Abstract

Perdagangan tekstil telah tunduk pada pengendalian unilateral, bilateral, dan multilateral melalui kebijakan perdagangan yang dilakukan oleh banyak pemerintah di seluruh dunia dalam beberapa dekade sejak awal abad ke-20. Masalah pertumbuhan ekonomi dan ketenagakerjaan merupakan alasan terpenting karena berkaitan dengan perlunya pengendalian perdagangan tekstil. Tindakan sejumlah negara yang terlibat memaparkan dinamikanya tersendiri. Apabila selama masa awal perkembangannya industri tekstil didukung oleh pertumbuhan ekonomi negara-negara, yang sekarang dikenal sebagai negara-negara maju, sejak pasca-Perang Dunia II negara-negara berkembang semakin bertambah untuk berperan pula. Pasar industri telah menjadi target ekspor tekstil dan pakaian negara berkembang selama abad ke-20. Namun, peristiwa tersebut seringkali dikaji di bidang perekonomian, sehingga tulisan yang secara khusus menyoroti sejarah hubungan perdagangan tekstil global dengan kesejahteraan penduduk Indonesia belum maksimal dilakukan. Artikel ini membahas bagaimana keterlibatan Indonesia dalam perdagangan tekstil dan pakaian global pasca-Perang Dunia II. Dengan menggunakan metode sejarah, artikel ini menyajikan fakta bahwa Indonesia telah berperan dalam perdagangan tekstil dan pakaian global pada masa pascakemerdekaan. Keterlibatan Indonesia dalam perdagangan tersebut melesat selama kurun waktu 1980-1993, meskipun negara ini tidak terlibat lebih jauh dalam negosiasi untuk menentukan aturan perdagangan secara global. Sektor ini cukup menopang perekonomian, namun tidak begitu berpengaruh secara lebih signifikan pada kesejahteraan masyarakat pada skala nasional.

Abstract

AbstractThis article examines the process of discussing the health bill specifically relating to abortion. The pros and cons of the substance of abortion gave birth to two factions, namely pro choice and pro life. The pro life faction considers the discussion on abortion should not be submitted in the ruling. Those belong to this faction include the NGO National Movement for life, Pro life Indonesia as well as a number a mps from the PDS party in the Commission IX of the House of Representative. In opposition, the pro choice group, who support the abortion article to be included in the Bill, includes NGO Yayasan Kesehatan Erempuan, Perkumpulan Keluarga Berencana Indonesia and the majority MPs within the Commission IX from PDIP, Golkar, Demokrat, PKS, PPP, PKB, BPD, and PAN. MPs from PBR accepts the abortions article with a condition that rulings on rape victims should not be included. There are three ideological groupings based on religion, feminism, and secularism. The decision making process on the substance of the material was held privately through the lobby forum because a meeting failed to reach a settlement or approved. That the two factions finally reach on compromise agreement through lobby forum pursued by factions in order to accelerate the decision making. Key words: Deliberation, debate, ideology, abortion.

Abstract

Abstract- This study aims to determine the effect of the successful implementation of SIPKD and human resource competencies on supply chain management and budget decision-making quality. Hypothesis-testing research is conducted using qualitative primary data collected from questionnaires. The total population of the data set was 37 local governments. Structural equation modeling is the analytical method used to measure the successful application of SIPKD and human resource competence on financial statement quality and budget decision-making quality. The results of this study indicate that the successful implementation of SIPKD and human resource competence significantly influence financial statement quality. An improvement in financial statement quality is influenced by the successful implementation of SIPKD, and human resource competencies improve budget decision-making quality.
