Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the influence of education, work experience, contract work system and HR management on the quality of pt. Srikandi Mandiri Duta Mulia. The research method used in this study is descriptive quantitative by using a statistical correlation of multiple regressions. Popolasi in this study is the entire workforce available at PT. Srikandi Mandiri Duta Mulia, with a sample of 53 respondents. The results stated that education, work experience, contract work systems and HR management have a positive influence both partially and simultaneously on the quality of the workforce. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui antara variabel Budaya Organisasi, Lingkungan kerja dan Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) terhadap komitmen organisasi Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan Alito Sport Apparel (Titik Terang Konveksi) Yogyakarta dengan populasi sebanyak 50 karyawan. Sampel pendelitian ini menggunakan total sampling sehingga responden pada penelitian ini adalah 50 responden. Uji instrument yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Uji Validitas dan Reliabilitas,Uji Asumsi Klasik. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Uji multikolonielitas, Uji Heteroskedasitas, Uji Normalitas, Analisis Regresi Linier Berganda, Uji Hipotesis yang di gunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah uji t. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa budaya organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi. OCB berpengaruh signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi. Serta lingkungan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of organizational culture and intrinsic motivation on affective commitment. This study also aims to examine whether job satisfaction acts as a mediating variable on the influence of organizational culture and intrinsic motivation on affective commitment to the employees of the Cooperatives and SMEs Service Office of Sleman Regency. This study uses the Associative method with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were all employees of the Department of Cooperatives and SMEs in Sleman Regency, with a sample of 45 employees. The sampling technique used saturated sampling with data collection using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique in this study used multiple linear regression, Sobel test, coefficient of determination, and standard beta. This study resulted in the findings that organizational culture has an effect on job satisfaction, and intrinsic motivation has an effect on job satisfaction. Likewise, organizational culture influences affective commitment. However, intrinsic motivation has no effect on affective commitment. Other findings show that job satisfaction has an effect on affective commitment. This study also produces findings that job satisfaction mediates the effect of organizational culture on affective commitment, and job satisfaction also mediates the effect of intrinsic motivation on affective commitment. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe (1) the effect of compensation on employee performance. (2) The effect of work motivation on employee performance. (3) the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance. (4) job satisfaction mediates the effect of motivation on employee performance. (5) job satisfaction mediates the effect of compensation on employee performance. This research is a type of quantitative research, with a population of all employees of Oppio Coffee Yogyakarta. The sampling technique in this study is a non-probability sampling technique where the technique used is saturated sampling (census). The number of samples in this study were 53 employees of Oppio Coffee Yogyakarta. Data collection techniques in this study using a questionnaire. The data analysis methods used in this research are validity test, reliability test, descriptive test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression and Sobel test. Data analysis was conducted to identify the independent variables that affect the dependent variable.The results showed that (1) compensation had no positive and significant effect on employee performance. (2) Compensation has no positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. (3) Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. (4) job satisfaction as a mediating variable of the effect of compensation on employee performance has a positive and significant effect. (5) Job satisfaction as a mediating variable the effect of work motivation on employee performance has a positive and significant effect. Abstract

The research objective was to determine the effect of transactional leadership, work environment, and organizational culture on Organizational Citizenship Behavior. The research method is quantitative, as the population is employees of PT PLN (Persero) UP3 Yogyakarta with saturated sample technique. As for data collection techniques using questionnaires, data analysis techniques with multiple linear regression. The results of the study found that transactional leadership, work environment and organizational culture had a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior, both partially and simultaneously. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to identify the effect of compensation, work environment, occupational safety and health and servant leadership on job satisfaction. The method used in this research is quantitative with a population of 55 respondents. Data collection techniques sing questionnaires, to analyze data using data quality test, classical assumption test, multiple linear analysis. The results of the research prove that compensation has a significant positive effect job satisfaction, the work environment has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction, occupational safety and health has a positive and significant impact on job satisfaction and service leadership has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of organizational support, emotional maturity and work motivation on the affective commitment of employees at the fire and rescue service in the city of Yogyakarta. This study uses a quantitative approach method. The population in the study amounted to 103 employees. Sampling by Accidental Sampling. Data were analyzed using Multiple Linear Regression equipped with the classical assumption test, T test and F test. The results showed that the Organizational Support variable had a positive and significant effect on Affective Commitment (Y), as evidenced by the results of the t test, which obtained a t count value of 2.263 > t table 1.675 and significant 0.028 <0.05. Then the variable Emotional Maturity (X2) has no significant effect on Affective Commitment (Y), as evidenced by the results of the t test, namely the t count value is 0.734 < t table 1.675 and is significant 0.467 > 0.05. And the variable Work Motivation (X3) has a positive and significant effect on the Affective Commitment variable (Y), evidenced by the results of the t test obtained t count 2.320 > t table 1.675 and significantly 0.025 <0.05. And simultaneously Organizational Support, Emotional Maturity and Work Motivation have a significant effect on Affective Commitment with α = 0.05. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of workload, burnout, and work conflict partially on the work stress of employees. The population in this study were employees of PT DM Baru Retailindo, precisely at the DM Baru 6 Bantul branch. Data was collected through a questionnaire and then analyzed using multiple linear regression with the help of the SPSS software application version 25.0. Based on the results of research tests found, namely: (1) Workload has a positive and significant effect on Employee Work Stress. (2) Burnout has a positive and significant effect on Employee Work Stress. (3) Work Conflict has a positive and significant effect on Employee Work Stress. (4) Workload, Burnout, and Work Conflict have a positive and significant effect on Employee Work Stress. Keywords: Workload, Burnout, Work Conflict, Employee Work Stress.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work ethic, work climate, and work motivation on employee performance. This study used a questionnaire as a data collection tool and multiple linear regression as a data analysis tool. The research sample is 50 with saturated sampling technique. The findings of the research are stimulants that the independent variables, namely, work ethic, work climate and motivation have a positive and significant effect on the dependent variable, namely work performance.
