Abstract

This research is aimed to identify the urgency and the use of the concept of ‘Fii al-Akhdzi Bi Ar-Rukhsoh’ in the development of Islamic Economics. As we know, the Islamic economics field is classified as the Muamalah field which has possibility to be developed with different approaches. The research methodology which was used in this study used the qualitative and library research approaches, including Arabic, English and Indonesian literature. The result showed that the concept of Fii al-Akhdzi Bi Ar-Rukhsoh can be one of qawaids to develop Islamic economics. For example: The concept can be applied to answer the hukm of debt trading, and others.

Abstract

This article discusses waqf: fiqh review, legal basis and its implementation in Indonesia. This study was written using qualitative method with library study as its approach. Data source is in the form of library publications (Library Research). Data types are written narrations or documents contained in publication sources. Data collection techniques are carried out by tracking the sources of such publications. Data analysis techniques use description analysis. The results of this study show that waqf is reviewed in terms of fiqh, legal basis and its implementation in Indonesia has a mutually reinforcing relationship. From these findings, it can be concluded that waqf as an Islamic fiscal instrument has a strong foundation in terms of fiqh and ushul fiqh and its implementation, especially in Indonesia.

Abstract

Penelitian ini  bertujuan  untuk  mengetahui peran whistleblowing system dalam memoderasi hubungan  skeptisme profesional terhadap   kemampuan   auditor   dalam mendeteksi kecurangan. Populasi   dalam   penelitian   ini   adalah seluruh auditor eksternal baik pemerintah (BPK RI) dan swasta (Kantor Akuntan Publik).   Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian pengujian hipotesis. Jumlah sampel yang terkumpul adalah 36 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah convenience sampling. Hasil   penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa: 1) Skeptisisme Profesional berpengaruh positif terhadap kemampuan auditor dalam mendeteksi kecurangan. 2) Whistleblowing system berpengaruh positif terhadap kemampuan auditor dalam mendeteksi kecurangan. 3)  Whistleblowing system memoderasi pengaruh skeptisme profesional terhadap kemampuan auditor dalam mendeteksi kecurangan.

Abstract

This study aims to describe and analyze elementary school management in handling students from marginalized social environments at Kanoman Elementary School. The background of the study is based on the socioeconomic conditions of the community surrounding the school, which is vulnerable to problems of poverty, domestic violence, crime, and low parental education, which impact student learning motivation, behavior, and discipline. This study used a qualitative approach with data collection techniques including in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and documentation studies. Informants consisted of the principal, teachers, school committee members, and parents. The results show that school management is implemented through four main functions: (1) Planning, by developing a program for handling problem students based on empathy and social needs; (2) Organizing, through the formation of a Problem Student Handling Team (TPSB) involving teachers and the school committee; (3) Actuating, through implementing interventions such as home visits, character development, simple counseling services, motivational classes, and collaboration with village officials; and (4) Controlling, through routine evaluations, monitoring student behavior, and the application of non-violent discipline. This study concludes that a humanistic, collaborative, and character-focused management approach can create a safer, more inclusive learning environment that supports the development of students from marginalized families. These findings can serve as a reference for other schools in developing strategies for managing students with social problems.
