Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pemasaran dalam pengelolaan Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDES) di Desa Purwosari Kecamatan Puring Kabupaten Kebumen. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kualitatif dan teknik pengumpulan data yaitu dengan wawancara. Adapun yang menjadi narasumber yaitu Manajer BUMDES di bidang perikanan. Bapak Suratno merupakan manajer di bidang perikanan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa manajemen BUMDes dalam pengelolaan pemasaran Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDES) di Desa Purwosari berjalan dengan baik sesuai dengan bauran pemasarandalam pengelolaan pemasaran Badan Usaha Milik Desa(BUMDES) di Desa Purwosari yaitu meluputi produk, harga, promosi, dan tempat. Akan tetapi tempat atau lokasi yang digunakan belum strategis.

Abstract

Customer satisfaction is the estuary of the MMT business. The quality of the product / service needs to be improved to meet and even exceed customer satisfaction. Failure to meet customer / client satisfaction means failure to apply MMT. Other than that, educational institutions are part of a process of service to the community in accordance with the needs and challenges of the times. Meeting the needs of the community for the world of education is certainly very closely related to the satisfaction obtained by the community through existing education services. Customer satisfaction and selection of educational services can be described the results of the analysis that in educational institutions, customer satisfaction as in other product marketing activities. Customer satisfaction in education is very influential in the selection of these educational institutions. Although the educational services are not tangible, but customers can see and feel of it through the results of graduates and services provided by these educational institutions. Thus, customer satisfaction in the world of education greatly affects the quantity and selection of these educational institutions. Another thing that influences the selection of educational services, is inseparable from the marketing management of education carried out by the educational institution. Quality products are basically part of the indirect marketing of the educational institution, while indirect marketing is through the process of advertising, promotion and through product introduction activities of the educational institution, either in the form of achievements or activities. The conclusion of this discussion is that satisfaction with education services is closely related to the selection of education services. This is proven and implemented by the quantity and quality available in the educational institution.

Abstract

The era of globalization has affected the lives of Indonesians, one of which is the educational aspect, especially in Islamic boarding schools. This can no longer be avoided by pesantren education institutions, especially if these educational institutions want to survive and succeed in the midst of globalization. Therefore, pesantren education institutions should carry out developments in their education, in order to realize efforts to respond and be responsive to the challenges of the times. Nurcholish Madjid is a Muslim scholar who discusses pesantren education in the modern era, with the idea of ​​modernizing pesantren education. The results of this study indicate that the development of pesantren education with the perspective of Nurcholish Madjid is a way, an effort to change better pesantren education, based on the modernization of Islamic boarding school education, in the sense that the development is carried out in a contemporary (modern) nuance, following the direction of the times, without eliminating the values ​​of authenticity of the pesantren itself (Indegenous), with the fields being developed including curriculum, learning methods and leadership. As for Nurcholish Madjid's thoughts, what can be adopted by education in general is Nurcholish Madjid's desire to create a curriculum that is balanced in emphasis, so that the principle of integrity is realized.

Abstract

The Miftahul Mubtadiin An-Nur Islamic Boarding School is one of the Islamic boarding schools in Nganjuk Regency which is on Jalan KH. Wahid Hasim Krempyang Tanjunganom Nganjuk. This pesantren has sufficient human resources to develop its abilities in the field of skills of students. On the other hand, like the problems of society and the community in general, garbage or used goods is a problem in itself for Islamic boarding schools. Through mentoring activities carried out by service lecturers of STAI Darussalam, using the ABCD (Asset Baset Community Development) method, a mentoring program was carried out in the form of a workshop whose main focus was to improve the skills of students and find alternative solutions to minimize used goods or waste. With this method, activities are carried out well, get responses from assisted partners and have a positive impact on the students who become participants. And as a form of response, follow-up plans were implemented to develop the program

Abstract

Dewasa ini, perkembangan setiap orang untuk berwirausaha menunjukkan peningkatan yang sangat drastis. Baik itu yang bersifat produk ataupun jasa. Tidak sedikit dari pelaku usaha tersebut yang masih sulit berkembang dikarenakan Perencanaan manajemen pengelolaan yang kurang jelas dan tersusun dengan baik dari para pelaku usaha tersebut, maka diperlukan suatu perencanaan manajemen pengelolaan yang jelas dan tersusun dengan baik agar dapat mengembangkan usaha yang dilakukan oleh para pelaku usaha tersebut. Lingkungan merupakan hal yang penting dalam berwirausaha. Jika dalam menentukan lingkungan kita salah memilih maka usaha tersebut bisa tidak berjalan dan menghasilkan keuntungan yang maksimal sehingga.

Abstract

SAJADAH digunakan BMT NU Jawa timur untuk meningkatkan jumlah nasabah namun pada prakteknya produk tersebut terdapat kekurangan berupa tidak adanya bagi hasil tiap bulannya dengan adanya hal tersebut penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisa tingkat keefektivan SAJADAH dalam meningkatkan jumlah nasabah. Pendekatan kualitatif digunakan agar keterbukaan data bisa didapat, pencarian data dengan wawancara secara langsung akan menghasilnya data yang lebih valid selain itu data yang dihasilkan dari wawancara dapat divalidasi menggunakan data dari observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan SAJADAH efektif dalam meningkatkan jumlah nasabah dan total simpanan yang dikelola. Data menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan jumlah nasabah dari 3 orang pada tahun 2022 menjadi 24 orang pada tahun 2023 dan pada tahun 2024 terdapat penambahan 5 orang, dengan total saldo yang dihimpun sebesar Rp. 1.911.000.000. pemberian hadiah langsung mampu menraik minat nasabah yang berakibat pada peningkatan jumlah. Studi ini juga mencatat bahwa kendala yang dihadapi adalah persepsi masyarakat tentang nominal setoran awal yang tinggi, sehingga diperlukan edukasi dan sosialisasi lebih lanjut untuk menjelaskan keuntungan dan fleksibilitas dari produk sajadah.

Abstract

Konsistensi penerapan prinsip syariah dalam lembaga keuangan syariah seperti BMT sangat krusial dalam membangun kepercayaan nasabah. Penerapan terhadap fatwa DSN-MUI, transparansi dalam pengelolaan dana, pemisahan dana usaha dan sosial, serta edukasi kepada nasabah menjadi kunci utama. Kepercayaan nasabah terbentuk dari keyakinan bahwa dana mereka aman, pengelolaan adil, produk halal, dan lembaga berkomitmen pada prinsip syariah. Semua elemen ini saling terkait dan membentuk fondasi kuat bagi keberlanjutan lembaga keuangan syariah. Untuk itu, tujuan peneliian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh konsistensi penerapan prinsip syariah terhadap tingkat kepercayaan nasabah di BMT NU Cabang Bungatan Kapubaten Situbondo. Metode yang di digunakan penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan explanatory research, dengan sampel sebanyak 100 responden. Sedangkan pengambilan sampel menggunakan assidental sampling. analisis data menggunakan path analisis dengan uji F dan uji t. Uji hipotesis dilakukan dengan bantuan software Statistical Package for the (SPSS) versi 24. Konsistensi penerapan prinsip syariah berpengaruh signifikan terhadap tingkat kepercayaan nasabah. Abstract

This article explores the evolution of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) policy in Indonesia, tracing its development from the colonial era to the present day. It also examines how PAI content is represented in the Core Competencies and Basic Competencies (KI-KD) of the 2013 Curriculum and in the Learning Outcomes (CP) of the Merdeka Curriculum. The study adopts a qualitative approach, utilizing historical analysis and content analysis to investigate both policy developments and curriculum content related to PAI. The findings reveal that state policies on PAI have been dynamic, closely tied to the broader political landscape of Islam in Indonesia. These range from the prohibition of PAI in schools during the colonial period, to the official recognition of Islamic education institutions such as madrasahs during the New Order era, and finally to the acknowledgment of pesantren (Islamic boarding schools) during the Reformasi period. In terms of content, PAI in the 2013 Curriculum (KI-KD) includes a wide range of competencies. However, inconsistencies were found between the graduation standards (SKL), content standards (SI), and the core/basic competencies themselves. In contrast, the PAI component of the Merdeka Curriculum demonstrates more coherent learning progressions across phases and outlines competencies that are more integrated and conceptually advanced.
