Abstract

Abstract : The specific objectives of this study were to describe  school culture management at public vocational school number 3 Seluma regency. This research uses qualitative descriptive method. The subjects of the study were principal, vice principal,  and teachers. Techniques of collecting data using interviews, observation and documentation. The collected data was analyzed by using qualitative descriptive technique. The results show  before the school culture development program implemented the school management is to make or make the school culture program planning.. Then the implementation of school culture development is done in principle to implement all the programs that have been prepared in a pure and consistent. And finally the evaluation to know the effectiveness adn effisiency of the program.  Keywords: management, culture, cultural management Abstrak: Tujuan khusus penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan manajemen budaya sekolah di SMKN 3 Kabupaten Seluma. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Subyek penelitian adalah kepala sekolah, wakil kepala sekolah, dan guru-guru. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pengembangan budaya  sekolah dilaksanakan  dengan membuat perencanaan program budaya sekolah, melaksanakan kegiatan yang telah direncanakan dengan baik. Dan selalu mengadakan evaluasi untuk mengetahui efektivitas dan efisiensi pembinaan.  Kata Kunci: manajemen, budaya, manajemen budaya

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to reveal the relationship of principal instructional leadership and self efficacy with the performance of teaching teachers of public junior high school  in Pinang Raya District. The research method that will be used in the preparation of this thesis is survey research with quantitative approach. The survey research is to explain the casual relationship and hypothesis testers. Collection data using questionnaires, which have completed scores on each item. While the data analysis techniques used to test the hypothesis is a simple linear correlation analysis technique and multiple correlation. Based on the results of the study, the conclusions can be drawn from the results of this study is the teacher's teaching performance can be improved by improving principal instructional leadership performance and self efficacy Keywords:    Teacher’s Teaching performance (Y) , Principal  Instructional Leadership (X1)  and  Self-efficacy (X2)

Abstract

This research generally aims to improve the ability of teachers who was given the task of the principal performing the task of school administration. In particular, this study aims to described the teachers’s task who get the mandate to perform the school’s administration in elementary schools include: (1) the implementation of personnel administration (2) implementing financial administration. (3) the administration of school facilities and infrastructure. (4) implementing public relations administration with the community. (5) carry out administrative mailing and archiving. (6) implementing student administration. This study used descriptive qualitative method. The subjects of this study were principals, school operators and teachers. The techniques and stages of data collection in this study were Unstructured Interviews, Observation and Documentation Studies. The result of the research shows that the teacher can assist the administrative tasks of the school such as: (1) to carry out personnel administration (2) to carry out financial administration (3) to carry out administration of school facilities and infrastructure. (4) implementing public relations administration with the community (5) carry out administration of mailing and archiving. (6) carry out student administration.Finally based on the above results, the researcher suggested the assignment of teachers to carry out the task of school administration by the principal can meet the absence of primary school educators.

Abstract

Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan bagaimana aktualisasi peran komite sekolah sebagai pemberi pertimbangan, pendukung, pengontrol dan mediator di SMP Negeri 02 Pendopo Barat Kabupaten Empat Lawang. Metodelogi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif, pengumpulan data menggunakan tehnik observasi, kuisoner, dokumentasi dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peran komite sekolah sebagai pemberi pertimbangan sudah terlihat dalam hal memberi pertimbangan tentang sarana dan prasarana yang dapat diperbantukan di sekolah, sedangkan peran mengidentifikasi sumber daya pendidikan, proses pengelolaan pendidikan dan proses pembelajaran belum menunjukkan perannya secara optimal. Peran komite sekolah sebagai badan pendukung terlihat dalam hal dukungan materil berupa pengelolaan sarana dan prasarana dan dukungan non materi dalam bentuk sumbangan pemikiran dan ide-ide. Peran komite sekolah sebagai pengontrol dan pengawasan belum menunjukkan kinerjanya. Peran komite sekolah sebagai mediator telah berjalan dalam hal menjadi penghubung antara komite sekolah dengan masyarakat.

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this research was determine and analyze the relationship of clinical supervision, pedagogic competence of teachers with the performance of teachers in the learning process at junior high school in Pinang Raya subdistrict, North Bengkulu Regency. This research is a correlational research with quantitative approach, by using questionnaire which is distributed to 53 sample of teachers at SMPN se Pinang Raya Sub-district, North Bengkulu Regency. Data analyzed with correlation method to determine relationship between variables. The results showed that 1) there was a positive significant correlation on clinical supervision with teacher performance in the learning process in view from regression analysis with t test value of 43,574> 2,007 (t table 0,05 = 2,007) with r correlation equal to 0,987 into category a very strong relationship. 2) there was a positive significant correlation on pedagogic competence with teacher performance in learning process seen from result of regression analysis with t test value 13,489 > 2,007 (t table 0,05 = 2,007) with r correlation equal to 0,884 enter goes to strong relationship category 3 ) there was positive significant correlation on clinical supervision, pedagogic competence together with teacher performance in learning process seen from result of regression analysis with t test value 19,398 > 2,007 and 2,966 > 2,007 (t table 0,05 = 2,007) with r correlation equal to 0,987 goes to a very strong relationship category. The conclusion of this research is there is very strong relationship on clinical supervision, pedagogic competence with teacher performance at junior high school on Pinang Raya Subdistrict North Bengkulu Regency. Keywords: Clinical supervision, Pedagogic competence, Teacher performance
