Abstract

Adolescent phase have complex and unique characteristic, like; emotional labile, easy to hit by environmental influence, and not yet finding their self. The condition can overcome with giving optimal attention. Step early to give education and attention is understand characteristic of adolescent, know what wanted of adolescent, and later;then do approachs psychologically Workdload of parents have giving negative impact for adolescent behavior. Adolescent have losing of its rightss to get affection, not get attention, and sometimes their action cannot responbility, like fight, drunken, narcotic, action of asusila, impolite. and so on. This condition represent adolescent emotional conflict with parents which must be solved. Abstract

Ballying in school happened not without of couse, but happened because accumulation from problemss in process of educations which have taking place. We cannot adjudg to one of aspect as source cause . One of alternative of which can be gone through for anticipating the happening of ballying in school is with looking for source of root of problem, that is revising function and role of education in family, school, and public. Third this component have to be powered in an optimal fashion, especially area of family, where role of parents in giving" affection" or education of social-emotional which recently don't touch student. Abstract

This research generally aims to improve the ability of teachers who was given the task of the principal performing the task of school administration. In particular, this study aims to described the teachers’s task who get the mandate to perform the school’s administration in elementary schools include: (1) the implementation of personnel administration (2) implementing financial administration. (3) the administration of school facilities and infrastructure. (4) implementing public relations administration with the community. (5) carry out administrative mailing and archiving. (6) implementing student administration. This study used descriptive qualitative method. The subjects of this study were principals, school operators and teachers. The techniques and stages of data collection in this study were Unstructured Interviews, Observation and Documentation Studies. The result of the research shows that the teacher can assist the administrative tasks of the school such as: (1) to carry out personnel administration (2) to carry out financial administration (3) to carry out administration of school facilities and infrastructure. (4) implementing public relations administration with the community (5) carry out administration of mailing and archiving. (6) carry out student administration.Finally based on the above results, the researcher suggested the assignment of teachers to carry out the task of school administration by the principal can meet the absence of primary school educators.

Abstract

Dalam mengelola infrastruktur Teknologi Informasi (TI) dan menyediakan berbagai layanan terkait TI untuk mendukung operasional organisasi atau perusahaan membutuhkan infrastruktur yang dapat menunjang. Selain infrastruktur jaringan computer di butuhkan infrastruktur pada database server. Kegagalan suatu devices pada sebuah server bisa terjadi kapan saja, jika sebuah database server mati yang disebabkan oleh suatu hal (missal: power supply mati, kebakaran atau yang lainnya), maka pengguna tidak bisa mengakses aplikasi. selain resiko kehilangan data yang ada pada server tersebut. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut salah satu teknik Clustering Database menggunakan MySQL Cluster. Metode clustering sangat baik untuk menjamin ketersediaan layanan yang tinggi (High-Availability) dan penanganan kegagalan sistem (failure). Jika ada salah satu server yang mengalami kegagalan/failure maka sistem tidak akan langsung terganggu karena server lain akan tetap berfungsi dan menggantikan kerja server utama. Kemampuan clustering memungkinkan sebuah database tetap hidup dalam waktu yang lama.
