Abstract

Setiap anak mempunyai minat dan bakat yang berbeda, sebagai pendidik selayaknya dapat menstimulus anak dengan cara yang tepat sehingga potensi anak dapat melejit sesuai dengan kemampuannya. Masih banyak baik orang tua ataupun pendidik yang mendikte anak bahkan berkesan cenderung memaksakan kehendaknya sehingga anak tidak punya pilihan. Pendekatan di usia pengenalan dengan menggunakan metode heartstart yang cenderung memberi kebebasan pada anak secara alami menggali potensi melalui bermain dan eksplorasi. Rumusan masalah dari pengabdian ini bagaimana melejitkan potensi anak melalui pengembangan minat dan bakat menggunakan metode heartstart ?. Tujuannya diharapkan dapat memberikan gambaran tentang pengembangan minat bakat anak, merubah pendekatan cara melejitkan potensi anak  dari mementingkan kecerdasan otak kiri IQ ( Headstart ) ke era mementingkan kecerdasan emosi otak kanan  (Heartstart). Metode yang dipakai melalui kegiatan parenting education dengan pendampingan dengan tahapan sebagai berikut: (a). Mengumpulkan guru dan orang tua, (b). Memberikan gambaran umum tentang pengabdian yang akan dilaksanakan, (c). Melakukan diskusi dan refleksi, (d). Pelaksanaan kegiatan pendampingan pengembangan minat dan bakat, (e). Evaluasi pengembangan melejitkan potensi anak. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan pada hari kamis, tanggal 9 Desember 2021 di Yayasan Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Padanta Na Togu Armia.  Hasil dari pengabdian ini guru dan orang tua mendapatkan informasi dan wawasan baru dalam melejitkan potensi anak dengan pilihan yang sesuai dengan minat dan bakat anak tanpa paksaan dari orang tua, secara alami muncul dari dalam diri anak sesuai dengan potensinya.    Every child has different interests and talents, and educators should be able to stimulate children in the right way so that the potential of children can skyrocket according to their abilities. There are still many good parents or educators who dictate to their children and even tend to impose their will so that children have no choice. Approach the introduction age by using the heartstart method, which gives children the freedom to explore their potential through play and exploration naturally. The problem with this service is how to jump-start children's potential through developing interests and talents using the heartstart method? Right brain (Heartstart). The method used is through mentoring with the following stages: (a). Gathering teachers and parents, (b). Provide a general description of the service to be carried out, (c). Conduct discussion and reflection, (d). Implementation of interest and talent development assistance activities, (e). evaluation of development jump-start children's potential. This activity was held on Thursday, December 9, 2021, at the Padanta Na Togu Armia Education and Training Foundation. As a result of this dedication, teachers and parents get new information and insights into boosting the potential of children with choices that follow the interests and talents of children without coercion from parents, naturally emerge from within the child according to his potential.

Abstract

This research is motivated when learning takes place, educators in developing children's creativity are still lacking. Therefore we need learning that can increase this creativity. The purpose of this research is to describe free drawing learning activities to improve children's creativity. In the implementation of free drawing activities, children can show their seriousness in drawing to foster a different mindset and foster a creative spirit in children. The method in this research uses a qualitative descriptive method. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, and documentation. The subjects in this study consisted of three students who were randomly selected. Data analysis includes data reduction activities, data display, and concluding. The results show that free drawing learning activities can increase children's creativity in general, with different changes compared to the previous one, meaningful results are marked by indicators of creativity such as curiosity, in which children actively ask, investigate, and observe a miniature house. . In the indicator of imagination, children can already form a house by combining vertical, flat, curved lines, and adding parts in the house such as doors, windows, and other variations such as trees and roads. In innovative indicators, children can combine colors so that the resulting colors vary.Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi ketika pembelajaran berlangsung, pendidik dalam mengembangkan kreativitas anak dirasa masih sangat kurang. Oleh karena itu diperlukan suatu pembelajaran yang dapat meningkatkan kreativitas tersebut.  Tujuan dalam penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan kegiatan pembelajaran menggambar bebas dalam rangka meningkatkan kreativitas anak. Pada pelaksanaan kegiatan menggambar bebas, anak dapat menunjukkan kesungguhannya dalam menggambar sehingga menumbuhkan pola pikir yang berbeda dan menumbuhkan jiwa kreatif pada diri anak. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan berupa observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, subjek dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari tiga orang peserta didik yang dipilih secara acak. Analisis data meliputi aktivitas reduksi data, display data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan pembelajaran menggambar bebas dapat meningkatkan kreativitas anak pada umumnya, dengan perubahan yang berbeda dibandingkan dengan sebelumnya, hasil yang berarti ditandai oleh indikator kreativitas seperti rasa ingin tahu, yang mana anak aktif untuk bertanya, menyelidiki, dan mengamati sebuah bentuk miniatur rumah. Pada indikator imajinasi, anak sudah dapat membentuk rumah dengan menggabungkan garis tegak, datar, lengkung, dan menambahkan bagian yang ada di rumah seperti pintu, jendela, serta variasi yang lainnya seperti pohon dan jalan. Pada indikator inovatif, anak sudah dapat memadukkan warna sehingga warna yang dihasilkan menjadi beragam.

Abstract

ABSTRACTTeacher competence is the teacher's capital in carrying out the main task and its function in educating the students. There are 4 competencies that must be possessed by teachers, namely, pedagogic competence, professional competence, personality competence and social competence. Teachers should have awareness in themselves to continue to learn and develop themselves continuously in an effort to improve services to learners. One of the teacher's efforts in self-development is through education and training. For that, the authors examine the "How education and training Sustainable Development of Keprofesian in improving the pedagogic and professional competence of kindergarten teachers in Bandung?" Where pedagogic competence and professional competence are both mutually integrated and can not be separated. This study aims to describe the process of planning, implementation, assessment and results and the impact of education and training on teacher performance through descriptive and qualitative approaches. The results of this study indicate through education and training program Sustainable Development of Keprofesian in Bandung value Competency Teacher Test average increased significantly and in accordance with the expected minimum achievement criteria. In addition, teachers also feel an increase in knowledge, variations of learning fun to apply to learners and implement sustainable self-development plans.

Abstract

The development of digital technology demands a transformation in early childhood education (PAUD) practices, including in the pedagogical aspects and teacher competencies. This community service activity aims to improve the competence of PAUD teachers in implementing digital-based deep learning. This program involves interactive training, mentoring, and introduction to educational digital media. The activity was carried out in collaboration with the PKG PAUD Cipanas District, Cianjur, which was attended by 40 early childhood teacher education, both formal and non-formal. The results of the activity showed an increase in teacher understanding and skills in designing and implementing deep learning strategies with digital support. The results of the satisfaction questionnaire showed that 92% of participants were very satisfied with this activity. Therefore, this training activity was able to contribute positively to improving the quality of learning at PAUD through the pedagogical integration of technology.
