Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of quality of work life and intrinsic motivation on affective commitment with job satisfaction as a mediating variable on the employees of Dinas Perhubungan Kabupaten Bantul. This type of research is quantitative research. The sample size of this study was 92 employees. The sampling technique used the accidental sampling method. The data collection method in this study used a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis and Sobel test. The results showed that the quality of work life had a significant effect on job satisfaction. Intrinsic motivation has no significant effect on job satisfaction. Quality of work life has a significant effect on affective commitment. Intrinsic motivation and job satisfaction have no significant effect on affective commitment. Job satisfaction does not mediate the effect of quality of work life and intrinsic motivation on affective commitment. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style and work environment on employee job satisfaction with communication as a mediating variable at PT. Harapan Sawit Lestari (HSL) Cargill Betivau Estate. This research is a quantitative research and primary data is taken using a questionnaire taken by accidental sampling on 74 respondents. Sampling using the Slovin formula. Data were collected through direct surveys and then processed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that leadership style had a positive and significant effect on communication. The work environment has no significant effect on communication. Leadership style, work environment, and communication partially have a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Communication mediates the effect of leadership style on employee job satisfaction, but communication does not mediate the effect of the work environment on employee job satisfaction. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of intrinsic motivation, extrinsic motivation, organizational culture, and organizational commitment on employee performance. The population of this research is the employees of Kecamatan Jangkat, Kabupaten Merangin, Jambi. Data was taken on all employees or 33 employees by the census method. Data collection was carried out by survey using a questionnaire instrument. The research method used in this study is a quantitative method with data analyzed by multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that intrinsic motivation had no significant effect on employee performance. Extrinsic motivation has no significant effect on employee performance. Organizational culture also has no significant effect on employee performance. Organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Strengthening organizational commitment becomes an implication if the leader intends to encourage employee performance. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to test the Influence of Information Technology, Employee awards, Work Discipline, Motivation on Employee Performance at the Regional Tax Service Office of Gunungkidul Regency, Yogyakarta (KPPD). This research is a type of quantitative research conducted in the form of questionnaires on employees and staff at KPPD (Regional Tax Service Office of Gunungkidul Regency, Yogyakarta). This study is to analyze the Influence of Information Technology, Employee awards, Work Discipline, Motivation on Employee Performance in the Regional Tax Service Office of Gunungkidul District. To answer research questions and test the hypotheses proposed, multiple linear regression analysis tools are used. The population in this study was all employees and staff (KPPD) of the district. Therewere 40 people with characteristics (age, gender, education graduates, marital status, working age) as research subjects. The results showed that 1). Theology Iof information has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance, 2). Employee Award has no effect on Employee Performance, 3). Work Discipline does not affect Employee Performance, 4). Work Motivation has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance at KPPD Gunungkidul. Abstract

The research objective was to determine the effect of transactional leadership, work environment, and organizational culture on Organizational Citizenship Behavior. The research method is quantitative, as the population is employees of PT PLN (Persero) UP3 Yogyakarta with saturated sample technique. As for data collection techniques using questionnaires, data analysis techniques with multiple linear regression. The results of the study found that transactional leadership, work environment and organizational culture had a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior, both partially and simultaneously.
