Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mempelajari pelaksanaan program Pendidikan di Taman Kanak-Kanak (TK) yang ditinjau dari konteks, input, proses, dan produk. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian ekspost facto dengan menggunakan metode evaluasi CIPP. Pengambilan data dengan kuesioner yang diisi oleh 105 responden guru Taman Kanak-Kanak (TK) di Kecamatan Seririt. Analisis data menggunakan uji T. Hasil analisis menunjukkan dintinjau dari: (1 contex menunjukkan hasil positif (+); (2) input menunjukkan hasil negatif (-); (3) proses menunjukkan hasil positif (+); (4) produk menunjukkan hasil positif (+); (5) konteks, input, proses, dan produk pada Kuadran Glickman menunjukkan implementasi program pendidikan termasuk ke dalam kategori efektif; dan (6) Kendala-perpindahan yang terlibat dalam pelaksanaan program Pendidikan antara lain: (a (b) Masih terbatas fasilitas kesenian yang memadai untuk melaksanakan kegiatan kesenian; (c) Standar sanitasi lingkungan masih rendah, misalnya tempat sampah yang digunakan tanpa tutup, sehingga aroma sampah dibuang sesuai kebutuhan ; (d) Pelatihan kurang terkait buku panduan pelaksanaan pendidikan dan persiapan dokumen hasil pengawasan pelaksanaan kegiatan TK; (e) Pelatihan guru terkait kurang terkait RPPM dan RPPH; (f) Masih rendahnya jumlah dan Keragaman jenis bahan ajar serta alat permainan edukatif; (g) Kurangnya keterampilan guru menerapkan pembelajaran saintifik dan kontekstual untuk pembelajaran TK.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine: (1) the relationship between achievement motivation with teacher performance, (2) the relationship between principal leadership behaviors with teacher performance, (3) the relationship between the performance of the teachers  work ethic, (4) simultaneous relationship between achievement motivation, school leadership and work ethic with the performance of. This study was designed with a correlational design ex-post facto by using a quantitative approach.The study population was  all teachers in SMA N 1 Kubutambahan. The sample retrieval technique using census study with the number 47. Data were collected by questionnaires. Data were analyzed by multiple regression and partial analysis. The results showed that: (1) there is a significant contribution to the achievement motivation with teacher, (2) there is a significant contribution between principal leadership behaviors with teacher performance, (3) there is a significant contribution to the work ethos of teacher performance, (4) there is a significant contribution between achievement motivation, school leadership behavior, and work ethos simultaneously with the performance of teachers

Abstract

This study aims to determine the attitude of teachers towards professional  determination, self-concept, and the climate of primary school to the performance. This study is “ex-post facto” population of 83people, 73 people sample. Data collection tool is in the form of questionnaires, data analysis with regression techniques. The  result showed that: (1) there is a significant determinant between teacher attitudes the profession with teacher performance with the correlation coefficient of 0.401, (2) there is a significant determinant between self-concept of teachers with teacher performance with the correlation coefficient of 0.325, (3) there is a determination significant difference between the climate of the school with teacher performance with correlation coefficient of 0.337, contributing 11.3% and the effective contribution of 6.2%, (4) the co-operation between teachers’ attitudes towards the profession, self-concept, and work climate with performance teachers with multiple correlation coefficient of 0.465 and a 21.6% contribution to the performance of teachers.

Abstract

This research aimed to investigate: 1) the relationship between situational leadership and teachers’ performance, 2) the relationship between working motivation and teachers’ performance, 3) the relationship between working climate and teachers’ performance, 4) The relationship among situational leadership, working motivation, and working climate on the performance of teachers of public junior high school. The population is 98. This research used census study with the design of expost-facto. The data were collected using the questionnaire. The data were analyzed using multiple regressions. The results of the research show that there is a positive and significant relationship between: 1) situational leadership and teachers’ performance with the contribution of 39,5%, 2) working motivation and teachers’ performance with the contribution of 69.1%, 3) working climate and teachers’ performance with the contribution of 55.0%, 4) situational leadership, working motivation, and working climate on the performance of teachers of public junior high school in Negara Subdistric with the coantribution of 77.1%.
