Abstract

Kapasitas dapat didefinisikan sebagai tingkat arus maksimum dimana kendaraan dapat diharapkan untuk melalui suatu potongan jalan pada periode waktu tertentu untuk kondisi lajur/jalan, lalu lintas, pengendalian lalu lintas dan kondisi cuaca yang berlaku.Untuk jalan tak-terbagi, analisa dilakukan pada kedua arah lalu lintas.Untuk jalan terbagi, analisa dilakukan terpisah pada masing-masing arah lalu lintas, seolah-olah masing-masing arah merupakan jalan satu arah yang terpisah.Biaya Operasi Kendaraan (BOK) merupakan suatu nilai yang menyatakan besarnya biaya yang dikeluarkan untuk pengoperasian suatu kendaraan. (BOK), Biaya Tidak Tetap (Runnning Cost) adalah biaya yang besarnya berubah tergantung pada pengoperasian alat-alat pengangkutan, Perhitungan konsumsi BBM akibat pengaruh dari kecepatan kendaraan dilakukan dengan model perhitungan Pasific Consultant International (PCI) yang telah dikembangkan oleh LAPI-ITB dengan bekerjasama dengan PT.Jasa Marga. Terdapat suatu hubungan mendasar antara konsumsi bahan bakar dan kecepatan, dipengaruh geometrik dan kondisi lalu lintas.Jalan adalah prasarana transportasi darat yang meliputi segala bagian jalan, termasuk bangunan pelengkap dan perlengkapannya yang diperuntukkan bagi lalu lintas, yang berada pada permukaan tanah, di atas permukaan tanah, di bawah permukaan tanah dan/atau air, serta di atas permukaan air, kecuali jalan kereta api, jalan lori, dan jalan kabel

Abstract

The research aims to determine whether there is a relationship between the quality of sales information systems and user performance. The research method uses survey correlation techniques. Data are collected using a questionnaire previously calibrated to test the validity (product moment) and instrument reliability (Alpha Cronbach). The population used is users of information systems that are sales employees. There is a total sample of 20 people obtained, with Non-Probability Sampling that is saturated sampling / survey. Data analysis is performed using regression techniques of simple linear and simple correlation. Prior to analysis, test of analysis requirements need to be done, which are normality and homogeneity test. The results show acorrelation coefficient of 0:51 or 51% which means that there is a positive relationship on medium level between the Effectiveness of sales Information Systems with Users performance. The coefficient of determination is 0:26or 26%. This means that 26% of the variation in user performance can be explained by the variable Effectiveness of Sales Information Systems. Meanwhile, the remainder which is 74% consists of factors (variables), such as leadership style, work environment, salary and others. It can be concluded from this research that there is a positive correlation (relationship) at medium level which is significant between the Effectiveness of Sales Information System with User Performance, which means that the higher the level of effectiveness of Sales Information System is, the higher the level of user performance will be.

Abstract

Aim of the research was to determine of medicinal plants and their utilization of sekabuk village Sadaniang sub district Pontianak regency. Method of the research is descriptive with interview technical , and data was analyzed to obtain plants species, families, parts used, method of processing, form of the herb, dosage, method of use and type of disease that can be treated. The results showed that were 51 species and 37 families of medicinal plants used. From 51 species of medicinal plants 17 species (33.33%) is trees, 41 species (80.39%) is single plants , 22 species (43.14%) used is leaf 25 species (49.02%) used by boiling, 23 species (45.10%) used by drink and 29 species (56.86%) used to treatment of inter diseases. Abstract

Motorcycles are a favorite means of transportation that are chosen by the community, especially because the current level of congestion is very high, so that one alternative is to make it easier and smoother to reach destinations in the city. The growth of motorcycle consumers that continues to fluctuate resulting in many new entrants in various categories. This study aims to obtain data and information regarding product quality and price perceptions, and to determine the extent of their influence on purchasing decisions for Honda BEAT Motorcycles in Cianjur. This study uses quantitative methods and uses the Non-Probability Sampling technique with an incidental sampling technique approach of 72 people. The research findings found that the variable quality of the product on the Honda BEAT motorcycle can be seen that the score is 305.8. Variable price perception on the Honda BEAT motorcycle can be seen that the results are very good because it reaches a score of 304.25. Variable purchasing decisions for Honda BEAT motorcycles at CV. Supra Jaya Motor Cianjur Dealers can be seen the results are good because they reach a score of 296.4.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membahas mengenai Undang-Undang Advokat yang telah memberikan aturan mengenai keberadaan kode etik profesi sangat penting guna menjaga agar advokat dalam berpraktik atau beracara tidak keluar dari nilai-nilai profesi. Hal yang paling mudah dilihat adalah dari sumpah atau janji advokat yang dilakukan sebelum menjalankan profesinya. Sumpah tersebut pada hakikatnya adalah janji seorang yang akan menjalani profesi sebagai advokat, kepada Tuhan, diri sendiri, dan masyarakat. Penyimpangan kode etik yang dilakukan oleh pengacara Indonesia bukanlah sesuatu yang sepele, namun di antara banyak kasus yang terjadi tanpa upaya hingga akhir dan tidak pernah ada upaya untuk menerapkan kode etik dapat dianggap sebagai prasyarat bagi advokat. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah metode doktrinal, metode yang sebagai suatu bangunan normatif, hukum dikonsepsikan sebagai instrumen untuk menegakkan keadilan yang wujudnya berupa pedoman perilaku dengan fungsi utamanya mengatur perilaku manusia. Dengan menggunakan sumber bahan hukum primer, bahan hukum sekunder, dan bahan hukum tersier. Kajian ini menyimpulkan bahwa Jenis pelanggaran yang dilakukan antar pengacara dengan klien yang salah adalah mengabaikan klien, pencabutan kuasa, dan mengungkapkan rahasia klien. Salah satu bentuk pelanggaran yang dilakukan sesama pengacara adalah dengan merebut klien rekan kerja atau merangkap sebagai anggota DPR. Serta pada dasarnya tanggung jawab advokat dalam penegakan hukum setidaknya Advokat harus bertanggung jawab kepada empat hal yaitu: bertanggung jawab kepada Tuhan Yang Maha Esa, kode etik advokat, peraturan perundang-undangan dan terakhir kepada masyarakat.
