Umumnya salah satu permasalahan yang ada pada lingkungan akademik adalah rekapitulasi kehadiran perkuliahan dan presensi kegiatan kampus seperti rapat, seminar, upacara 17 Agustus dan sebagainya. Banyaknya data presensi untuk setiap kelas matakuliah dapat menyebabkan terjadinya penundaan dalam rekap kehadiran serta kemungkinan kesalahan input pada pencatatan kehadiran mahasiswa. Disamping itu banyak kegiatan akademis yang masih menggunakan absensi secara manual seperti rapat dosen, seminar-seminar, menjadikan proses administrasinya menjadi tidak efektif dan tidak efisien. Penelitian ini membahas mengenai perancangan sistem pencatatan kehadiran perkuliahan dan kegiatan akademik di Universitas Bhayangkara Jakarta Raya (UBJ) dengan memanfaatkan kartu BRIZZI BRI mahasiswa yang di dalamnya sudah terdapat teknologi Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) dengan menggunakan metode waterfall untuk perancangan sistemnya sehingga diharapkan dapat mempercepat proses perekapan administrasi kehadiran dan mengurangi biaya pemakaian kertas di lingkungan Universitas Bhayangkara Jakarta Raya dan dapat dipakai oleh instansi lainnya yang ingin menerapkan sistem kehadiran menggunakan kartu RFID.

Pengelolaan aset merupakan kegiatan yang sangat penting bagi sebuah perusahaan karena aset merupakan kekayaan yang dimiliki oleh perusahaan. Dinas Pemadam Kebakaran Kota Bekasi belum memiliki sistem informasi pengelolaan aset, data yang dimiliki saat ini masih bersifat manual dimana dapat terjadi redudansi data dan menyebarnya data pada file-file kertas yang menumpuk. Oleh karena itu perlu dibuat sistem informasi pengelolaan aset untuk dapat mengetahui data aset yang ada serta lokasi aset saat ini Penelitian ini menggunakan metode haversine untuk mengetahui lokasi aset dan pengembangan softwarenya menggunakan metode prototype. Aplikasi ini dapat mengelola dan mencari lokasi data aset. Adapun pengelolaan yang dapat dilakukan adalah pengadaan aset, disposal aset, mengetahui lokasi dari aset dan mengetahui laporan aset saat ini.

E-learning as a learning media in education that provides a very important role and a great function for the education world which has been charged with many shortcomings and weaknesses of education such as the limitations of space and time in the teaching and learning process emphasizing the efficiency of learning in order to get full teaching even though not must be face to face can also be accessed anywhere, anytime, in accordance with the assignments given by instructors are usually scheduled with a specified deadline. The philosophy of the University of Bhayangkara Jakarta Raya in carrying out its function as a manager and organizer of higher education is essentially carrying out the function of public services. The motto of the University of Bhayangkara Jakarta Raya is: "Service that never knows the end for the development of the University of Bhayangkara Jakarta Raya in an effort to participate in educating and prospering the lives of the people, nation and state". The problem that arises is the limitations in the face-to-face traditional teaching process. Then comes e-learning as an alternative technology in learning. This research includes implementation research, which aims to produce e-learning media on the Algorithm and Programming 2 subject. Decision-making will always be faced and must be done if we are in the scope of management, this is also faced by the management of SMP Negeri 24 Jakarta. Decisions in determining outstanding students are often faced with conditions that can make the decision seem disproportionate, given the many factors and criteria that determine the decision, so we need a computational method that can assist the management in the decision-making process. SAW (Simple Additive Weighting) is a method that selects the best alternative from a number of alternatives based on determined criteria by ranking to find out the highest to lowest value. The recommended results based on the SAW method are students with the highest score, namely 0.9987 for the 6th alternative (A6), which has the highest score above the scores of other students. AbstractSeminar activities in a building in general still use manual in recording to know the number of seminar participants who attended. Although the seminar applicants are still uncertain whether they will come for the seminar in the building or not, so the number of seminar applicants is not necessarily the same as the number of participants entering the building. The calculation of the number of participants can also be used to close the entrance of the building if the number of seminar participants is in accordance with the participants who signed up, so as to ensure the number of seminar participants who arrived late. From the results of the analysis and discussion that has been obtained, with the implementation of Arduino and ESP32 CAM and PIR, the system of counting the number of seminar participants using Telegram, the number of seminar participants who attended in real time and online and with the storage of data and photos of participants automatically stored in the memory of mobile phones, facilitate seminar participants and committees in document making or verifying the presence of seminar participants. Coronavirus Disease 2019 (Covid-19) adalah penyakit yang disebabkan oleh virus corona jenis baru yang menyerang sistem pernapasan dan bisa menyebabkan gangguan ringan pada sistem pernapasan, infeksi paru-paru yang berat, hingga kematian. Sehingga, World Health Organization (WHO) menetapkan Covid-19 sebagai pandemi global. Data Badan Nasional Penanggulangan Bencana (BNPB) menunjukan kasus positif di Indonesia juga semakin bertambah sehingga pemerintah menerapkan PSBB serta tatanan hidup normal baru, salah satunya adalah dengan menyosialisasikan 3M yaitu memakai masker, mencuci tangan, dan menjaga jarak. Sarana/perangkat cuci tangan manual yang digunakan secara bersama-sama dapat menjadi media penyebaran virus sehingga harus diminimalisir, salah satunya yaitu dengan menggunakan wastafel otomatis serta dengan terus melaksanakan protokol kesehatan. Hasil ujicoba sensor air dan sensor sabun cair dapat beroperasi dengan baik pada rentang jarak 1-6 cm terhadap objek di depan sensor

Perkembangan pesat teknologi informasi dan komunikasi telah menjadi bagian penting dalam aktifitas sehari-hari, banyak pihak yang memanfaatkan internet untuk berbagai tujuan salah satunya adalah pelayanan sektor pemerintah. Tidak semua informasi tersampaikan dan terlayani kepada masyarakat secara cepat, lengkap, dan teratur karena jangkauan informasinya yang terbatas. Layanan informasi publik diharapkan mampu mendukung adanya transparansi pengelolaann desa kepada masyarakat yang dilayaninya. Penyediaan layanan pemerintahan desa secara online (e-service), menunjukkan terjadinya peningkatan komunikasi dan informasi yang mendorong peningkatan kepercayaan di masyarakat. Purwarupa sistem layanan yang dibangun secara cepat untuk memfasilitasi penyampaian oleh masyarakat menggunakan metode Rapid Application Development (RAD). Sistem ini memberikan informasi status pengaduan yang telah disampaikan yang selalu termutakhirkan sehingga dapat dijadikan perangkat pengawasan masyarakat terhadap kinerja layanan pemerintah. Dengan sistem ini masyarakat juga dapat terlibat sebagai agen informasi untuk kepentingan promosi desanya. Dari hasil penelitian, disarankan untuk melakukan sosialisasi lebih giat, selain juga pelatihan-pelatihan kepada masyarakat untuk mengoperasikan secara online merupakan kunci suskesnya program ini.

AbstractManufacture of a tool using IoT technology that can be used to improve water quality properly and in real-time. The data will be a suitable and inappropriate reference for the quality of the water to be used by the community. Data will be taken from several groundwater samples to evaluate water quality using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method to determine an alternative choice based on predetermined weights and criteria. In the process of designing groundwater temperature and pH detection systems using the IoT-based SAW method with web-based applications, the tools made can be run remotely with a micro device called Wemos D1 R32 as the control center connected to the website and pH and temperature sensors as readers sample data. This research aims to design a game top-up application that utilizes collaborative filtering algorithms as a recommendation method, with a website-based platform. The primary focus is to leverage artificial intelligence to analyze user purchasing patterns and provide personalized and relevant top-up recommendations. The Waterfall development method is employed to ensure that the application development process is structured, from requirement analysis to implementation. Application performance evaluation is conducted to measure the effectiveness of the collaborative filtering algorithm in providing accurate recommendations and enhancing user satisfaction. It is hoped that the results of this research will make a positive contribution to improving game top-up services and strengthening the online gaming experience for users.

Scheduling activities are one of the important things to regulate the use of the field, especially at the BTP Sport Center. This study discusses the design of a scheduling application using genetic algorithm rules as a determinant of making a web-based schedule at the BTP Sports Center. Tenants are divided into two categories, namely regular tenants and face-to-face tenants. Permanent tenants are tenants who rent regularly or repeatedly. Field scheduling is important in setting the time and place for exercise. Some of the problems that occur in scheduling are the large number of tenants and the limited number of administrators who set the schedule, especially at the BTP Sports Center. Field schedules have to be paired one by one manually so that sometimes there are schedules that clash with each other without the management realizing it. The genetic algorithm itself is an algorithm inspired by the scientific selection process initiated by the famous scientist Charles Darwin. While the method used for software development is the RAD(Rapid Application Development) method. The administrator will enter the application with the account that has been provided and then enter the names of the tenants and the rental time, after that the schedule can be created automatically to be printed and displayed in the GOR lobby. The result of the research is that by applying genetic algorithms to scheduling, schedules can be mademore efficiently so as to speed up the scheduling process at the BTP Sports Center.
