Abstract

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat dilaksanakan di desa kedung jaya, Babelan, Kabupaten Bekasi. Mayoritas penduduk Desa Kedung Jaya bermata pencaharian sebagai petani, beternak dan pedagang. Permasalahan yang terjadi di Desa Kedung Jaya adalah kurang memiliki budaya membuang sampah pada tempatnya karena tidak adanya penampungan sampah, sehingga sampah berserakan, tidak menjaga kebersihan dan kerapian lingkungan sekitar, dan tidak memiliki jadwal kerja bakti secara rutin. Solusi yang ditawarkan dengan permasalahan ini adalah melakukan kerja bakti secara rutin, membiasakan membuang sampah pada tempatnya dengan pengadaan bak sampah di dusun 3 dan 4, serta penyuluhan dalur ulang sampah dengan Metode 3R (Reduce, Reuse dan Recyle). Program pengabdian tersebut mendapat respon positif dikalangan warga desa, terbukti dengan keikutsertaan warga pada setiap program. Hasil program yang sudah terlaksana adalah lingkungan terlihat bersih, warga mulai membiasakan diri mengumpulkan sampah dan membakar di bak sampah yang sudah tersedia serta masyarakat mengenal pengetahuan mengenai dalur ulang sampai dasarkan 3R (Reduce, Reuse dan Recycle).

Abstract

Corrosion is a decrease in the quality of a material or metal due to electrolyte reactions in the environment that affect the life of the material. Corrosion rate is the speed of propagation or speed of decline in the quality of a material with time. Corrosion processes occur in acidic environments, sea water, rain water, and soil are the result of chemical reactions that are also caused by electrochemical processes. The purpose of this study is to determine the corrosion resistance of aluminum metal to variations in the solution of Methanol (CH3OH). This study uses aluminum plates that will be immersed 5 days with a solution of Methanol (CH3OH). How to collect data by testing the Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM) on each aluminum plate specimen that has been treated with corrosion by heating at a temperature of 60 oC. Methanol solution is one of the factors causing corrosion of metals. If in the free environment, air, temperature, and acidic substances are most commonly found as a factor causing corrosion. The increased corrosion rate is due to the higher concentration of the cause of corrosion. In this discussion Methanol as the concentration used, and aluminum as the metal tested.

Abstract

Fire disasters that are not immediately dealt with can certainly cause losses both property losses and loss of life. This happens because some are good from short circuiting, throwing cigarette butts at random, exploding and burning objects and delaying information obtained by firefighters or school officials SMK Mandalahayu Bekasi during incidents of fire disasters. Abstract

ABSTRAKSintesa terhadap ukuran kristal dan sifat magnet dari material Barium Hexaferrite (BHF) hasil proses pemesinan milling selama 60 jam, setiap 10 jam proses pemesinan di lakukan analisa untuk  mengetahui ukuran partikel. Setelah proses pemanasan 1100o C dan penahanan selama 2 jam, dikarakterisasi XRD dan PSA. Dengan pendekatan persamaan Scherrer di dapat di sintesa ukuran kristal, dan partikel dari  material BHF  menggunakan  pengolahan melalui perangkat lunak Match diperoleh material satu fasa dengan nilai FWHM dengan parameter kisi a = b = 5,8920 Å, c= 23,1830 Å, struktur kristal berbentuk hexagonal, space group P63/mmc dan masa jenis 5,926 g/cm3. Ukuran kristal (crystallite size) dihitung berdasarkan puncak-puncak difraksi. Hasil perhitungan persamaan Scherrer diperoleh puncak indeks bidang kristal [hkl] dengan  posisi puncak sudut 2q³30° dan nilai rata-rata ukuran kristal yang terbentuk pada setiap bidang kisi dari BHF sebesar 57, 63639 nm. Kata kunci : XRD, Milling, Ukuran Kristal, Persamaan Scherrer, Parameter kisi, FWHM. ABSTRACTSynthesis of the crystal size and magnetic properties of the Barium Hexaferrite (BHF) material resulting from the milling machining process for 60 hours, every 10 hours the machining process is analyzed to determine the particle size. After 1100o C heating and detention for 2 hours, XRD and PSA were characterized. With the Scherrer equation approach it can be synthesized in crystal size, and particles from BHF material using processing through Match software obtained single phase material with FWHM values with lattice parameters a = b = 5.8920 Å, c = 23.1830 Å, crystal structure hexagonal shape, P63 / mmc space group and density of 5,926 g / cm3. Crystallite size is calculated based on diffraction peaks. The calculation result of the Scherrer equation obtained the peak of the crystal field index [hkl] with an angle peak position of 2q³30° and the average value of the crystal size formed in each lattice plane of the BHF of 57,63639 nm.Keywords : XRD, Milling, Crystal Size, Scherrer Equation, Lattice Parameters, FWHM.

Abstract

Abstract LPG gas leaks are often not noticed by people around them, plus there is no special warning system that detects the LPG gas leak. That can increase the chance of fire. This study aims to build a LPG gas leak detection system as an early warning so that people are safer in using the gas for their daily activities. This system is built using the prototype method, with Wemos D1 EPS8266 as the microcontroller, and whatsapp as a platform to receive notification alerts. Then the result is that the system can send notifications via Whatsapp at online and realtime when there is an indication of an LPG gas leak. Keywords: Microcontroller, MQ-2 Censor, LPG Gas, Wemos D1 Abstrak Kebocoran gas LPG seringkali tidak disadari oleh orang sekitar, ditambah tidak adanya sistem peringatan khusus yang mendeteksi adanya kebocoran gas LPG tersebut. Hal itu dapat menambah kemungkinan kebakaran semakin meningkat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membangun sistem pendeteksi kebocoran gas LPG sebagai peringatan dini agar masyarakat lebih aman dalam menggunakan gas tersebut untuk kesehariannya. Sistem ini dibuat menggunakan metode prototype, dengan wemos D1 EPS8266 sebagai mikrokontrollernya, dan whatsapp sebagai platform untuk menerima peringtan notifikasinya. Maka hasilnya sistem dapat mengirimkan notifikasi melalui whatsapp secara online dan realtime saat terindikasi adanya kebocoran gas LPG. Kata kunci: Mikrokontroller, Gas LPG, wemos D1, sensor MQ-2

Abstract

Coronavirus Disease 2019 (Covid-19) adalah penyakit yang disebabkan oleh virus corona jenis baru yang menyerang sistem pernapasan dan bisa menyebabkan   gangguan   ringan   pada   sistem   pernapasan,   infeksi   paru-paru   yang   berat,   hingga kematian. Sehingga, World Health Organization (WHO) menetapkan Covid-19 sebagai pandemi global. Data Badan Nasional Penanggulangan Bencana (BNPB) menunjukan kasus positif di Indonesia juga semakin bertambah sehingga pemerintah menerapkan PSBB serta tatanan hidup normal baru, salah satunya adalah dengan menyosialisasikan 3M yaitu memakai masker, mencuci tangan, dan menjaga jarak. Sarana/perangkat cuci tangan manual yang digunakan secara bersama-sama dapat menjadi media penyebaran virus sehingga harus diminimalisir, salah satunya yaitu dengan menggunakan wastafel otomatis serta dengan terus melaksanakan protokol kesehatan. Hasil ujicoba sensor air dan sensor sabun cair dapat beroperasi dengan baik pada rentang jarak 1-6 cm terhadap objek di depan sensor

Abstract

Election of the best employees is an important aspect of employee performance management in a company because it produces useful information for employee administrative decisions such as promotions, awards, and other decisions. Making the best employee selection not only selects and determines the right employees, but it is also important for managers to plan mature policies in motivating and developing potential employees. The problem with choosing the best employees in company agencies is the difficult decision making by managers in determining who the best employees are really worthy because of limited time and the number of employees and work that must be done by managers so that the best employee implementation is only chosen by the manager and assessment. The criteria are ignored which causes the assessment results to be subjective. One of the methods built to solve problems in the best employee decision making is done by using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method, which is then ranked for the best alternative in the form of employee assessment scores. In this study, the implementation of SAW used 5 criteria to determine the best employees, namely skills, personality, initiative, attendance and loyalty. The calculation results from the implementation of the SAW method are used as a reference for designing the best employee determination application. The system design uses the Unified Modeling Language (UML) and builds applications with PHP programming and MySQL databases.

Abstract

The operating system is the most important software on a computer, currently there are several operating systems that are very commonly used in the world of work including Windows, Linux. With these various options, users need to know the characteristics of the OS in running graphic design applications with efficient memory consumption. One of the papers that will be used as a reference in analyzing the OS is a paper with experimental quantitative methods. Referring to the paper, this research will use a quantitative approach with experimental methods, the testing phase is by running a graphic design application on the same hardware but different operating systems, from the experiment a value will be obtained in the form of memory usage numbers when running the application then calculations are carried out using a table. comparison to see which one is more efficient in memory usage, from these results it will be concluded that the characteristics of each OS have their respective advantages and disadvantages.
