan dilaksanakan, (c). Melakukan diskusi dan refleksi, (d). Pelaksanaan kegiatan pendampingan pengembangan minat dan bakat, (e). Evaluasi pengembangan melejitkan potensi anak. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan pada hari kamis, tanggal 9 Desember 2021 di Yayasan Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Padanta Na Togu Armia.  Hasil dari pengabdian ini guru dan orang tua mendapatkan informasi dan wawasan baru dalam melejitkan potensi anak dengan pilihan yang sesuai dengan minat dan bakat anak tanpa paksaan dari orang tua, secara alami muncul dari dalam diri anak sesuai dengan potensinya.    Every child has different interests and talents, and educators should be able to stimulate children in the right way so that the potential of children can skyrocket according to their abilities. There are still many good parents or educators who dictate to their children and even tend to impose their will so that children have no choice. Approach the introduction age by using the heartstart method, which gives children the freedom to explore their potential through play and exploration naturally. The problem with this service is how to jump-start children's potential through developing interests and talents using the heartstart method? Right brain (Heartstart). The method used is through mentoring with the following stages: (a). Gathering teachers and parents, (b). Provide a general description of the service to be carried out, (c). Conduct discussion and reflection, (d). Implementation of interest and talent development assistance activities, (e). evaluation of development jump-start children's potential. This activity was held on Thursday, December 9, 2021, at the Padanta Na Togu Armia Education and Training Foundation. As a result of this dedication, teachers and parents get new information and insights into boosting the potential of children with choices that follow the interests and talents of children without coercion from parents, naturally emerge from within the child according to his potential.

Abstract

The study in this study is about learning activities during the virus corona disease epidemic and the consequences of being a student at school today.  The purpose of the research is to describe the role of teachers and parents to support activities in early childhood education. The research method used is qualitative with a case study approach. The subjects of this research were the homeroom teacher of class A at Mutiara Nusantara Kindergarten who was considered one person, the TK A group students planned for 11 people, as well as the parents of the Kindergarten A group. The research instrument is to collect data through the interview, observation, documentation uses analytical-qualitative. The results of the study show: The role of parents and the teachers are very basic in supporting the process of children learning at home, both of them must build collaboration to maximize children's learning activities at home. The teacher's creativity in presenting interesting and fun online learning will greatly determine the amount of children’s attention to online learning activities.Kajian dalam penelitian ini adalah mengenai kegiatan pembelajaran pada masa pendemi corona virus disease  dan konsekuensi menjadi peserta didik di sekolah saat ini. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan  peran guru dan peran orangtua untuk mendukung kegiatan pembelajaran pada anak usia dini. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Adapun subjek dari penelitan ini adalah  guru wali kelas A di TK Mutiara Nusantara yang berjumlah satu orang, peserta didik kelompok TK A yang berjumlah 11 orang, serta para orang tua kelompok TK A.Dimana teknik pengumpulan data peneliti melaluiobservasi,wawancara dan dokumentasianalisis data yang digunakan deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: Peranan guru dan orang tua memang sangat mendasar dalam mendukung proses anak belajar di rumah.  Keduanya harus membangun kolaborasi demi memaksimalkan kegiatan belajar anak. Kreativitas guru dalam menghadirkan pembelajaran daring (online) yang menarik dan menyenangkan akan sangat menentukan besarnya atensi anak terhadap kegiatan belajar daring (online).

Abstract

The formation of creativity and character has begun since childhood. Creativity and strong character are the first assets to survive in modern times. Market Day is one of the activities that need to be introduced since early childhood. And this research is one of the government programs regarding the development of entrepreneurial mental education, namely the collaboration of entrepreneurship education with character education in fostering intrapersonal intelligence by increasing children's creativity through Market Day activities. The reason this research was conducted was that the researchers saw that the activity of increasing creativity in growing intrapersonal intelligence at TK Bandung Barat Foundation-1 had not been running optimally. This research aims to increase children's creativity in intrapersonal intelligence through Market Day creativity activities. This research is a classroom action research based on real things that are experienced directly by the child. The subjects of this study were group B students totaling 15 people. Data collection techniques used were observation and analysis of qualitative data through field notes, interviews, and documentation, with data sources from the principal and homeroom teacher group B. The results of this study indicate that there is an increase in creativity and intrapersonal intelligence found in children when doing activities Market Day includes children can be creative, innovate, dare to take risks, independent, and responsible. Pembentukan kreativitas dan karakter sudah di mulai sejak masa anak-anak. Kreativitas dan karakter yang kuat merupakan modal pertama untuk bertahan hidup di jaman moderen saat ini. Market Day adalah salah satu kegiatan yang perlu di kenalkan sejak anak usia dini. Dan penelitian ini merupakan salah satu program pemerintah mengenai pengembangan pendidikan jiwa kewirausahaan yaitu kolaborasi pendidikan kewirausahaan dengan pendidikan karakter dalam menumbuhkan kecerdasan intrapersonal dengan cara meningkatkan kreativitas anak melalui kegiatan market day. Alasan dilaksanakan penelitian ini dikarenakan peneliti melihat   bahwa kegiatan meningkatkan kreativitas dalam menumbuhkan kecerdasan intrapersonal di TK Bandung Barat Foundation-1 belum berjalan secara optimal.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kreativitas anak dalam kecerdasan intrapersonal melalui kegiatan kreativitas market day. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas berdasarkan hal-hal yang nyata yang di alami langsung oleh anak. Subjek penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelompok B berjumlah 15 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu observasi dan analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis data kualitatif.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan kreativitas dan kecerdasan intrapersonal yang terdapat pada diri anak ketika melakukan kegiatan Market Day diantaranya anak dapat berkreativitas, berinovasi, berani mengambil resiko, mandiri, dan tangung jawab.

Abstract

This research focuses on developing interactive character learning media to instill religious moral values in early childhood, specifically through story-based audio graphic E-Books. The study addresses key challenges faced by Early Childhood Education  Institutions, including limited access to innovative learning media, low digital literacy among educators, and the lack of engaging approaches in teaching religious morals. Employing a mixed-method design that combines quantitative and qualitative approaches, data were collected through observations, interviews, questionnaires, and evaluation tests involving both learners and educators.The analysis utilized descriptive statistics but also inferential statistics, specifically the paired sample t-test thematic analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of the media. The findings indicate that the use of audio graphic E-Books significantly enhances children’s comprehension of religious moral values, showing up to a 90% increase in understanding compared to conventional methods. Furthermore, children demonstrated greater enthusiasm and participation in the learning process. Notably, 85% of participating educators reported improved digital literacy and greater confidence in integrating technology into their teaching practices.This study contributes to the field of early childhood education by introducing a technology-based, integrative learning model that is adaptable and applicable across various early education settings. The conclusion affirms that story-based audio graphic E-Books serve as effective, engaging, and adaptive media for teaching moral values. The research also highlights the novelty of integrating visual, auditory, and narrative components to enrich children’s learning experiences while simultaneously empowering educators to utilize digital tools more effectively.
