Abstract

Wind energy potential in Indonesia is about 450.000 MW. The Heritage Bogor Foundation (HBF) is trying to contribute the use of renewable energy by introducing wind energy technology. The project has been starting since 2003, to conduct a research and development of wind energy technology for water pumping/ irigation and village electricity. The designed windmill was made as simple as possible and used local materials to make it affordable. This paper described wind data collection in the targeted area, the development stages and the benefit analysis for villagers.

Abstract

The limited employment resulted in the emergence of educated unemployment because the absorption of tertiary graduates in the labor market is also limited. Based on BPS data in 2019, Micro Small Medium Enterprise absorbs 97% of the national workforce. This study aims to analyze the entrepreneurial interest in batik products among college students from the perspective of self-efficacy, social capital, and entrepreneurial literacy. This research is a quantitative study using Path Analysis method. The results of this study are there is an effect of self-efficacy on entrepreneurial literacy, there is an effect of social capital on entrepreneurial literacy, there is an effect of self-efficacy on entrepreneurial interest in batik products, there is an effect of social capital on entrepreneurial interest in batik products, there is an effect of entrepreneurial interest in batik products. The results of this study are expected to increase entrepreneurial interest among students by applying various factors that influence it.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of tax planning, profitability, and liquidity on firm value with board diversity as a moderating variable. The population in this study is manufacturing companies in the consumer goods industry sector listed on the IDX in 2014-2019. The sampling method used purposive sampling with a total final sample of 60 companies. The analytical technique used is Moderating Regression Analysis (MRA). The results of the analysis show that the independent variable, namely profitability, has an influence on firm value. Meanwhile, tax planning and liquidity have no effect on firm value. And board diversity cannot moderate the effect of tax planning, profitability, and liquidity on firm value.Keywords: tax planning, profitability, liquidity, board diversity, firm value
